My dog was acting weird, and the vet recommended I go here! He was just having neck pain, apparently, but they saw me within the hour and were really nice and great. Under 200 dollars total, which included the visit and exam and 2 prescriptions: an antiflamatory and a pain medicine.

They took amazing care of our little dog. In the prime of her life, she tore her ACL and had a dislocating kneecap (luxating patella). They diagnosed her properly (while our family vet didn't), got x-rays, scheduled the surgery, and gave us …

The week after christmas our dog who has had 3 litter of puppies previously with no problems and was having trouble. But because of no payment arrangements they would not treat our dog. All the lady would say is "sorry hun no payment arrangements". So I asked the lady on the phone so our dog is going to die a week after christmas. She repeated "sorry hun no payment arrangements". That makes me think they dont care much about your animal just your money.

I called the O’Fallon emergency hospital on Christmas Eve because my dog found a present and inside were chocolates. I spoke with the kindest, most knowledgeable woman named Carolyn or Caroline. I am thankful for the exemplary customer service. I hope that I never have to visit an emergency clinic but if I do this will be the one I go to!

They would not help an injured, very friendly stray cat 2 days before Christmas.

I called about bringing my dog in. They told me to call when I got there. I called to check in, they put me on hold and said someone would be right there to check us in. 25 minutes later I called on my other (work) phone to ask why I’d been on hold for 25 just to check in. I understand they’re busy, it’s an after hours clinic. They said they’d call me back soon to check me in. We’ll mow it’s been 60 minutes and I’m checked in and my dog is with a vet at the VSS west clinic. Again I completely understand being busy but leaving me on hold that long? At least let people on hold know what’s going on

I was a bit disappointed that this location was too busy to see my pet. Who was internally bleeding. They did give me references for other locations which is respectable and I was very thankful for. In the end my pet went to the correct place for the best care she needed. I do also respect that this facility has limits so they can provide the best care possible for the pets that they are caring for. The rate of growth in St Charles County and surrounding area has more than outgrown this one location being able to handle the volume of business coming to it. It would be great to see other locations being added in the area. Both St Charles and Wentzville would be a prime locations, in my opinion. Thank you for the care my pet has received in the past-I’ve never had any concerns over the care this facility provides as they are excellent at what they do and the services they provide. I was just happy my pet was able to hold out long enough for me to get her somewhere else this past Sunday.

I am so thankful for all of the staff here, and that they are open 24 hours. The techs and doctor did a great job trying to help our dog. Kind, prompt, and thorough. Kept us updated, and involved. I would definitely return and recommend them if you have an emergency. If you are unsure if your situation is an emergency or not, you can call and ask. They can let you know.

They are awesome ppl! We had to euthanize my mom's boyfriend's dog because of cancer and internal bleeding, and the staff were fantastic! So was the veterinarian. Not as long of a wait time as the one on St. Charles Rock Rd, which was 2 hours. But, yeah, they're great ppl.

Much better than VSS. VSS bent me over for my pocket book while my dog was dying in front of them. Here at the Animal Emergency Clinic they made sure my new dog was fine from a minor emergency, treated him immediately and billed me after the fact.

My dogs were very sick and had been vomiting a lot. The wait was awful and nothing was done. I did say something and finally after a most an hour and 45 minutes they did blood work. After another hour I complained. Told them I was leaving. After I said that paperwork was shown and vet came out. My dogs were in car by this time. Vet never saw my dogs! She wanted to give one dog a bolus of fluid. Fine I brought her back in. Took about 20 minutes. I was given my bill of $700 and then left. I paid for vet visits that never happened! I will never use your clinic again. I wasn't the only person complaining! The only good thing I can say is the vet-techs I did talk to were nice. My oldest dog is still not feeling well!

I went to this place last Monday due to my rabbit being sick. I got there at 9:30pm and they brought me to a room and did not come back to me to tell me what was wrong or give me any details. After midnight I went up front to go get her and STILL did not get any information. Asked to speak with the doctor and they told me she was busy. So after sitting there for 4 hours did not do any type of exam or speaking to a doctor it was 120 dollars (which they told me it was 85 when I called) Took her to her original doctor the next day and had to put her down due to her illness. Do not recommend this place. Then they proceeded to tell me that the doctors don’t know much about rabbits. So instead of telling me that in the first place when I called they had me sit in a room for four hours did not do anything to her took my money. all for her having to be put down the next day. Don’t go here!!

**** Update after calling the store after corporate commented on my Google review: Debbie said oh that was corporate trying to rectify the situation.. Well nothing got rectified and I still got ripped off, I was never told how much the medication costs (inwhich I have at home from a previous surgery. . I am disgusted that they are able to do this to people, as I was referred by Harvester animal clinic. Ineed corporate to reach out and call me..* * * * I need EVERYONE TO SHARE THIS, I took my dog to Emergency O'Fallon Animal Clinic, These shady swindling people FAILED TO TELL ME PRICES OF PERSCRIPTIONS AND TOOK MY MONEY AND RIPPED ME OFF AND WONT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK

Their website mentions they will help with critical care, that is not the truth, they did nothing to help my pets situation. In addition they spoke to me very condescendingly, which I did not appreciate. I put faith in the staff helping, all they did was send us home after an extremely expensive charge and a 3 hour wait. Don't waste your money and time at this AEC in O'Fallon Square, MO. The personnel is not educated enough to help! Very disappointed!!!

I had to take my dog there as well. She was hit by a car and had to rush her there. They were telling me she would pull through, however that wasn't the case. She had to stay for at least 24 hours, and she took a turn for the worse. Not only did I have a huge bill to maintain too, she also passed away in their care because I had only paid for so much at that time. My husband was out on leave and had only one income coming in. They were so worried about the bill being paid, none the less I couldn't even say good bye to her once they took her to the back. It was so devastating. My dog had a traumatic experience and all they did was worry about how they are getting their money and not properly care for my dog, in my opinion. The weird part is I have had previous experiences with them and they weren't like this last time we had to deal with them. It's not a pleasant place like it once was.

Always open when we need them, great communication and good with accommodation during covid. A bit pricey but that's to be expected.

I have never been treated so poorly with absolutely no compassion. I brought my dog in who was bleeding internally and I was already emotional. Dr. Melissa Lord was cold, rude, inconsiderate, condescending, and disrespectful. She then asked to speak to my husband and continued to be condescending and lied about our conversation and suggested I wait outside while he came in. It was a horrible, traumatizing experience for my whole family and dog who is like my child, during a very difficult time. If you love your pet, do not take them to her. Thankfully, we took him somewhere else who assured us he isn’t in pain and to take him home to give him love as he slowly fades away.

Got us in right away and we're very accommodating. They treated my pet wonderfully. Will definitely go here again in an emergency.

For a scary situation we had such a great experience here with our dog. Everyone there was very comforting and they were very upfront about their pricing. When we returned and he was admitted for two nights they kept me updated and every time I called someone was able to give me an update on how he was doing.
