I have been taking my dog here for a while with specific instructions for his hair and the one time I do not drop him off they decided to cut his hair how they wanted to cut his hair instead of how I normally request it being cut. So I called to speak with Jenny who I always speak to just to let her know please do not shave his tail again and if there are ever issues please give me a call and we can discuss. Jenny decides this is her opportunity to tell me she didn’t call me because I didn’t drop him off?!?! Like how does that make sense IM HIS OWNER why couldn’t you call me concerning my dog?! She was very unprofessional in her response and her tone! I ended the conversation by saying he will not be back. I expected the conversation to go way different, but oh well. People would rather give ex users rather then apologize and admit error.

Didn't get what I requested, charged for services not done. Quoted 2 to 3 hrs but took 4.5 hrs and ears not done, several nails not done. The response was that it was because he is a squirmy puppy. If they can't handle a 9 lb puppy then they shouldn't take the appointment & my money!

I brought my new baby (4 month old) Bernadoodle in and all I can say is AMAZING! The girls that work there are “Top Notch!” So much patience and time went into his first haircut! Thank you all SO MUCH!♥️

they refused to give me a spa despite me identifying as a dog and in full fursuit, I fell disseminated against due to the fact that they don't accept me for how I am.

Please DON’T take your dog here there lazy workers and don’t do good work! Took my dog in at 1:30 pm asked for no paid for a full grooming and came back and my dog had been shaved down to the skin unexpected was never asked how low to shave her coat they did not clean her ears, they shaved the dog but did not give my dog a bath I have 5 dogs I know the difference between a clean dog and a smelly dog. This place is TRASH! BEWARE????????????????

I love that they dont crate the dogs before and after. My dog is usually mingling and walking around with the other dogs when I pick her up. She is a real scaredy cat but they seem to be able to calm her down and get the job done!

Just picked up my pups from here, and they’ve never looked so good! I was worried about our yorkie because we just adopted him and wasn’t sure if he’d ever been groomed. But he came out looking amazing, as did our other dog, a Bichon Poodle mix. Highly recommend!

Got me in quick and did a fantastic, thorough job in a timely fashion at the same price I was paying for a half a$$ job at the local chain store. Staff was friendly, understanding and compassionate. I think I have found me a groomer!!!!! Posted this a year ago. Now I want to add they just groomed my mutt and its simply the best job ever!! THANK YOU LADIES!!!!!

I left Paws and Relax to try another groomer who was closer to home. What a mistake! Huge! I have 2 standard poodles and no one can cut/groom poodles as well as the ladies in this shop. They are talented, professional, and attentive. So glad to be back and wish I never left!

They always take really good care of my dogs. Highly recommended

Think twice about going here. This my dog’s neck. Yeah... way to close. She won’t let me take a photo of her private parts which are totally pink and inflamed. What were they using to get so close to her skin???

Very patient with any breed, age, personality...,clean, cage free, groomers do their best to accommodate your wants and needs. They play and love on your pets! Love the open window in the front so you can watch. Also, they disinfect in between customers!

They took special care with Gracie.

Needed grooming of rescue dog I got. They did a great job. It was nice to see all the dogs walking around, not cooped up in cages crying. It is cage free and just being able to see what’s going on it’s nice. None of the dogs were crying as other places I’ve been. I would highly recommend to anyone. Their price is about the same as others.

Brought my two pups in for their first visit and they look great! Very meticulously cut around the face. I also appreciated that dogs could roam instead of being in a cage for a couple hours...my dogs were smiling and happy they made new friends. I paid $100 for my two pups and even though I was very satisfied, I still feel it is a bit much. I think lowering to 90 or 85 on my bill would encourage more tipping. I may be a little out of touch with the pricing, but I'll still be bringing them back!

I explained the cut I wanted to a girl who took no notes so half of my Shih Tzu 's ponytail was cut off. The fact that they don't cage dogs convinced me to return for a proper cut when it grew out. Again, no notes of my instructions were taken and her cut was bizarre. A full cut was given and the grown out hair was left long and resembled a lion's main. Her nipples were red and sore from the buzz cut on her stomach. I never received the refund I requested.

My dog was so traumatized by her visit I will never return. When I picked her up she was hiding in the corner (not normal). It was not until I got her home did I realized her nails were bleeding profusely from being cut too short. She cried and shook for an hour. When I called to find out what happened I was told they had no idea and was not offered an apology. In addition she was given a poor haircut her face was noticeably uneven.

Made an appointment and waited 5 minutes at the counter while no one came even though the door "bells" alerted them. Saw a person grooming a poor Yorkie that was shaking and I got an awful feeling. I watched and tried talking to the person, but she didn't even look up. I stayed for a few minutes just watching the Yorkie, who was getting her/his nails grinded; the poor dog looked like it wanted to bite the groomer. I understand that most dogs don't care for their nails done, but the overwhelming feeling I got by being in that place and the lack of ANY service, I walked. My dog, Zoey was shaking the second I stepped in the door; she smelled the fear in the place and was terrified from it.

I would definitely recommend this place. I used to take my dog there a few years ago (who has since passed), and even though she wasn't exactly too comfortable with the place, mostly because she didn't know them very well and bathing was involved, we knew that everyone there took wonderful care of her. They had accidentally cut her once, but informed us immediately and took care of it right away, to the absolute best of their abilities. Even though it's been a few years, I would still recommend this place due to the extra amount of love and effort that goes into taking care of these babies. And the dogs always come out looking so fabulous!

Paws and Relax Pet Spa is awesome! Jessica and the staff are so knowledgable and you can tell that they really care about the pets. During a grooming, they noticed that something was wrong with my dog and sure enough, took her to the vet and she is going through a fake pregnancy. I love this place. I've tried the Petsmarts and the Petcos, never again!!! And their pricing is so very reasonable. Great place all together. I highly recommend.
