If you are a new pet owner or a existing pet owner looking for a caring , hometown vet I would definitely recommend Back on Track. Dr Witten and her staff truly love animals and treated my dogs like their own. I don’t often write reviews but if I fall in love with the service and staff like I did with Back on Track I wanted to let other people know, I took my Corgi Lily there for acupuncture and massage for two years, I lost Lily due to degenerate myelopathy and cancer but I truly believe they helped extend her life. They helped me make the heartbeat decision to let her go- they are not in it just for the money. I have a new Corgi Ellie and we are going there for all her puppy shots and they are in love with her! I have had Corgis since 1987 and wish Back on Track was my vet for all my babies.

They have great with fitting the pup into their schedule. I know the country as awhole has a major talent shortage in this field, but our team there has been great!

Provided chiropractic care for my elderly dog. Has been very very helpful.

My dog is 15 years old and it's not always easy to tell if she's slowing down due to her age or if something hurts. I drive hour to take her to see Dr. Parker for chiropractic adjustments. She's gentle and my dog always feels better afterwards. I highly recommend her.

My pup had long had the diagnosis of hip dysplasia/arthritis when Conrad started seeing Dr Witten and the team at Back on Track. But the treatment plan Dr Witten developed has kept my boy moving and doing those things he truly enjoys despite the issues with his hips. Conrad and I have seen a good number of vets and sincerely appreciate the skill and professionalism provided by the staff at Back on Track. It’s a hike for me to get there but they now care for all 3 of my pups. Can’t thank them enough......

Where do I start? This place and everyone there is amazing! They are all so caring and work with each patient and parent to get the best outcome for your pet. I was referred to Back On Track Veterinary Hospital by a friend when I mentioned how healthy her dogs were at such an advanced age. I didn’t know it when we first started going that Dr Borgmeyer would save my service dog Dulci’s life by correctly diagnosing and treating 3 major health problems including cancer! All the docs are great (we see all of them but mostly Dr Borgmeyer) and so are the technicians and front desk staff! Very kind, professional, caring and really listen to the pet parents and work as a team with them to get the best outcome for your pet! There are no egos involved as the docs will refer out if something is beyond their scope of practice as they put your pets’ health first and foremost! They use both conventional and holistic methods to heal and involve the parents in this decision because they know that we know our babies better than anyone. They even have a discount program that earns you money off services! I’ve gone to many holistic vets and I can highly recommend Back On Track Vet Hospital as the best in the St. Louis area! I travel 30 minutes to get there and it’s always worth it! Love these people and clinic!

My dog needed surgery and I was terrified. But the workers at Back on Track were with me every step of the way. Each person that helped my dog in some way was kind and knowledgeable. No one ever got impatient with my millions of questions and they all treated my dog like she was theirs. I can not say enough good things about Back on Track. Amazing staff and quality service. I work in the field so I have high expectations when it comes to my dogs care as I’m used to doing it myself, and I can honestly say I am very happy with BoT!
