We have been coming here for years. The staff is amazing and clearly dedicated to helping animals. The work they have done for us over the years can't be described in words. This will be our forever Clinic.

Beautiful, clean, modern building, located in the heart of Martin City. I always enjoy taking my Frenchies there for checkups! The staff here, and at every location (Paola, Wildcat, Drexel) always very patient with me. Chances are they can always fit you in at one of their locations.

I have been taking my cats to the Martin City Animal Hospital for years. Vets and techs are all knowledgeable, supportive, and answer all my questions. They are very patient and take excellent care of my cats. I see lots of happy dogs there too. I highly recommend MCAH.

Great staff got in same day

For 30 years I've brought my pets to this place got to know the people and had a deep respect for them but now that the place has been sold and new vets it has lost its charm and most important it's care.In just one visit they made three huge mistakes one is leaving my wife in a room for 30 minutes because they forgot she was there second they billed us for a service not performed the third is the biggest they gave us pills for our dog and told us to break them in half ok no bigge but the pills were not scorer which means the medication is not distributed evenly only pills that are scored have have equally amounts of medication on each side big mistake now here's the kicker the directions said give one pill every one and a half hours!!!! If we had of followed these directions our dog would be dead So being said you can remodel a building make it all nice but doesn't mean a thing it's the quality of the doctors that make the difference with this being said no longer will we deal with these people and we have now found a different very qualified vet I would also like to add when confronted with these issues they were great at makeing excuses to bad they flunked problem solving

Martin City Animal hospital allowed me to bring my cat in for an emergency visit. I had called multiple other locations who turned me away in my time of need. They were so caring and understanding when I was scared and even walked me to the back so I could pet my baby and tell her goodbye before leaving her there. They called me throughout the day to keep me updated and reassured. ❤Such big hearted, wonderful people- EXACTLY the kind of people you can trust to take care of your furbaby!!

They are always amazing and lovely people. They treat all the animals that come in as their own.

Excellent friendly and caring staff!

I took my dog in today as she was having some issues and the personnel in the office were very attentive and very kind. The vet that treated my dog was very professional and kind hearted and very sensitive to the matter, she literally got on the floor with my dog and assessed her condition. Not only that, but was very kind hearted and very gentle with my dog. I would highly recommend this facility for any animal care. I appreciate their kindness, concern and also was very, very reasonably priced.

They are always good to our pet family and go the extra mile whether it's staying a little late to squeeze in a visit, taking the time to explain what's needed or even in one case giving me a few samples for one of my pets. Love the fact that they care about us.

I can't say enough good things about the MCAH staff AND doctors! My little Pumpkin, who is 3-months old, has had such a hard start to his life with fleas, ear infection and a fever that finally broke. MCAH not only helped me with his treatment but were personal, followed up with phone calls TO ME and has a great 24/7 emergency service should there be issues (and we had issues). What I especially liked about the 24/7 emergency service is that they could pull up our cat records and see their history without me having to remember exactly what was done. And did I mention a great staff? Thank you very much! -Drew

I was feeling very nervous already from previous experiences at other vet clinics.. Once I arrived with my cat, we were both greeted with friendly service. The vet tech was amazing with my furbaby! Actually wasn’t afraid to hold him and alleviate some of his anxiety. The veterinarian thoroughly examined my cat. I realize this may not seem noteworthy, but I haven’t experienced this before. I left with an actual plan set out to care for his chronic issues. Thanks so much to the caring team at Martin City Animal Hospital !

They were always on time for each of my pet’s appointments. Very kind people. They were conservative in their approach and I felt that I could fully trust them. Their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend.

I just wasn't happy with my experience. I wouldn't go there again.

I found a puppy while on a run, and I took her to Martin City Animal Hospital to see if there was a microchip. There wasn't, but they checked her out anyways, trimmed her nails, and cleaned up a few scratches on her head before giving us advice about caring for her while we find her a home. They truly love animals, and they were super kind and professional. Great place!

No longer a 24 hour Emergency hospital!

Our vet tech was the best, and our vet was equally as great!

We drive over an hour to take all 4 of our dogs here. Worth it for price and how GREAT these vets and vet techs are.

Caring office and staff! With COVID rules, & curb pickup, the vet makes the time to come out to share any findings and to answer any questions.

Vets and staff have always been super helpful and very caring with our pet.

MCAH has been nothing short of fantastic when we take any of our pets for checkups, procedures or problems. Everyone is so friendly yet professional and they treat our pets so well. They are very informative as well. Highly recommend MCAH to anyone.

We’ve been taking our now 12 year old dog to MCAH for 10 years now. Staff is always professional, they remember my dog and her quirks and preferences. I always feel well informed about the pros/cons of any treatments and why they are recommended. We never feel pressured or upsold. We will continue to visit MCAH for the rest of this dog’s life and will bring any future pets here as well. Highly recommend.

I have taken my cats and dog to Dr. Libby Robertson for 10+ years. We have been through the joy of puppy checks, clean annual check-up visits as well as worrisome health concerns and the grief of having to put my 17 year old kitty to sleep when his quality of life was slipping away. Dr. Robertson and her staff are always genuine, thorough, empathetic and sympathetic, when times are difficult with our furry ones. Thank you for keeping us healthy!
