Wasn't able to write a review until now, years later, because it was too painful. I'd recommend this place to anyone. Super compassionate, respectful, efficient, and timely. Was helped on a Sunday afternoon and so appreciated the kind service.

These people obviously take pride in their work. You can tell they treat each pet with dignity and respect. I've had two furbabies pass through their services, and both times their ashes were returned to me in a pretty cherry wood box labeled on the bottom with my pet's name. Inside the box the ashes are wrapped in plastic, inside a gossamer drawstring bag. Included is a certificate of cremation and a Rainbow Bridge poem. Their tender care makes a traumatic time a little bit more bearable.

My vet used their services when my sweet girl passed on 5/28/2021. I didn't realize they provide a lovely, wooden, complimentary urn for the ashes. I just opened the box last evening and assumed it was just a plastic bag of ashes inside the cardboard container. But it was a beautiful wooden box and her ashes, while in plastic were placed in a nice simple drawstring sack. I felt that much love and care had been taken with her and I really appreciate that. Thank you for taking care of my best friend.

I've had three of my cats pass through this service. My last cat, Prince, died Wed April 21st and I have his remains back today the 23rd of April. I feel so relieved to know that this company handled his remains. Thank you for the services you provide to us and our pets.

The woman who helped me was beyond amazing helping me step by step. They truly care about our pets who have passed over and make sure that our pets have the perfect memorial. Highly recommend!

Our vet handled this part - didn't even know the cremation service our vet used. The process was so easy during such a difficult time. The process was fast and we were able to get "baby dog" back to her resting place. Surprised by the package with a beautiful box plus we got a print of her paw.... simply melted my heart. Again, THANK YOU so much for making a difficult time a little easier. Totally recommend !!

Our dog Odin past away Friday morning after 9 1/2 years. I knew it was coming but still not easy. I had done my research ahead of time but was really surprised how thoughtful and helpful everyone there was. We dropped off Odin Friday afternoon and on Monday they called to let me know Odin cremains were really. The staff where very respectful and presented Odin in a lovely complimentary urn. My family is glad to have Odin back home again. I am very happy with service provided and would use again. I highly recommend them if you find yourself in need of the service.

First class service. I called early Tuesday morning before they opened and was called back pretty quickly. I was a mess on the phone but the lady was kind and took her time with me. When I arrived I was even worse but again I was met with nothing but compassion and patience. I cannot say enough how thankful I am for you all.

The nicest group of people I have ever met. I was devastated when I lost my fur baby but they made the entire process so easy for me. I wouldn't go any where else nor recommend anyone else. Bless you all.

My Vet sent my dog to this service for cremation. I couldn’t have found anyone better and I have used other places prior for other pets. I had the ashes returned in four days - also they were in a beautiful cherry wood urn, which I did not expect. Other times, ashes have been returned in a heavyweight plastic bag in a cardboard box. A certificate of cremation was also sent and a concrete paw print cast. I was very satisfied with everything that was taken care of for my beloved pet.

I called the morning that my sweet mini doxie passed away and they were quick to answer the phone. I did not need to make an appointment, but they were prepared for me the moment I walked in the door. They were extremely professional and caring working up all the paperwork and made sure you had ample time before taking your pet away. I was EXTREMELY surprised when they called me the next day to let me know she was ready to pick up, even with the huge ice storm that had just occurred. The terra cotta paw print is totally worth it and I will cherish it always. This will not be the last time we use them and I highly recommend for anyone else looking to cremate their beloved pet to use them!

My rabbit of many years died from a prolonged illness, and it was devastating. I entrusted that my vet would go through with cremation and they use this facility... everything went as planned until I got my rabbits ashes back. My rabbit's …

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I lost a piece of my soul when Miley died.. Greg helped me thru everything, was compassionate and very understanding. He handled my girl like she was one of his babies. Gave me time to grieve before proceeding with her final placement. This is a terrible memory and they made the process so smooth for someone who is grieving so deeply. This is the second cremation they have done for me but first one where I personally did the whole process without my vet. Thank you guys so much for just caring!

Could not ask for a more thoughtful, caring and sensitive group of people. I first knew of them when I worked at a veterinary clinic that utilized their services...the drivers were always so respectful and kind. I no longer work in the veterinary field, but have continued to use Pet Cremation Services for our own menagerie of aging pets. Each time we've had to say goodbye to one of them, Pet Cremation Services has been there with heartfelt compassion and a willingness to go above and beyond in returning our loved ones' ashes. I would rate them ten stars if I could.

The most horrific experience ever. They don't properly clean and I probably got half of the ashes from the previous pet. Very rude company.

I have used Pet Cremation services twice for my senior horses. Today was for my 34 year-old beloved horse. After hearing about cremation issues at other facilities such as not actually doing the cremation, I was apprehensive that my boy would be cremated with the dignity he deserved. From the kind young man who picked him up to speaking with the owners when he arrived at the facility, my mind and heart are in peace. All questions were answered professionally and they also suggested to cut some mane and tail hair, which I had already done. No regrets in using this company in ensuring my boys final journey was compassionate and dignified.

My experience is similar to other reviewers who give Pet Cremation Services 5 stars. Our family dog passed away after midnight on a Saturday. On Sunday morning, I called Pet Cremation Services at 8:30 a.m. I expected to get an answering machine, and was pleasantly surprised when a real person at an answering service answered the phone. She said someone would call me back, and within 10 minutes I got the call. Unfortunately, in my grief I failed to get the woman's name. Since I live about 50 miles from their facility, I asked if someone could meet me at 10:30. She told me one of their workers would meet me. My experience only got better when Greg met me at 10:30. He said the owners typically handle the weekend calls, but they were out of town. He was so gracious, respectful and caring! It amazed me that someone could be so compassionate after being called into work on a Sunday morning. He helped me fill out the paperwork and talked me through the process. One of my biggest concerns was that my poor dog would be left there until someone came in on Monday to do the cremation. But no, Greg said he would do it that same day. And, in fact, he said I could go back and be with her as he started the process. He even said that they could deliver the remains to my vet so I wouldn't have to drive the 50 miles back to pick them up. When I left, I couldn't even thank Greg because I was so choked up---partially because of the grief, but also because I was so touched by his kindness. I picked up the ashes today, expecting them to be in a ziploc bag in a cardboard box. I didn't pay for a special urn, but they had put her ashes in a very nice wooden box with a small note that had a beautiful quote. They also provided a certificate of death. They made a very difficult situation much easier to deal with.

Everyone was professional and kind. The entire process was polite, respectful, and streamlined. Steve stayed late so I could bring in my pet before the weekend. Thank you

I called this company prior to my pet being euthanized. It was the hardest phone call I have ever had to make. Linda was kind and understanding and offered her condolences. She explained the process, cost, etc. However, neglected to tell me whether or not my pet would be kept in a freezer or not. When I called to have my pet picked up, two kind gentlemen came and took my dog away, I was grieving terribly and could not think. I had made arrangements with Linda to have my pet shipped to me in WA state as I was moving. I called shortly after my dog was taken to her facility and I asked her if she would give me a lot of hair cuttings. She sounded mortified. She said that no one has ever, ever asked her to do this before and she was not comfortable doing it. I had realized that I wanted to make a special item out of my dogs hair and wanted it for that reason. She stated that it was morbid and she wasn't going to do it, she said she would clip a few pieces and put them in a small bag. At this point, Linda changed her tone with me, I felt she became rude and very uncaring as I sat there on the phone crying. I wanted to ask more questions about my dog and ask that they cremate the blanket with her but Linda just cut me off and made it clear she had no interest in further conversation with me. Later on, after I moved, my pets ashes did not arrive on the date I expected them. I had to call looking for my pets ashes and when I reached Linda after previously having left a message, she said there had been a delay in the shipment. She offered no apologies and was rude to me. I would never call this company again and thankfully, I'll never have to but I wish she had been a lot more compassionate. It seems to me, the minute she got my payment, I was no longer a valued customer.

They made the hardest experience of losing my son as gentle as possible. From the young man that took him with the blanket to the lady that helped me every step of the way. I feel my son was treated exactly by my wishes until they gave him back to me!! Thank you!!
