Love this place and these people. My family has been going here 15 plus years.

It breaks my heart to have to leave this place because Todd really is amazing. But I have never had a good experience with the receptionist. I actually dread her answering a call or having any interaction with her to the point where I am switching vets. It hasn't been 1 or 2 times but its every interaction she has made me feel like huge inconvenience. She is not the person I would ever want being the face of my company unfortunately. If you can get past her very poor customer service, Todd is great.

This family run vetinary is the best a pet owner can ask for. Their paw palace is also a great place to border your pet's. Thanks to Todd and staff for all you have done for my family over the past 30 years.

Someone highly recommended this place to us and we did take our former dog to this place long time ago, but when my wife called twice this week trying to make a new appointment for our puppy, it is quite clear that the receptionist is not welcoming any new clients. On Monday my wife left a number as they said they'd call back due to busy work load. We thought, well, that's Monday, so we thought we'd give them some grace. Till today (Thursday) no one called, so I asked my wife to call back. And when my wife did, the receptionist was not very welcoming at all and responded to my wife in a rude manner that made my wife felt like it was a nuisance for her to call them. There was no "Thank you for calling" or "Have a nice day" or any pleasantries that we are used to when we call businesses in this area. The doctors may be great or highly recommended but we cannot get to them due to unwelcoming receptionists. We will look for a business elsewhere.

This was a great experience. We actually got to go in with our dog! Haha. We hope to go here for many years to come.

Boarded with them very professional and courteous. They gave our dogs a bath that is a plus.

The veterinarians are great. The receptionist is rude and condescending. I hesitate calling to make an appointment or order my pets medications because it is not a pleasant experience. Contemplating switching veterinarians just because of this reason.

Dr. Knappenberger is hands on and knowledgable. Very good at explaining exactly what you need to know to take care of your pet. Staff is prompt and courteous. A great vet.

Growing up to now, this is the best vet I've ever been too (and my family has been to several). They genuinely care about your pet and if it's an emergency are willing to see them right away. Never been to a more loving place.

They always take such good care of my dog. Have been going here for years and couldn't dream of going anywhere else.

We didn't get very good news this visit. Dr Todd took the time to explain our options, with a great amount of compassion and concern for our situation. Dr Todd has an understanding of how important our four legged family member is to our family.

This only happened twice, but It seems they rush through cutting nails. This time the dogs bled all over my backseat. Didnt even tell me she was bleeding. Kind of aggravating. Other than that I still trust them with my dogs. Mr. Knappenberger is awesome and full of information. (I rated 3 stars for those 2 instances)

Knappenberger Veterinary Clinic has taken excellent care of all our pets since we moved to Olathe in 2001. With one pet or another, we’ve had most of their offered services-well care, neutering, boarding, grooming, lab tests, medications, and sadly euthanasia. Each service was offered compassionately and professionally. They are one of the best in town!

Great service and all staff very professional and very friendly. I have a dog that isn't too easy to make friends and the staff and doctor went out of their way to help my dog feel loved and at peace with excellent service. Mr Todd Knappenberger an excellent and well knowledged vet that did a test on the problem and gave medication and very clean cut directions on how to administer the medications. My dog and I left the place feeling better, more at peace, quick visit, and an additional medication to pick up at the pharmacy. All went fantastic and thank you for taking me in at the later part of the day and never seen the doctor before, just his father 20 plus years ago. So I now have a vet that's close, highly efficient, goes out of their way to help in need, very affordable, polite, and professional.

Knappenberger Vet Clinic has cared for our beloved pets fire 30 years. Family owned by a family who cares and has the expertise to make a difference.

My Chihuahua had a tooth abscess. I called several veterinarians in Olathe to try to make an appointment ASAP. With Covid eveyone was booked for over a week. Dr. Knappenberger was also booked. When I explained the situation he fit me in the next day. He was extremely kind and helpful. I was worried the fees would be beyond us with our finances being tight but I was overjoyed when I was told the total. I strongly recommend him and his facility.
