Love love and love this place. The groomers are amazing ! My Shih Tzu bit one of the groomer and the lady was absolutely cool about it and understood that the pup was trembling with fear and was just defensive. Had amazing service at the place even though I kept feeling really bad about the whole experience cuz of my pup. They made it look like its no big deal. Big big big thanks ! The groomers are just excellent !!! Will definitely be going back.

Very nice place to bath your pup after playing in the mud. They had everything there to wash and dry my fur baby. So easy and affordable. My boy has anxiety disorder and stresses going to the groomer. He was less stressed at Four Paws because I didn't have to leave him. I definitely will take hom back.

Went here for the first time on Saturday and had a great experience! They have great prices and they got her in and out fast. She looks amazing and she did great! We will return!

Love this place! Followed Amanda here because she is THAT good. We have an older dog that is so important to us. She is always so gentle and caring with her. Amanda treats our dog like she is her own and as an owner that is so comforting! She is always professional, respectful and a great listener when it comes to new details about our dogs condition. Highly, highly recommend her!

Do not take your dog here for grooming!!! They have very poor customer service and are defensive from the start, they have excuses for everything and do not take any ownership for the inability to handle pups. Took our 8 month old puppy there for cut and bath, but due to the inexperience of the staff did not stay. Called and talked with gentleman who was very rude and continued to place blame, needs to take some classes on customer service. Price is way to high and service is poor just look elsewhere, don't waste your time or money here.

Just visited this place for the first time yesterday for the self-service wash and LOVED it! Everyone was so nice and helpful. They provided everything we needed to groom our Aussie. Also loved that it was clean! Loved it so much I brought my other dog back today to bathe and groom her. Again, everyone was friendly and helpful!

Wonderful experience to bathe our big Izzy and get her nails clipped. Great gentle staff to calm her and get her ready for us to bathe her. Love the soap and conditioner switch on the water control. Prices are very reasonable.

Could not be more displeased with the atmosphere and customer service provided by the grooming staff at 4 Paws. Disappointing because we think they do a good job but dislike the customer care so much we decided we would not return. First experience we had the groomer did not clean our pups ears and we had to return 2 more times before they actually completed the original request at the grooming. The few times we have been there we have been told our dog did not “behave well” and he is a 7 month old puppy still learning about going to the groomer. We brush him at home daily and he does a great job. This is a far too expensive place to have your dog groomed to have bad customer service.

Had the item I came to purchase, yay! 2 out of 3 different people I talked to were pretty clueless about the product, or where to find it and basically about the product.

Barbara was super helpful with my kitty's health situation. Very knowledgeable.

Had a ton of useful dog and cat food/supplies.

Sub par customer service. We will be finding another business to support.

Love to get the walter's biscuits...also a good place to buy one off dog treats if you want to let your pup try things without buying a bag full...or if you're dog is way to spoiled by their grandpawents...take them to spend their Christmas money on treats...they also have a good selection of foods fresh and kibbles.

Zero stars. If you expect dog grooming, be prepared for countless, baseless questions regarding your pet’s nutrition. Confrontation by a dog groomer prior to the pet getting groomed does not enhance the customer experience. Go elsewhere.

I really love the ability to personally wash my dog someplace else. I know that may sound funny but my large lab makes a mess!! At Four Paws, they are friendly, kind, eager to help, and their facility makes it easy to give your “kids” as I call my dogs a bath. They leave all shiny and looking fabulous!! I have relied upon the full service wash before too and their staff is great! Thanks Four Paws ... it’s a pleasure doing business with you!!

Great pet boutique with grooming

The best! I take my lab mix here to see Austin for her bathes and nail trims. She always leaves looking and smelling great. Looking forward to coming back after quarantine. We miss you 4 paws!

I was looking for a local place to do some pet Christmas shopping and found this place! The staff is so friendly and welcoming and the store has lots of selection. All of the staff was following the mask mandate and social distancing guidelines- THANK YOU! I did not use the grooming option so cannot speak to that, but plan on coming back soon.

This place is awesome! I love the fact that I can wash my grand-pup and don't have to clean up! They provide the shampoo, water, the cleanup.

Great place! I have a very anxious, fearful rescued dog and to be honest, I'm a little bit of a helicopter parent with him. I'm always nervous handing him over to any vets or spas. I'm always worried they'll mishandle him somehow and make him more afraid. I feel like I don't have to worry about that here. They are very sweet and good to your fur babies. They try to make it a very nice experience for your pets. They keep in mind the emotional state of my dog, and work very well with him when he's being difficult at his nail trims. I can't recommend them enough! Thank you to everyone at Four Paws! :)
