They missed a dislocated wrist in my cat. Didn’t bother to do any imaging. Now the wrist is fused in that position. The cat is in constant pain and nothing can be done.

We have recieved the most compassionate care and kindness at Ironhorse. They are gentle with our elderly cat, and you can tell they love what they do and love our fur babies as much as us! I cannot say enough great things about them. Highly recommend.

We took our highly reactive Great Pyr in for what we thought might be a troublesome visit. From the beginning, the Fear Free environment and approached worked. The dog was completely calm and let the staff do everything needed, including things he won't let us do at home. Really appreciate the service, professionalism and Fear Free environment.

If you what your dog dead go there! I took Sadie there twice! Was treated for bronchitis which she never had. She got very sick in the morning but they where to busy to see her. So had to go to Blue Pearl.. she had diabetes, enlarged heart which I paid for Ex Rays he said her heart was not enlarged! She had heart disease! And was treated for bronchitis! Never took her temperature nothing! Just 20 minutes and pills! She died! How can a vet not treat a dog how! Then Blue pearl charged me $3,800 and did nothing except take an echo ! There all out for money in Johnson County! Not the love of your pet. She was 12 years old always taken care of! Heart breaking. And they say nothing! I found a wonderful vet for my new puppy thank God. But I lost ten pounds still heart broken. All talk no care. So check your vet out if you want your did to live and be cared for the right way! So very sad!!! Bad no love there!

I have never been to a better vet. They are extremely concerned about pet comfort during checkups and their love for animals is tangible. Both my dogs love coming here, as they love the doctor and the technicians. Plus they pair with Companion Protect health insurance which has paid for its price in just a matter of months, making appointment very affordable. Best of all, there is almost always a message board greeting your pets by name along with a treat when you come in which is cute and a great touch. Highly recommended!

If I could give 10 stars, I would!! We were extremely lucky to find such a wonderful place to take care of our dog, Honey, when we moved here 1.5 years ago. Drs. Eddy and Dickerson have been infinitely wonderful to Honey and our family. I recommend their practice with absolutely no reservations!

Because my family has moved many times, my darling puppies have been to many different vets across the country; however, none have compared to Ironhorse Veterinary Care! Everyone was respectful, accommodating, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. One of my dogs usually get so nervous that I can't separate her from my other dog during any event or activity or she becomes aggressive. They had pheromone air diffusers to promote relaxation. They also immediately tied a handkerchief covered in calming pheromones upon arrival. I can't say that I've ever been a big believer in pheromones for calming dogs but their tactics certainly seem to work at this vet's office. I'm extremely impressed with all of the staff and the care that my furry children have received. We are ever so thankful to have found Ironhorse! You will not be disappointed!

Ironhorse Veterinary Care changed my yorkie's life. After trying everything with my old vet, I decided to give Ironhorse a try. Dr Eddy ran bloodwork and knew just what to do. My little Emma is now doing much better and living a much happier life! Give them a try, you will love the attention given to your animal!
