We have been taking my dog to dr Miller for many many years, recently adding my bunny the mix. Needless to say excellent staff, location, and service in general. I don’t plan on taking my animals to any other vet any time soon. HIGHLY SATISFIED!! I was wondering if you guys also take care of frogs because I want to be prepared in case of emergencies.

Never have I dealt with such unprofessionalism. Always comes down to the bottom line. We've been taking our animals to Cloud and now to VCA for years. I recommended them, only for them to completely belittle and degrade an elderly woman who came to them for help. After suffering a stroke, my mother spoke to someone at great length in their office about them seeing her animals. However, when we had ro reschedule the appointment, they became abrasive, quoted policy from a script, and continued to insinuate my mother lied about an entire conversion she had with their office, even though I heard the entire thing just last week. I asked to speak to managment to straighten out the situation and was met with hostility and anger. Their refusal to let anyone speak to management should be a sign they are doing something wrong. They not only hung up during the middle of our phone conversation once, but twice, when the request to leave a message for managment was made. Completely rude and unprofessional. Guess we're looking for a new vet.

Great as long as long as your pet doesn't get sick or needs to see the vet that day. Twice I needed to get my dog to the vet once because he was in pain walking and the other was for a horrible gagging cough. Both times they said it would take 2 days to get an appointment. I had to take him to the emergency clinic. I never had this problem before Cloud joined VCA. I will be switching vets.

Took my 145 lb Rotty in whom most people are very afraid of, got service same day as it was a slight emergency and got the BEST service I have ever received from a veterinarian. Thank you Dr. Miller and Staff for taking such good care of my Marley! We will be back!!! ❤

It was great to have a Vet actually care about my dog and not just trying to make money. The Dr was so nice and took the time to explain what the best course of action to help .

Everyone is just wonderful with my huge dog. Don't worry no buddy likes a scale Brodie! He went in excited, but not feeling well. Now he is back to his old wild self, on the mend. Thank you so much always. Next time we'll sedate him for the nail trim. Lol Nothing like a 140lb dog scared and growling at a Dremel coming at him. You win little buddy, ????but next time pills first. ????

I've been taking my Australian Shepherd, Bella, to Dr. Miller since she was a pup. Bella is now 11+ years old. Bella loves Dr. Miller and we trust her. She is a wonderful vet.

Dr Schneider and all of the staff are wonderful. Sam our cat can be a bit unsociable and everyone is so good with her ❤️. Highly recommend VCA

I will first say we are patient's of record at Cloud but had not been in quite a while. I called for an appointment. I was offered an appointment same day. I asked what their Covid 19 procedures were and I was asked if I wanted curbside service. I said yes. I was told I could request them wear mask and gloves to come to my car. I said I would appreciate they wear a mask. I arrive a few minutes early and I called them. I am told someone will come and get my dog. I waited 30 minutes with direct view of the front doors. Yep, no Covid 19 concern going on here! Obviously it hasn't affected anyone they know! What would they say if I told them I worked with Covid 19 patients? And don't dare discuss your concerns with Kelsey you are likely to be treated quite disrespectfully! This is pasted off their website! Given the current circumstances, my first visit to VCA was a bit unorthodox. Prior to my visit they had called to inform me of some protocols that are in place. That I need to call them when I pull into the parking lot and a staff member would be out to get my two dogs that were being examined. While they were examined I had ran to a store behind VCA. Dr Shantelle Williams was awesome. She called me to inform me what was done and the concerns she had about the dogs (they’re senior dogs). She had asked if I was on the property or not and informed her I had ran across the street and would be back in about 15 minutes. She said okay and transferred me to the front desk for payment. The only down fall I had was when it was time for payment. I had asked to see if they accepted cash. I was informed no that it was only cash. I explained I would need to deposit the money and I was cut off and informed that I was told that they would not accept cash and that I should not had left the property. I explained that I wasn’t told this and that I was across the street. That I could deposit and be back in 20. She cut me off in a rude tone and said, “yes you were. You were told this yesterday.” I get that it has been difficult. As a first time client I definitely was dissatisfied. The staff could have told me not to leave the property.

Fabulous organization. Impressed by their measured actions in carrying out pet medical services in reopening due to pandemic. They handled my puppy emergency visit with great care and proficiency. I am grateful with results and applaud everyone's efforts. Looking forward , with less stress, to seeing them in our scheduled appointment next week.

I've been taking both of my dogs to this vet for a little over 6 years now. I never have to worry about getting care when needed and my boys are always treated with love. My family also uses them for their animals as well.

The staff at the front desk are great!! So kind and caring. Dr. Baggott is amazing with our two rabbits. We had guinea pigs prior to this and she was great with them also. Have always gone there and will continue to do so. True professionalism and compassion for our animals!!

We were treated rude and unprofessional by one of their techs even after we followed all of their rules concerning COVID. They need to hire techs with people skills as well.

All the assistants are super friendly and the doctors are great. They get down on the floor with our dogs to make them feel more comfortable. Our one rescue dog is very shy but on our 2nd visit he actual walked over to her when she came in the room which he never does. They are covid safe with curbside check-in and 1 person per pet which my husband put me on speaker phone so we could all talk. The doctor called 4 days later to see how things were going. Love this.

We had to make the decision no owner wants to make and put to sleep our 12 year old pug who had an inoperable tumor along his jaw. Maverick started to show signs that he was ready to go to doggy heaven. When I found the courage to make the call to schedule the appointment, I was a mess on the phone. Kelsi was so compassionate and caring. She was so genuinely nice and patient with me while I cried on the phone. Thank you to Dr. Baggett for her care for Maverick this past year, we can’t thank you enough.

I use to go to vca cloud. Once they merged with all creatures my relationship with my dogs vet went completely down. I feel as all creatures is not as personal and caring as cloud was. Now the atmosphere of all creatures is to hectic and to busy for my dogs with bad anxiety. I loved taking them to vca cloud and now I’ll have to find a new vet. My dogs vet was perfect for them and now it’s just not possible to stay there. They should of never merged the relationships are no longer personal they’re just about business and not about care and love anymore. I’m not going to leave a bad star rating and hurt reviews because vca cloud was the best vet I’ve ever been to. Just wish they never merged.
