Great job with my cat

Low inventory on fish(probably due to shipping issues,,but tanks looked dirty even ones w fish in thm,,

I like this place but the credit card machine takes so long....

Let's just say they had the best dog and cat toys at a low price. Plus I got to see a few cute dogs. It was also very clean and organized.

Staff were cleaning the fish tanks when I was there. Looked like it was overdue. I understand everyone is short-staffed these days, but it wasn't very impressive. Would like to visit again and see the tanks clean and fully stocked.

Evwrthing was easy to find, great selection and friendly staff

Had questions about boarding (which this location doesn't do) but very nice and helpful person at hospital counter.

I have a long haired Dachshund that was very well taken care of. Loved his trim! Thanks so much Kathie B, you were great and quick.

I took my dog to get his nails trimmed, when we were out of the store I noticed him limping. At first I thought maybe it’s just the nail because things happen and I didn’t want to jump to conclusions. When we get home, I take him outside he can’t walk on the concrete. My dogs leg looks like it’s broken. I called them back the same day and they said I can bring him back to get examined by they pet vet in the store. I take him back and they tell me that it’s not a guarantee that he’ll be seen but I can drop him off and leave him there? Right, because I feel comfortable leaving my dog at the same place he got hurt. My dog wasn’t a priority to them, they also recommended I can schedule an appointment but it’s a drop off appointment, which I clearly stated I’m NOT leaving my dog with you. I’m taking him to my own vet today, they were closed over the weekend otherwise, he would of been seen already.

Wonderful sales associate! There was a very crabby lady in front of me in line and this young lady handled her like a boss!

Pet friendly place, take your dog or cat with you. Friendly staff, tons of pet food choices and toys.

Always a pleasant experience. Employees are very nice and helpful. It is dog friendly so I get to bring my dog in and talk to other pet owners. Very nice collection of Halloween outfits for pets and boys. Can be a little expensive though.

They still need some work on the process of online pick ups

They always have the best toys and any brand food you can think of. Sad you can't see the kitties.

Great place for all your pet supply needs. They allow you to bring your pet in as well so you often get to see other animals during a visit! They have a veterinarian and groomer. They offer adoption events occasionally for the animal shelter. Always get quick service and great advice from the employees when we have a question.

Slow careless service unless u luck out and get the fish guy! He's awesome! Too many fish dead every time we go and a lot they don't have.

This store has a great selection of products for your pet. The selection is great, the store is clean and prices seem to be reasonable. The staff here is friendly and helpful. This place also hosts a pet adoption drive now and then, where you can adopt a new furry friend from a local animal rescue.

Curbside with the app apparently didn't work. But that's ok once I went inside it was easy to get get my item

I purchased several minnows from this location to add to my tank. Less than a week later, most of them are now dead and the rest are covered in Ich and have transmitted it to my madtom catfish. Unfortunately, I will probably lose the (very expensive) fish since it is difficult to treat scaleless fish.

As a tarantula owner of several myself, I can tell you this is absolutely NOT acceptable AT ALL!!! Tarantulas need an enclosure at least 3x their leg span, and with the oversized coconut hide and water bowl this T is literally SMASHED between them, if you're going to keep this poor animal in a critter keeper, you'd be better off taking the giant hide out and using a bottle cap as a bowl as tarantulas don't even need water dishes this big. Do better, PetSmart. If you don't know how to properly keep certain animals, don't keep them in stock.

Made my dogs grooming appointment a week in advance and they cancelled it on me via text!! I called and the girl didn't care at all. Clearly I will NEVER return again. They also need to learn how to groom a goldendoodle because just buzzing them IS NOT CORRECT and that is basically what they do each time...time to find a new place anyways.

Staff are friendly and make good recommendations. We get our cat food and fish supplies from here.

Popular place. Employees are always friendly and often ask if they can be of assistance. The place even smells nice.
