I love coming here has everything I need for my boy Taz. Today was my boy Taz Birthday and they had everything I needed

They always do a very thorough job. My pup smells great for weeks afterwards! I can tell Meo likes going because he is always excited to go.

Just went in for cat food and out. Fast, clean easy in and out.

Disappointed that because I don't have a smart phone, I can't get the advantages of using the PetCo app- there must be (or could be?) a way around it. Otherwise, finding what I needed and checking out were as easy as could be- will visit again soon!

I frequent this pet co often. The staff is usually friendly and helpful. Sometimes I can tell they are spread thin. They raised the price of bath and haircut but that’s the economy. I also am not a fan of paying AND tipping before I see my dog at the groomer. My dog and I recently started training classes and it’s great. Our trainer is very friendly patient and knowledgeable.

Online availability did not match store

I always enjoy coming to this Petco! The staff is friendly and helpful and they have the cutest dog clothes and cat toys! I had some questions about pet food because my dog was growing bored of the flavor of his, and a guy who worked there very kindly showed me some flavor additives I could add in to change the flavor without changing the food! This was great because my dog is doing great on Science Diet at the direction of my vet, so this way he gets the nutrition and some varied taste!

I'm not a fan of stores having cheaper prices on their websites. If I took the time to come into your store I shouldn't have to worry that you're selling a product for $10 or $15 less online at your website.

Great selection of food, toys, and treats. Offer a reward program for purchases.

I took my dog there to be groomed and was very specific with what I wanted, had pictures and was very detailed. I came to pick up and they had just shaved my dog and what hair was left of him was all wrong. I normally am very understanding and quiet but there was so excuse for this. The manager I spoke with was incredibly rude and tried to turn the situation around on me. They didn't make me pay which was the only decent thing that came out of the whole situation. They were going to charge me $52 for a shave job I could have done at home. They did not listen to me at all and did as they wished. Very frustrated and will not be going back.

Tidy cat warehouse burned down and they are allowing customers to fill up their tidy cat litter 35 pounds container with litter inside and only charging the 9.99 30 pound litter price since tidy cat cant make any more containers!

The young associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. My daughter came in looking for advice on caring for a toad. She left confident knowing what to do.

I love the petco people. Paige was very engaging. All the associates made the visit awesome

We found everything we needed but the prices are a bit high. We bring our dog to Petco for grooming so we are there about once a month.

I have always loved the Creve Coeur Petco store. They go above and beyond to help me find exactly what I am looking for. Numerous times they have shared their helpful knowledge about dog foods and helped make recommendations. I feel like I am among friends and even family when I shop there. On this particular occasion I called the store to inquire about after-surgery recovery cone collars. The guy went back into the stock room to find what I wad looking for and put them out on the floor for me. This is typical of the great service I always get there.. Some of your staff have gotten to know us and call us and our pets by name.. Thanks guys!!!

Clean store, friendly staff, but not much selection

The store person who brought my purchase out because I ordered curbside was kind of upset as I had pulled into an actual parking spot (in front of store because the app said park safely) I didn't know I was supposed to sit directly in front of the store in the traffic lane

Their small pet supplies were poorly stocked. Lots of supplies for other pets, just not Guinea pigs. Definitely do not recommend for Cavy Parents.

It's easier to shop online but in a pinch for convenience

This was my first time at Petco. The shelves were a little lean, I overheard the cashier telling another customer that it was just hard to find employees. Thought the selection I was looking for was okay, I was just in there to find a toy for my new cat.

Not happy at all with my most recent visit to Petco. When I visited the store, I was one of the few customers there, and there were multiple store associates all around. Didn't receive acknowledgement, a greeting, or an offer for help from ANYONE. I ended up finding what I needed, but it would have been nice to receive some help. Once I found what I needed, I waited in line. When I was next up, another customer walked right up to the register, CUTTING RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. Instead of pointing out where the line was to the customer, the cashier looked over at me, shrugged, and checked out that customer. I'll never come back. There are too many other options for pet stores where service is a million times better.

Got my dog groomed here. The groomer nipped his tail so it looks unintentional. My dog doesn’t even look like he received a haircut. Would suggest going to another groomer. Anywhere but here.
