Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive and helpful! They had a clean office and it was run smoothly! Excellent, practical vet care approach, and knowledgeable. Easy to communicate with about symptoms and helping you understand the diagnosis for your pet!

Had to euthanize a pet. It was done in a very sincere and appreciative manner.

I’m happy to have found this veterinarian office. I have five senior animals and have moved a lot through their lives. All those years and moves have made me a bit of an expert on vets. This one both Doctors are the best!

I took my pitbull, Uno-Bean, to Falcon Valley for his vaccinations as well as a check up. From the beginning they were very kind and welcomed Uno as a new patient. When I dropped him off they were open arms and didn't seem to have any judgement or assumption that my son Uno was dangerous or vicious. They took him inside without a muzzle or expressing any concerns. Wich I only point this out because of how often my loving son is judged and treated unfairly upon first meeting him by others. Pitbulls aren't vicious dogs, they can be raised to be vicious, same as any other breed. Anyway, they were extremely kind, had very good communication with me, the prices were below what I was expecting it to all cost. Especially being in a somewhat upperclass area. The app they offer makes scheduling appointments, getting reminders, and so much more a breeze. Last but certainly not not least, the vet Assistant, I believe she was a vet. Assistant, she checked in Uno and met me outside to give me the new patient paperwork. Due to covid-19 I wasn't able to enter. But she was absolutely gorgeous and extremely welcoming and pleasant personality. I would recommend Falcon Valley Animal Hospital absolutely and I will be returning as needed.

The ONLY place I will take my Phineas for veterinary care and grooming! If you have a dog that is nervous about grooming, you will not have that issue here. The groomer and all of the staff go above and beyond to make you and your pet feel at ease and valued. I cannot say enough good things about them!

Friendly staff, quick service but pricey

We've been taking our dogs there for several years and I'm overall pleased. Yesterday our dog collapsed and we took him in and he had emergency surgery to save his life. One of the techs spent time with him before surgery which I greatly appreciated given he was dying. After the surgery we got updates and photos of him texted to us which were again appreciated. They treat your pet like it's their own which is invaluable. Are they a bit more expense than some vets? sure Am I rich? no Do you get what you pay for? yes Is it worth it for quality care of a family member? Definitely

We've been with Falcon Ridge for the last 10 years. They've seen us through the heartbreaking loss of an old pet and the introduction of new pet family members. They're compassionate, understanding, take time with their clients (human and otherwise) and have continued to maintain and hire the best staff. Five stars by every measure.

My 14-year-old cat Xena is alive today thanks to the staff of Falcon Valley Veterinary. I can’t thank them enough for saving her life. Last month, Xena relapsed with a kidney/urinary issue, infection, serious weight loss, dehydration and lethargy. I lifted up her limp body, placed her in the carrier and rushed her to our vet. Dr. Zeimetz told me later she was genuinely worried we were going to lose poor Xena. Several tests and three days later, Xena regained her appetite, her weight, her spark and her energy. I feel like I have my younger kitty back now. We love the entire staff for their warmth, love and compassion for our pets. Thanks so much to the wondrous staff at Falcon Valley!

I have never had a bad experience. Been bringing my big old boy there for years. Staff is tremendous. Annie always does a great job on DeAngelo's cuts. Dr. Jobe is so sweet. She takes good care of us. Cant imagine not coming here! Ashley and others in the clinic are always kind and patient. Bring your pets here. You will not be sorry!

Falcon Valley Animal Hospital is amazing! We recently adopted a cat that had been hit by a car, and they have been extremely helpful in providing available options to help Brandy heal, and have provided exceptional care. Everyone there is super friendly, and have an amazing rapport with animals! They really care and have done an amazing job with our Brandy!

Went to get Willie, our cat a lion cut, all Falcon Valley wanted for a lion cut was $473.26. WOW needless to say thanks, but no thanks

Great experience, Brutis felt very safe I feel, and he got treated fantastic. Very speedy process too, and the vets know what they are talking about!

They are so amazing! I took my doggie to get groom and dewormed. The little fellow got a whole new makeover. Absolutely love their work. check out the before and after pictures. He's a very shy dog and a big cry baby but he felt so at ease with them. He also loved it, his attitude shows it. He went from sleepy all day to playful and ready for walks all day. I truly trust them with my fur babies. 10/10 recommend!!!

FVAH staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Their facility is clean and my dogs LOVE going there!

Having to find a new vet after having the same vet for over 15 years was tough when we moved here. But Falcon Valley staff is so friendly and welcoming. They take the time to listen to your concerns and don’t try to push you into things that aren’t necessary for your pet. I also love how close and convenient it is. We’ve been twice now and will continue to go back when needed.

I travel a ton for work, and always use Falcon Valley to board my 15yo dog Maddie. They take really good care of her, and I can tell they care about her too. This is not one of those impersonal dog hotels.

Very pricey! We feel like we were taken advantage of because we love our pet. We were not explained the prices for optional treatments like Heart Worm. After doing some check found out we HAD options that were less expensive then $140! It was not explained to us. We were just made to feel like it was something we needed to so for our pet's health! Need to be more up front and explain ALL options to your customers. We will be taking our Dog elsewhere now!

Wow, so far so good. Nice place, the people are really nice. They were patient and sweet to our new pup, and they knew what they were doing. With a Groupon we found, it was only 46 bucks for shots, dewormer, a flea and tick pill, and they even clipped his toenails. I will update to 5 stars after we have been with them a little while. :)

Dr. Jobe and staff treated our pet with nothing but compassion and care. We will be bringing our other pets to this business. I have already told my son about how great they are compared to the "Wellness pet plan place" we both currently take our pets. Thank you so much for caring for our pet and not just rushing through the process of the exam, explanation, etc. We honestly felt like you cared for our pet, listened to us, and did it without patronizing us or just going through the motions of a "job".
