We have used Stanley Vet Clinic a few times in the past 2 years and they have been absolutely wonderful. We were referred to them when our dog needed surgery and we were so pleased with the quality of care she received. We recently reached out to them again when our other dog became very ill. They were able to work us in at the last minute and provide immediate relief for our dog. Sadly, our dog was not able to recover but Dr. Black and the entire staff made sure he was comfortable right up to the very end. We will continue to use Stanley Vet Clinic as our primary vet and we would recommend them to anyone!

New to town and my cat has been having flare ups of issues as of late. Stanley Vet has been wonderful! They have been able to get him in quickly when he’s started having some concerning symptoms, and the costs are very reasonable and fair. I wanted to leave an extra shoutout to Dr. Black and her techs today, all 3 of them were incredibly personable, thorough, and helpful! They went above and beyond and really calmed my nerves. I know my boy will always get the best quality care from everyone here. Thanks Stanley Vet!

Everyone at this clinic is so helpful and friendly. We’ve been taking our family dog here for years and when he passed earlier this year the entire office was so sympathetic and kind. I took my cat here for an annual exam for the first time and was so pleased with the lengths they went to to make sure my cat was comfortable. I also really appreciated the fact that they gave me an estimate on what the services would cost before the exam. Vet bills can add up quickly and it was nice to not be surprised at the end of the visit upon seeing my bill.

We have gone to Stanley Vet Clinic for a few years now with both our past dog and our current dog. We have always been impressed with the courtesy, kindness, respect, and most importantly, the knowledge of Dr. Powers. He was able to help us figure out solutions to the problems with our old dog when other vets couldn't, providing her much better quality of life for her. When it was time to put our sweet 16-year-old dog to sleep, he handled it with such kindness and dignity. Recently, he has had to remove a broken tooth from our young, new pup. We were very happy with the procedures, communication, and the end result. For the best quality care around, Dr. Powers and Stanley are the place to go. They will take good care of your pooch!

I love this vet. We originally selected them because they had specialty with larger breeds. They have been great at giving care to our dog Petri and advice to us, first time great Dane owners. They had helpful COVID protocols and are always keeping us informed of what to expect.

Paid more than $450 for an annual exam and vaccinations for one dog yesterday. Whew. They have a beautiful new facility and are excited to tell about the new, state of the art CT scanner...but after 20 years of taking my pets there, they may have priced themselves out of my budget.

I can’t say good enough things. On four separate occasions we were able to get same day appointments. My fiancé’s and my one and only, Dante, our entire world, fell ill. It was our worst nightmare as there was nothing we could do. Dr. Silva was able to quickly diagnose Dante because he remembered him and invested himself into his well-being. He gently explained to us what our options were and showed the utmost compassion. We had to euthanize our Dante as his health quickly deteriorated. Again, Dr. Silva answered all questions and showed Dante so much love. He made our worst fear just a little more bearable. I cannot recommend him or this clinic enough.

As a new client they got my dog in the same day I called (which was very hard to find) and treated us like we had been there forever. My dog is very nervous and they did their best to make him feel at home. Great people with great care.

I cannot say enough good things about Stanley Vet and the staff there. They are all so kind and caring. My sweet dog Bowman has been a client there since I got him as a puppy 2 and a half years ago. They are always so kind and sweet to him and he loves everyone on staff there. All of the techs are so friendly. Dr. Like, Dr. Black, and Dr. Powers have all been so helpful with his stomach issues and after some trial and error, we finally have some relief to some chronic issues he was having. They are always more than willing to squeeze Bowman in day of to get him taken care of. He was attacked by an unleashed dog and had a terrible gash in his foot. Dr. Like was able to suture it back up and answer all the questions I had about his injury. He even made sure we knew the proper channels for getting the police/animal control involved in this situation. I can’t speak to the cost of this clinic since it is the only clinic we have gone to, but I can say that they are professional, kind, and caring to my pet, so it is worth whatever the cost may be to get this kind of care for my pet. Thank you Stanley Vet! :)

Love this clinic. I have used them since 1979 when Dr Huggins was full-time and have stayed with all of their wonderful vets. They treat the dogs as their own and always greet them like old friends, which a lot of them are. Prices are fair. Service is great. I also like the on-site groomers.

I’ve never been so incredibly disappointed in a business in general. If you care about your pet this is NOT the place to go. There have been significant issues in the past but I held out hope it would get better … Michelle Diehn was the main reason we kept going there. This last issue was above and beyond poor service and definitely borders on negligence. Our experience with Dr Kerling was nothing short of unacceptable. We had to go back after my dogs ear infection was not resolved when the first line of treatment wasn’t effective. The appointment itself had us waiting close to an hour to be seen and there were other issues that occurred that were quite upsetting. By the time my dog was evaluated a plan was set to send off a culture to examine more closely what antibiotics he was potentially resistant to… This bill, yet again, was pretty expensive. I was told it could take up to a week to hear back (this was completed on a Tuesday). Not hearing back a week later I decided to call and follow up. They had the results but no one was authorized to let me know what they were and the doctor wasn’t working, was told he would get back to me. When I didn’t hear from them the next day by lunch time, with growing frustration (my dogs ear has now been oozing infection for over a week) I called again. I won’t go into all the detail but it was evident my dog wasn’t a priority (probably bc we had already paid for our service, they opened at 730am so no reason he couldn’t have called first thing before he started seeing others) and Dr Kerling didn’t want to make time to go over the results or get meds filled. I sat on hold for over 20 minutes… then when the front desk staff let him know I was on the phone he wanted to brush me off until later. Sadly, I had to put my foot down and let them know how upsetting and unprofessional this situation is and that based on my work schedule I needed to find out the plan in case I had to arrange to pick up meds. The front desk was apologetic but Dr Kerling never was, always very soft spoken but definitely showed he doesn’t care about his patients/customers bc he gets paid regardless. With all the quality vets we have in this area I encourage you to look elsewhere. It will save you money (I’ve recently did price comparisons) and you will get a more professional/quality service with your pet(s). Again, this is one of many disappointing and unacceptable experiences. Lesson finally learned.

I called to ask about the service and what I need to do to get my dogs in for dental checkup. I am sorry but not sure how to spell it but Isa I believe her name answered the phone and she was so helpful, and definitely very patient and answered all my questions. I know I have asked so many questions and she did not seem irritated by my questions or anything so I’m definitely going to be going check in my dogs saw dental there

My dog king had his first seizure about a year ago. We had just moved to the area and didn't have a vet here yet. The staff at Stanley immediately welcomed us and got him in right away. They were very understanding and patient with me. They took the time to explain things to me that I didn't understand and have always made time when I needed them. King was never a big fan of going to the vet but he always came back to me happy and didn't have any problem going in without me during the pandemic. King lost his fight with his seizures recently and the staff at Stanley was there for me again say goodbye to my long time friend. They gave us plenty of space and time, made sure I understood how the process worked, and showed a ton of compassion. They reassured that I had done everything I could for him and were completely professional while not losing the caring touch that kept me coming back to them. I cant thank the staff at Stanley enough for everything they did for King and I. I highly recommend them for all of your pets needs.

We have been taking our miniature schnauzer here since we first got him...we have had good service, although realizing how much more expensive they are in many other places! But they just made a massive and careless mistake with our dog - we decided to take him to a vet that is closer to our house, which that vet had just requested records from Stanley the week before. I took my dog in to see the groomer at Stanley because she’s done a great job & was planning to keep bringing the dog to see her. When we went to pick our dog up we noticed the bill was much larger than what a grooming appointment would be and inquired… They said that they gave him his updated vaccines, which we had just gotten done at the new vet the week before! They said that I had given approval… Why in the world would I approve for my dog to get double vaccines, pay another round for them, and ultimately endanger my dog?! Someone at the shop made a huge oversight mistake and then thought it would be a great idea to lie and say I approved them. Honestly someone needs to be fired, but we certainly will not bring our dog back even for grooming after this craziness.

After years of taking my dog to a corporate vet, I had enough of the pressure to keep adding on unnecessary testing. I have heard great feedback about Stanley Vet and decided to transfer there. The staff is very friendly. Before the pandemic you got to be in the room to watch them do an actual physical unlike the drop-off at the other place. The Vet doctors do a great job of explaining information to you and you don't feel like they are trying to get you to do unnecessary stuff. I can't say enough good things about them. They are the best.

My dog got ill suddenly and my vet was closed. I called Stanley veterinary clinic and they offered to get me in immediately. They took great care of my pup and explained everything to me in great detail. I’m so thankful for them and everyone I talked to during the entire visit.

The staff were all very thorough, kind, and informative. Dr Black took extra time to talk to us, via phone, to assure all our dog's needs were being met. She was very kind, extremely professional and had a caring and calm demeanor. We felt very confident our dog was getting great care and attention. Looking forward to utilizing them for our future Vet needs and grooming. Thanks to everyone!
