Caring staff, Wonderful Veterinarians, I could not ask for more!

Took our cat in for his initial visit. Wow, courtious, thorough, questioning and informative. Very pleased.

Seems like their records are very disorganized. Missing appointment, repeating same info over and over to them. Also I understand it takes some steps to figure out what's going on but how can they help my pup when everyone speaks over you when you're trying to explain what works and what doesn't at home, what changes have been made etc...

The only place I'll take my cat. Good people here.

Dr Ryerson was very informative about what was going on with my dog. Loved the suggestions she gave.

Even though Covid restrictions are in place Belson employees made it very easy to get my dog in to see them.

Took our toy poodle in asap to remove a tick. So thankful!!!

They took great care of my girl. Her health and happiness are all that matter to me. Thanks!

I don't know if I can say enough how much I love the vets and staff here. I've been taking my pets here for 16 years. A good friend of mine switched over when her dog was going through a difficult healing process and she continues to go even though she drives 25 minutes to get there, it that's worth it to her! They're absolutely amazing.

Showed up for the visit and the door was locked, saw the notes to call office to let them know I was there. I called the office no answer, tried calling again and left a vm. Waited for over 30 minutes then called again, finally got someone to answer and then they told me that they can’t see us because they acted like I was late for my appointment when it was them not answering their phone when people call in to let them know we are there for the scheduled appointment!!!

Because everyone is so nice, respectful and truly care about the needs of your fur baby. When I left both times I had knowledge of what was going on with my Inde without a doubt. Inde was put to rest August 21st do to health issues that didn't allow her to live a good quality life although she lived 15.5 yrs 7mos and 14 days. I lost my best friend that day. It was hard but now shes at peace. The staff was so helpful and allowed me all the time I needed before putting her her to sleep. I'm so glad I stayed with Inde while she went to sleep. If looking for a carrying Vet and staff I'd try them. They are absolutely wonderful

I went there to get my dog some flea spray he wanted to charge me a fee to look at the dog so he would get more money RIP off I know when my dog has fleas I went to hoof and paw and got the spray.

They took great care of my baby when she needed her surgery! The staff is great and made sure I had no questions before I took my puppy home! I would definitely recommend!

Always nice and friendly. They seem quite a bit pricier than some of the other places though.

Whether caring for a new pet or making difficult decisions for an older one, Bellson Animal Hospital in Columbia, IL, has always treated us more like family than clients. Dr. Carr has been our primary vet for about 15 years. She and the other vets and staff members have always taken excellent care of our pets' every need... and our pets love them!

I took my cat there in 2016 & 2017. They never discussed with me any kind of deficiency with my cat. He was sent to another place & it was discovered he has a taurine deficiency

I love how awesome every single member of staff treats my pup with kindness and patience. He is a nervous chihuahua mix and is always scared. They are all just so wonderful with him I would never go anywhere else!
