Wonderful knowledgeable staff! They remembered Stewart and treated him with extra love! Quick response when needing Stewart seen sooner than later. Quick response, less than 24 hours calling with tests results!

I am blind and I have a $60,000 guide dog that I would not take to any other veterinarian in Jefferson City Missouri. I have been taking my guide dog to them for several years and continue to go there because they are tentative to my needs, They spend time explaining things to me were I understand, They are very compassionate and loving to my dog and they give him treats for being a good boy, so he looks forward to seeing them instead of regretting going to a vet. I have never had any issues with this veterinarian or the way they do business and will continue to take my dog and any future dogs to them. I rate them highly.

The care team at Westside Veterinary are just wonderful people. They have been so fantastic with our cats. We had a great vet in Chicago, and when we moved to Jefferson City, we hoped we would find a vet at least as good and we have found that with Westside. If you have cats, this is the veterinary team for you.

WESTSIDE VET CLINIC IS NOT JUST A PLACE WHERE THEY TREAT ANIMAL DISEASES AND LOOK AFTER YOUR PETS WHEN YOU HAVE TO BOARD THEM. THEY LOVE AND CARE ABOUT YOUR PET AS MUCH AS YOU DO! YOU CAN HAVE PEACE OF MIND WHEN YOU HAVE TO LEAVE YOUR PET THAT THEY ARE WELL TAKEN CARE OF! WESTSIDE IS NOT JUST A BUNCH OF PEOPLE WHO WORK AT A VET CLINIC, THEY BECOME YOUR FRIENDS!!

Brought my dog in with severe pancreatitis. They provided supportive care (fluid IV) for 3 days allowed me to visit. When I visited he was covered in his own feces and had not been observed overnight. On the third day they sent him home not expecting him to get better. They told me to continue supportive care but to expect him to get worse. They charged me over $800. I would not give up on him and found out about Mizzou Vet Med and took him there where they kept him for several more days and treated his symptoms and pain with several meds and started a feeding tube to ensure he was getting nutrients. They sent him home with me after he had stabilized and was taking solid food. The treatment he got at Westside would have cost him his life if I hadn't taken him to MU. We wasted 3 days at Westside only for him to get worse and spent a lot of money that would have been better spent at MU. If his condition was outside the scope of what Westside is capable of treating they should have told me this up front and referred me to MU immediately but it seems they were more interested in getting paid than my dog's best interests. Edit Mar 2, 2020: I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT have the wrong clinic. His name is Marley Burgess and you diagnosed him with HGE then he was diagnosed with pancreatits at MU Vet.

The people who work here are very caring not only to my pets but to me. Love this Vet Clinic

I love taking my puppy to this vet! Every member of the staff is very polite and the always seem so happy to see my dog. I know that we will always be in good hands with them. Me and my puppy will definitely miss them when we have to move!
