I call the office today, 7/19/21, at about 3 pm to see if they had any openings. Someone at the desk picked up the phone and immediately hung-up. I tried to call back thinking the receiver might have slipped out of their hand, instead I got the busy tone. It seem like they just took the phone off of the hook so no one could call in.

Cannot speak higher of Creekside Pet Center!! The customer service is unmatched. I had the pleasure of meeting Emma and she made the stay for my lab wonderful. Check them out if you are in the area you will not be disappointed!!

We've been taking our dog here for the last couple years, and she loves it. Whenever we drop her off, she goes inside with her tail wagging and can't wait to see everyone. The staff and owners are great with her and give her so much love. It's a good feeling knowing Bella is in good hands when we leave her here!

Absolutely love Creekside Pet Center! My dog, Blake, is rather quirky and started going there for daycare and boarding in February. Everyone at Creekside works so well with him. I’ve never had a bad experience and love the grooming service they offer. I feel better when Blake is at Creekside because I know he is in good hands with people who truly care about animals.

I used Countryside as the first and only time I've ever used boarding. Jill was extremely responsive and worked with my crazy scheduling of drop off and pick up times. I was really worried about my 7 months old German Shephard being boarded and the horror stories. When I picked him up, he was so happy and Jill took great care of him. 4 days. Jill is very professional and I would recommend using her. I'm from Columbia so it was a little commute to her (approx. 25 mins), but I will not use anyone else. And the prices are great and the care even better!

We’ve been taking our dog Nessie here for the past 4 months. She came from a home with multiple dogs and want to ensure that she still is socialized if/when we ever bring another dog home. It took a while to get an appointment to get “reviewed” but now that I take my dog there regularly I appreciate the process. They ensure that each dog they bring in will actually mesh well with the pack. It makes me feel like my dog is safer there. They’ve always been really great about taking care of her (learning her name, greeting her personally, seems silly but shows me they actually want to know the dogs) and she comes home tired every time! Back in April, we had an emergency situation with unexpected labor and delivery. The team here was really great about the flexibility of me leaving my dog there not know exactly when I would be able to pick her up. I know that Nessie is in great hands with them and recommend them to anyone that has a friend sociable dog in Columbia!

I have had great experiences with Creekside Pet Center. While boarding my dogs and cat while I went on vacation for 10 days they took wonderful care of my spoiled pets and made me feel at ease while I was gone. They took me on a tour of the entire facility, and having worked at animal boarding facilities I was very impressed with their facilities, space, and especially cleanliness. The cat enclosures are awesome, they’re large and built vertically so they have so much room to climb up which my cat loved. For dogs they have great options for boarding depending on amount of space and how much you are wanting to spend. I boarded my two boxers in a private suite, which are large suites with tv’s and webcams so while I was on my cruise I could log on the cameras and view my dogs any time I wanted which made me so comfortable with their first boarding experience. They were even able to care for my pets medical issues and administer daily medications and food as I asked with no problem. I also could email Creekside since I only had WiFi on my cruise and they would get back to me immediately which was wonderful. When I picked my pets up they were clean and had a bath I didn’t even ask for, they were healthy and so happy. I couldn’t have picked a better place, I HIGHLY recommend!!

Myself and my wife we’re highly upset with the care that was provided to our animals. The staff didn’t take note of our dogs eating schedule, over fed them, and ran out of the food we had provided for two of our dogs. It seemed as if there were poor lack of communication with the staff from the start. When we picked up our two German Shepherds and six month old Corgi puppy, we noticed they weren’t acting normal. That night our Corgi had to be taken to Missouri University Emergency Services because he had blood in his stool and was vomiting when we touched his stomach. We were a nervous wreck awaiting results of a parvo test. He was diagnosed with a G.I. infection. We arrived home around 1:00 a.m. only to discover our female German Shepherd had developed a cough. We took her to our vet the following morning and she was diagnosed with kennel cough. I was very upset to learn 2/3 of our animals had fallen ill after being boarded at Creekside. When I spoke with the owner of the facility, he compared the situation to a person getting cold on an airplane and that person blaming the airline for getting sick. He argued and felt that he was not responsible for our dogs getting sick and didn’t feel obligated to help in anyway. We are not blaming anyone for what happened. I had originally notified them of the issue so they could address it before other dogs got sick. We spent over $400 to board the dogs, $400 in vet bills, and had to take a vacation day to stay with our sick dogs. I would encourage you to take my review into consideration before you board your animals, here or anywhere.

Love, love, love! Our pet is well taken care of with their doggy daycare services. They are kind and attentive to both humans and animals. Place is super clean, has a little store, and also grooming services we utilize.

Excellent 24 hour access to pet washing facilities.

I boarded my dog for 3 days. I brought my own food. The place is clean and the employees are great. However, price for a simple boarding is 3x that of boarding at my vet or, for that matter, any other place I've used in Columbia. For the same level of service, pricing is extremely high (3x) and I don't understand the need to charge an extra "service fee" except to get an extra couple of bucks out of you. Ultimately, I was happy with overall service just think fees are exorbitant.

I’ve taken my dog, Robin, to Creekside Pet Center for over 2 years (since she was four months old)! She started off as a shy pup, but with the help of their amazing staff and encouragement of socialization, she has transformed into an outgoing, well-mannered dog. I can’t thank Creekside enough- especially Jacob & Amanda, for their excellent service. I recommend Creekside to anyone, whether it’s for boarding, daycare, or grooming purposes.

I am extremely picky when it comes to who watches my dogs, I completely trust creekside, my dogs come home happy, they're not full of pent up energy because they get to go out 5 times a day for around 30 min at a time, they get tons of love, and when I call for an update they let me know how they have been. Anytime I see them outside of creekside they remember my dogs names and ask how they are doing which is amazing. I am beyond grateful we have creekside to care for our dogs while we are away. Let's us have a worry free vacation.

We've entrusted the folks at Creekside with the care for our dog for anything from a day when we have a large number of visitors coming in and out of our home up to a 10 day vacation trip. He always comes home tired but happy after playing all day with the other dogs in their care.

Nowhere else I would want to take my pups! So organized, clean, friendly staff, everything you would want to leave your dog with while you go away!

My husband and I LOVE Creekside so much!!! Our baby girl Ellie loves to play with all the doggies and has such a good time when she is there. I recommend coming here if you want to do daycare. Such a clean and friendly environment. the staff is wonderful and always helpful! And the Owner likes elephants as do i so that is a bonus!! Love this place. We sure will miss you guys when we leave!!

I was excited to learn that we had a 24 hour pet wash nearby. I will never use this one again. The control knobs are out of reach from the tub, the leash is too short and keeps the dog too close to the side of the furthest wall from the controls; the water pressure is AWFUL except for the rinse spray. And the blow dryer doesn't have enough power to dry the dogs even after 15 minutes of blowing them. My dogs have itched incessantly since I bathed them so I still had to bathe them at home to try to remove whatever irritant was left on their skin.

Our 2 small dogs had never been boarded before so we chose Creekside w/ one of the webcam rooms. Absolutely perfect! I could check in on my pups at any time which alleviated my anxiety on leaving them. Creekside is a great boarding facility & the owners are terrific! Will definitely be back. Thank you Creekside!!

Creekside is such a great place to have your pets cared for. It is clean and safe, and it is very clear that the staff love animals. Highly recommended!

Everyone involved in this establishment has been amazing. My dog is skittish around people and they've been going above and beyond to help him feel comfortable and work around his attitude.

An amazing place owned and operated by equally amazing people. Prior to our honeymoon my wife and I had only left our dogs with family. Being out of the country for 7 days, Creekside was the only place that came to mind when it came to boarding our pups. Thank You Jacob and Amanda!
