This place is top notch! Let me also mention this was a rescheduled visit bc our cat escaped from the carrier on our first attempt and disappeared for 6 days. When she did this, 2 staff members ran out after her and tried to help my husband and son catch up with her. She finally came home and now we've found a new home for our fur babies! Dr. Clapper is fantastic! Lyse was wonderful and so sweet in care and explaining, and they both loved on our Lexi like she was their own. Very reasonably priced but really, the care for the dollar amount your'e getting here doesn't even compare! Glad to have found this gem for sure!

Everyone was super nice. I loved walking into the front desk and they were very inviting when we walked in. The doctor was great with our rabbit. Very hard to find a place that has a doctor to look at rabbits. And she was great with her. Just loved on her and it made us feel so good. We got a clean bill of health and we look forward to going back to see them again. Highly recommend them for All pets.

Dr Wright is the best vet in the the world to me! He has helped me for over 45 years with many many animals and reptiles. Very caring with all types of pets. I would not hesitate to recommend him to any one.

We've been bringing our dog here since we got him as a puppy. They are always super helpful and informative. They are a fear-free practice so it's no surprise our dog enjoys coming here and gets excited when we're on the way.

We love the physicians and staff. They always take great care of our dog. Even when we were out of town and needed advice, they were there for us. They also have reasonable rates.

I decided to obtain a fresh look at my aging rescue dog , because his quality of life was being affected by limping that had not been diagnosed or relieved after multiple xrays and various medications. I was pleased to see evidence that his extensive history had been read, and that both the veterinarian and tech, used methods to calm rather than create anxiety. I was very glad to see how easily Dr Clapper was able to draw blood from the neck of my 95lb golden chow without him even reacting!! With some adjustments to his medicines just 10 days ago, he is walking and feeling much better! Bryan Road is now my choice for care after 20 years elswhere..

The receptionist and the techs were very rude and pushy when my dog had a tooth extraction there. The doctor was great but ill never take my dog back again. I recently called to transfer the surgery records to his new vet and the receptionist made fun of my dogs nickname "gator mouth" i just told her to delete it from his records. Really professional.....

I don't go anywhere else for the excellent care of my three senior dogs. The vets are outstanding and really care about your fur children.

We have been taking our pets to Bryan Road since almost the beginning of their practice. I will not trust my pets with anyone else. We started going there because we followed Dr. Clapper but it doesn't matter which vet you see, they all are amazing. My dog developed diabetic neuropathy, which is rare in dogs. All the vets there were doing their best to come up with a treatment. They never gave up. They finally found a solution and my sweet girl started feeling better. We sadly lost her in May due to old age. Dr. Clapper and all the vet techs were in tears. That shows how much they care.

Was super impressed with my first visit. I had filled out paperwork before going and had notated that my dog has issues with tile/laminate floors. When I pulled up and called to let them know that I was here for my appointment they told me which door to come in and let me know that they had put mats down for my dog. Everyone was very friendly and i have received several follow up calls after the appointment to check on my dog. I saw Dr. Clapper and she was excellent and took lots of time to answer my questions. I definitely recommend them.

Love Dr. Clapper. Very knowledgeable and takes time with your furry loved one. Found simple issues with our dog and gave him a great quality of life his last few years he would have never had anywhere else. All the other vets overlooked what she diagnosed on first visit. His response was a 180. We wouldn't trust our animals with anyone else.

The entire team always goes above and beyond taking care of our dogs! Dr. Vricela is the best!! Highly recommend.

We have had a great experience with Bryan Rd Animal Hospital. Bandit had to have some dental surgery and we were kept well informed on what to expect and they called the next day to check in on him. Before the procedure they gave us information on what to expect cost wise and they called during the surgery to keep us updated.

The absolute best vet practice! None compare.

Our family has been using their veterinary services since they first opened their practice and we have always been extremely pleased with the friendly, professional care provided. Dr. Clapper and Dr. Vricella and all the Staff are wonderful and so caring for your beloved pets. You can totally trust your pet’s care in their hands.

They always take such good care of my dogs and treat them like their own! They called me the day after my puppy was neutered to check on him and see if we needed anything! Highly recommended!

We took our beloved cat Peaches for one last visit. He is not longer with us . The service we received at Brian Hospital was outstanding. They also mailed us a condolences card with all the staff signatures. We are so thankful . Thank you everyone at Brian hospital you're heroes in our hearts.
