The staff is wonderful, They we're so sympathetic when I had to put my dog of 18 years and 1month old pekingese to sleep.

I have been bringing my dog here for 6 years. We live 40 minutes away now and pass about half a dozen vets on the way — one is literally a 5-minute walk away — and I still bring her here because of how amazing everyone is.

Everyone was so awesome!!! The Dr was gentle and Lady loved him!!! Gonna be her Dr from now on!!! Super happy!!!

The entire staff is always helpful and they listen and are conscious of our needs. Thanks to the whole team.

I have since moved from the Florissant area, however if you live in Florissant, highly recommend this place for your fur babies. Ive been going to cross keys for the past 4 years with 4 different cats. Theyve always dont an excellent job taking care of each of my cats needs. The ladys at the front desk were always polite and had a great vibe. The two main vets I saw (unsure if there are others) were always able to answer my questions in a way i understood, and would always assure me its ok to be paronoid and bring my cats in to be looked at. A few times I wasnt even charged for my parinoid visits. Very cost worthy and always priced decently low for animal care. 10/10 would recommend. I would still go here if I didnt move am hour away.

Great vet with reasonable rates. Been using them for years. I knocked a star off because it's hard to get an appointment for something acute. Usually they're booked up a week or two in advance.

Everyone's always pleasant and happy to see and treat our dog!!!! The lobby and rooms have always been clean and I have o.c.d!!! Our vet and vet techs have always taken great care of our dog and are empathetic to her anxiety of being there. They are also very knowledgeable in all things animals! I would highly recommend these awesome people to take care of your pet(s) and you!!!!

The doctor was awesome and the rest of the staff was very friendly, great place to take your fur baby.

The front desk nurses were very helpful and answered all of my questions. The doctor was very helpful and through on this wellness check of this 'new to me' 9 month old kitten. He spent the time to answer all of my extra questions.

They are very caring and helpful. If they weren't able to see my dog-daughter right away they'd give me some helpful tips over the phone to address my concerns. Unfortunately, my dog had to be euthanized due to cancer. This was very hard for my family. They showed empathy and helped us to understand the process and even sent a nice card following the devastating event. When I called to let them know that I would be coming in to pick up the ashes, they checked to make sure that "she" was upfront for me. The fact that they still addressed this box of ashes as "she" really meant a lot to me. It made me cry but also my heart felt happy to have someone that understood that this is a member of my family and didn't call the box "it." If I should ever get another pet, this facility will be my go to.

The service has always been great. They are really pet friendly. Ginger has a good time at her check ups.

They’re all lovely people! Have helped me out tremendously trying to get my in laws cat to Hawaii.

I have gone to Cross Keys for over 20 years with my dogs. The doctors are very caring and gentle, always competent and thorough. I always feel like the staff is welcoming and kind when I go in the door and they are always patient. In general, just a great place to go for our animal care!

This is the second dog we have taken to this facility, Have always been pleased w/their services. Took our rescue dog of 6 months as we had a number of questions adopting her as a 2 yr old. Dr. Cappel checked her over from nose to tail and answered all our questions. Knowing this was dental cleaning month wanted to see if we should opt for the service. He told us her teeth looked great and no need to do. He did ask what we did to keep her teeth clean, told him. Periodic brushing and treats for teeth cleaning. Said no need to spend money on cleaning and "keep up the good work! I will always miss Dr. Jones, but look forward to establishing a long-term relationship with Dr. Cappel

I would recommend Cross Keys Animal Clinic to all who have a pet that they love. Everyone is friendly and helpful and are complying with Covid regulations. The Vets treat my dog like one of there own. My dog is at ease with his treatment and recognizes their kindnes.

This saddens me as the front office staff and nurses are all wonderful people. The doctor however - not the case. I brought my dog in for a teeth cleaning and was expected around $230 to $250 for this. However mentioned extractions would be additional. When I arrived I was told the doctor recommended blood work to ensure she would be able to go under. This was $70 dollars. Something it would be nice to have a heads up about to budget for. Well when I picked up Lucy I was told it was $713, something I would never expect. Come to find out they extracted 20 teeth and never called to consult with me during procedure. This is a huge change in price, not to mention potential lifestyle change as she needs to have soft foods. I understand the necessity for the cleaning, but many people like myself budget for things. I would not have continued with services given the outcome as I cannot afford to do so. I was upset and wanted to speak to the doctor. And the he refused and it was what it was, something the front office woman said has happened before. Finally he came out and was not very sympathetic. He did take off $200 which I was appreciative of, but I will not return. Unfortunate as we have always used this clinic. Not first time he has been this way. If you use this place use caution and ask questions. Id hate to see this happen to others.

My mom passed away in November, 2020 and I took Francie. My mom liked Cross Keys Animal Hospital so I kept them as her vet. Very pleased with the service

My mother is 91 and been taking her pets to this Vet for years. I brought in a Ferrell cat with an injured paw and the staff was so friendly and the Dr. Was wonderful.

I only had to wait a few minutes to see the Vet. He was very nice and treated my cat with TLC. My cat seemed to trust him and was not at all traumatized Thank you Cross Keys Animal Clinic!❤
