Pet DeFence Hidden Dog Fences Olathe, Missouri

We had Pet DeFence install an electric fence in our front and back yards to help protect our dogs from neighboring dogs along the fence line, and just for overall protection in the event one or more of our fur babies might get into the front yard either though door or gate accidentally left open. Including the front yard, also allows for our dogs to have more room because in order to protect them in the back, they did lose some of their running (and favorite potty spots) due to keeping them off the fence line. John came and did the installation. He was friendly, professional, and provided detailed information and guidance. He also did the installation professionally, did not take too much time, and left the yard in great condition. Mike came out and did the initial training for the dogs (and us). He also was professional, friendly, and super informational and helpful. They are also available for questions or advice after the install and initial training. Within just over a week our dogs have all learned so much, and are now stopping where they know that need to even with the biggest distraction is just on the other side of the fence.

Roger has been taking care of my family since we have had dogs in Leawood Ks.(20 ) Roger and his staff are reliable, trustworthy, and professional. I unfortunately don’t have time usually to make reviews.I took the time today, my dogs are like our children, Roger has trained them on the fence, as well as responding to emergencies, (fence broke) My fault tree removal and forgot to mark. Great customer service by Roger!!! I called and left a message after hours and within 15 minutes, Roger called me back. He took the time to walk me through the issue over the phone and was able to troubleshoot and resolve in five minutes. I was really impressed how quickly he returned my phone call. We installed a Pet DeFENCE invisible underground dog fence 4 years ago and had great success training our German Short hair pointer to it. It required a maintenance call due to a break in the line caused by a neighbor accidentally digging part of it up. I’ve recommended this to neighbors of ours and they’re happy as well. This company placed an invisible fence for us several years ago. It has performed flawlessly. A repair was needed after I damaged the wiring with a shovel :(. We apparently had a break in our underground electric fence which caused our system to fail. Our underground fence is about 7 years old and it may have been caused by our lawn care service. They installed a 2000ft fence for our German shepherds this spring! It’s been great. Mike was great to work with, he answered all my questions and helped out tremendously with my a little more nervous pup. Both are doing great and stay in the fence 98% of the time!
