Weathered Rock Veterinary Clinic Jefferson City, Missouri

So, to be fair the vet is super nice. The vet techs were super nice. However the receptionist was a total B with an itch. I tried to provide records for the vaccinations my dog has already received, and she barely glanced at the list and then said my dog needed 2 more rounds of vaccinations when the vet I was at prior said she was finished for the year. She was incredibly rude and made it seem like I wasn't taking care of my dog correctly when the vet prior said she was finished. Not only that but they overcharged me. I've had many dogs fixed in my lifetime by surrounding vets and never have they been given a cone, antibiotics, and told that there would be a follow-up appointment for a suture removal. I've always had disolving sutures and my pets are never nauseous the remainder of the day. She was fixed at 9am this morning and is still sick at 6:30pm. Again, other than the receptionist the staff was nice but this is completely overkill and I'm upset that my dogs still not feeling well.

The ladies that took care of my dog were fantastic they didn't rush anything they waited for her to be comfortable and then gave her the shots she needed.

Fast and friendly definitely great with our new puppy. Will use them for everything we need for our puppies.

Wasn't helpful at all. Wouldn't even give recommendations to other veterans around the area. Was told to just look them up myself.

Excellent place to take your animal. My dog became sick and I just had got him. I hadn't even had time to get to the vet yet for routine checkup. They were quick to act and helped my dog. They took care of him and he is healthy thanks to Weathered Rock. Highly recommend for your pet's care.

My 9 year old 4 legged Son Ringo was diagnosed with Lymphoma awhile back. I just can’t say enough about ALL of the staff here. I can tell they care about the pets they treat & they are just amazing. I would recommend this vets office to anyone to care for your furry kids. I trust them.

I couldn't ask for a better vet. The team here took great care of my fur babies. Dr French is amazing. Definitely recommend.

They are always fantastic. We have 3 dogs over 100lbs and are very good with them. We've had 1 spayed and 1 neutered with them and have no issues. We've been using them for about 4 years.

I had two kittens laser declawed. Dr. Popp is no longer at this facility. The job appears sloppy compared to the cat done by Dr. Popp years ago. The fee was exorbitant and more than quoted. One kitten appeared in pain and a call resulted in the clinic staff telling me to take the kitten to a local vet. I am a physician and I don't treat my patients this way. I would expect a veterinarian to be more professional and concerned.

We really like this vet, they are friendly & take very good care of our dog, Brady has been a client of weather rock for about 5 or 6 years! Brady seems to like the staff extremely well !

My 2 golden doodle puppies had tummy troubles. We went to every vet except this one in jefferson city. None of them could fix our problems. But Weathered rock did! Great service, and fantastic short notice appointment.

Dr. Melissa Bolden and all the staff are wonderful! Their devotion to animals is obvious as soon as you see them interact with pets. My dogs do not enjoy vet visits. They DO like Dr. Melissa as they can tell that she cares. Plus, she's a great vet!

I have been taking my pets here since 2008 and i trust that they give them the very best care, because they truly love what they do and each animal is treated like family . My dog Athena just loves going because she knows she's going to get love and treats.

Their curbside service is fantastic! They've always been friendly, knowledgeable, and treat our pets well

Dr Boldin is an awesome vet. She really cares about your pet. I mistakenly overdosed my dog and she told me what I needed to do over the phone. Most vets wouldn't do that.

I am here to warn you to NEVER go to weathered rock vet clinic. I made an appointment for grooming for two dogs (45$/each), that are current on vaccines from a different vet (records were provided). They told my mom(she dropped them off) they were not so I called to clarify and told them not to give any vaccines without talking to me first because they are up to date. I emailed the vaccines again. Now they are being picked up with a whole set of vaccines and annual check up charges, without anyone calling me before. Yes, I called and tried to talk to the vet and got no where. This is just a warning so others don’t go through that!
