The staff here are always friendly and the vets seem very knowledgeable. I've been taking my birds and my dogs here for years. They're wonderful and they've helped me with a sick bird on more than one occasion.

I had an emergency with my puppy laboring to catch her breath of was 4pm and i was scared to death and they wouldn't see her. I had money.. there were no other customers in the lobby. I went to 3 other vet clinics with the same results. I ended up having to meet a country Dr at a friend's. Ridiculous that the vet couldn't take 5 minutes to look at her and help me out. I paid the county vet 100 dollars and all he had to do was check her out for a few moments. Awful ppl who would turn away a frantic person crying and a Lil 9 month old blue heeler who basically was just in sight shock from getting hit with a metal chair while cleaning out garage and didn't see her behind me when i threw the chair towards the trash pile.

I've been impressed with SWAH/Furry Kids since I started coming there with Molly! There's no other vet service I'd ever use & their service is exceptional! I can't think of anything that would have made my experience better! Well, unless they wanted to do it all for free, that is. Lol!!! Happy Holidays to everyone!!

Extremely knowledgeable and patient . Sympathetic when it's necessary. These people totally understand pet parenting and walk the whole journey with you. I would recommend to anyone.

Dr. Stacey Beddoe DVM is my go to vet. She is the only vet who has diagnosed Beetlejuice s pancreatitis and the subsequent correct treatment. They always take time in between to help me with my questions and concerns. Thanks again, Southwest Vet Hospital.

They take such good care of pets! Lots of good advice and patience with stressed kitty who didn't want to go to (any) vet.

They care about my fur babies.

They know our six cats so well, they play favorites. One even put on file "Great patient. Ignore his resting cat face".

Veterinary services and prices were good. Very disappointed in compassion shown to a grieving family. One particular vet made some comments that were not taken well. Usually use Quail Valley but had emergency service and they didn't have an appointment opening.

Would have liked to be communicated too when my dog was going through a procedure. I was never notified when she was out of procedure even after confirming that I wanted to be called when she was out. My dog was taken care of & safe while she was there, but it was just an inconvenience & a little stressful.

Great vets that take great care of your pets!

I can't thank the staff and Dr. Matt enough! I thought the clinic was an emergency care facility, so i brought my kitty in late at night with what i thought was a broken leg injury from possibly being hit by a car. The staff was so friendly and was able to squeeze us in and treat my sweet Felix that night. They truly care about our fur family! Felix is back to his old self enjoying his favorite spot ???? Thank you!!

I am very happy with our vet Dr. Haslag and I use SWAH for grooming as they are so careful and loving with the pets. The groomers (while they are not techs) caught one health issue once while grooming and we were able to have the vet confirm while he was there. Also, it is so convenient to drop him off and have have the appt. the same day he is groomed.

Robert that scheduled the last visit was great, and Dr. Roe and her staff are phenomenal. You all care about my girl and it shows. The front office staff are always so great to work with.

Very professional very one on one. Difficult time for our family as we had to say goodbye to our jakeypoo. The hardest decision one should never have to make. Our vet came to our home that was important to us, she handled everything and we fell apart. They did everything we requested and helped us make informed decisions.

Just picked up the remains of my longtime best friend, Coal, from Southwest Animal Hospital. They were again gracious and with awesome service. We even waited until the lobby was empty, which wasn't long. No one with a puppy in there needed to see that part. It was quick and easy, all things . I highly recommend this place. Their customer service throughout the whole process was top notch. They may have been just down the road bit I would driven hours for this kind of kind service.

Doctors and Vet Techs are always attentive, caring, and take time to answer questions. Southwest Animal Hospital is the BEST in the area. I would not trust anyone else with my beloved Brandy. I can't imagine how a visit to the Vet could be any better, your doctors and staff are wonderful to Brandy and her beloved humans.

Everyone was great from start to finish. I had two rabbits neutered and they were handled with so much care. we have also taken our cats in for a checkup. We will definitely be back for any future care our pets need.

They took wonderful care of my Labrador girl who needed emergency surgery. I would recommend the doctors and techs without any reservations.

It was the absolute best. My husband does not like vet offices as most smell like a kennel or the staff is horrible. He was impressed with the staff, the non smelling office (it didn't smell like a kennel) and the price for the services we had done. We have scheduled an appointment for Pee Wee to get his annual exam in November.

Great Doctor. Doesn't do treatments or test that are not required. My dog was walking like she ripped her other acl, instead of x-rays he able to tell it wasn't her acl. Told me what to do have me meds for inflammation. She's doing great now!!!
