Great for food and at home grooming supplies

Very knowleded about what I was looking for

They always have exactly what I'm looking for (and alot of extra stuff I don't need, but buy anyway!) I love coming to this location because of how vast the variety of their products are! They also have adorable cats up for adoption that I can't help but swing by to see while I'm there;)

Pretty decent store. Only 3 stars because mid-2020 I was yelled at by an employee for coming in to buy cat food - they claimed I shouldn't be doing that. Occasionally the store closes earlier than they state, but when they're open it's fairly well stocked at least.

They are more expensive then other pet places and don't have the food I need for my cat.

The store was clean the staff was friendly they just didn't have a whole lot of selection like they normally do maybe it was because of the holiday season or because we're running barges into oil tankers out of the middle of the world somewhere else

I always shop at Petsmart because I live next to one. BUT....a friend of mine called me and told me that the Fenton Petco (some 25 miles from me carried tarantulas) Petsmart does not. I call Fenton and the NICEST store manager said they had several..I drove over and the store had a Venezuelan Green Blue Bottle for sale. The same manager helped me check her out and get what I needed to take her home. Service was calm..gentle with the T and very easy. I will for sure do more business with the store because of the excelent treatment and assistance I received that day. date of purchase was 12/7/2021

Loved petco and all of the pet loving bunnys that work there they have quite a bit of cat things and for dogs, fish and birds

Prices a little high compared to other places. Staff is friendly and helpful. Forgot some of my order and the manager tracked me down to come get it

They didn't have ProPlan canned chicken and rice I was looking for but the young man that was helping me was soo nice I'll go back. Customer service like that is very rare.

Prices are almost double than every other place

Got my gerbils here. They are my best friends! Petco brought us together and I'm indebted to the wonderful people who work there.

Great place to get your critters food and treats

It's nice everyone has an opinion on certain products, but let the consumer have the final say.

I take both of our dogs to this location and they’ve been great every time! We originally used a different Petco location and they completely ruined our dogs groom so we called this one to see if they could fix him. They not only fit me in same day, they made our dog look beautiful (thank you Spencer!) Kadie grooms my other dog and has been so kind and understanding as well! I’ve recommended anyone looking for a groomer to this location because you guys rock!

I needed probiotics for my dog and didn't have time to wait for shipping so I came in for some. Spent 5 minutes in the store at most. Very friendly staff and cashier (cannot remember names unfortunately). Great layout makes finding things you need very easy. Noticable improvements with the probiotics as well, I'll be back to get more when I'm out of them.

I think the prices are a bit higher than other places

They have dog items that I have never seen before. Very nice place.

The lady who helped me in selecting my puppy food was so informative without pushing towards her brand (Blue Buffalo). I feel that she educated me as to the ingredients and how to choose the right food for my puppy. I appreciated her help.

A nice Petco, but doesn't seem to have the best selection for reptile supplies.

Only Categories you chose not everyone would like what you put on the website so now why not have an area where you can type something in to me this is very unsatisfying in fact I’m clicking off I give the website a 0

kind and courteous. I just purchase same item from another pet store that was on sale and 50 % off for second bag. The cashier was kind enough to give me 50% off the second bag even though it was not the same pet store. Thank You for your kindness.

I will never shop at the Fenton, Mo. GRAVOIS Mills location ever again. The cashier was a young girl and she was the rudest and sarcastic person I have ever met.

I got to hold a puppy I cant have any so I try to go visit the animals
