I’ve gone here in a pinch when my other bet could not get me in. They always have got me in quickly. This last time I had a huge situation with bringing a new kitten into my home that ended up having ring worm and respiratory infection. It spread to my other cats as well as is humans. My other vet blew me off and said they could get me in in a month. I was very disappointed in them. Animal house got me in the next day knowing the importance to get the cats on a treatment plan and to slow and stop the spreading. They were concerned not only for my 4 leg family but for all my two legged kids as well. I was besides my self , I have never had ringworm in my house ( I’ve worked with animals professionally for over 20 years) My cats and us are all on the mend to recovery. The girls and the doctor are very friendly, funny, and so nice to work with. I have decided to make them my primary veterinarian from here on out. And can’t wait till the new building is finished it’s looking amazing from the outside!

Don't try to get your sick pup seen to quick withe severity over the situation they tried to give an appointment 3days out very disappointed when they was my dogs vet !!!

I've been taking my dog, Miya and my two cats, Kallie and Mabel (new kitten) here for a little over a year now and I love them. I do, though, think that they are a little expensive (more than I've paid at other vets) but I will say, the care that Dr. Sherry and Dr. Taylor has given to my animals hasn't been comparable to other vets. They really do take care of them and go above and beyond. I think the care they give sets my mind at ease when they are there and I do not worry. Paying a little more doesn't bother me because I know my babies are in good hands. I do not think they are pushy on vaccines nor medications, they have to mention the packages they have available because they are just doing their job. If you decline, they understand. Keep doing what you are doing Animal House! You have given exceptional care to my fur children and I thank you.

We've used Animal House for the last 14 years for our dog, and they are simply the best vets office in the STL area.

The front desk lady was nice but very quiet. The Dr was all about selling stuff and the medicine didn't help my cat. The technician was super nice, happy, and very out going! I loved her until she got to her selling and it got worse once then dr was in

This place over charges people it's rediculous by hundreds and thousands. Theres no excuse either this place charges $150 per allergy shot and at my new place my dog gets the same exact shot for only $60. Best decision I ever made was to get a second opinion and go somewhere else. Not only did I find a nicer vet but it's affordable and my dog doesn't cry at her new place. I wouldn't waste your time or money here. Wouldn't recommend and never coming back.

I have taken my cat Jewel here for 4 years now and have never had a bad experience. The staff are all very kind, and they have made accomodations when I've had to bring Jewel in for an emergency exam because of some urgent medical issue. I highly recommend Animal House Veterinary clinic.

They were able to squeeze me in for a last second emergency visit when I could not get into our regular vet. They were quick and made sure to get my dog taken care of.

I used to take my beloved dog to this veterinarian. The service is extremely over priced. I’ve spent thousands of dollars there. After taking my dog here for many years, we had to eventually make the very difficult decision to put her to sleep. On that terribly emotional day, before treatment, we were asked how we’d like to take care of the balance. They charged us 500 bucks to put my 60lb dog to sleep. Total rip off and unacceptable. I didn’t plan for my dog to not be able to walk all of a sudden but here we were. Crying and stressed only to have more stress by the absolute ridiculous price that we were charged. Looks like they probably spent some of that money on the new facility they are building. Also, shame on them for using a non union company. We won’t be back and I won’t recommend.

I like animal house because it is not a great big Veterinary Center it's very personalized. I like the fact that they have rescue cats hanging out there and their prices seem to be pretty fair. But most of all they care about your pet like it was their own. Dr. Sherry is number one

I saw one of their reviews near counter where you pay and it said that they take of your animals like if it was there own. That was completely true when I brought Mia there to get some work done they made sure Mia was taken care of. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable, always positive which is fantastic. I am so glad to call this place my new vet place for my cat. Very very happy with this place and recommend anyone to go here you will not be disappointed!

My cat was ill and I needed a vet. Based on the reviews I chose Animal House. I’m glad I did. Everyone was very nice and supportive. Dr. Taylor & Dr. Sherry went above and beyond for my cat. Sadly my cat didn’t recover (he was really old) but the level of support and compassion from everyone was very comforting.

$55 for a physical exam and the veterinarian was literally in the room for 1 minute tops? Not cool. Shouldn't of bothered to come in.

Dr. Sherry is the best!!! I was desperate when I brought my 18 yr old cat Darla in. Her and her staff did such an awesome job making Darla's health a priority. Darla is feeling much better now!! Thank you!!

Worst place to take your dog, I had both my dogs spayed here on Monday and I called because they were having issues. It’s been 5 hours and no response from the doctor. The receptionist told me when I called they are to busy today to deal with it. All this place cares about is collecting money. Take your dogs to a vet that cares about there health and not money. I will be taking my dogs to another vet for a second opinion on the procedure and will be reporting this clinic. DONT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE PERIOD. Update: took both dogs to another vet today and both are running fevers and the cut site is infected. Please don’t take your dogs here. Update: Luna has a foreign object that was left in her from surgery. I pray to god that no one trust this place with an their animals. Worst experience of my life. Luna is in so much pain

Dr. Sherry and her staff are the best. We have been bringing our dogs here for 14 years. We would not even think of going anywhere else. It's obvious they really care and treat everyone and every animal as family.

We needed to change vets and get an appointment quickly after an all nighter at the emergency clinic. Stacey got us right in for the next day. We had been to Animal House way back in the 90s and were surprised to find that they still had a record of us. I found the place to be well maintained, clean and organized. The clinic is well staffed, both in numbers and expertise. There was a nice, calm feeling about the place and a cat asleep in the reception area. My dog and I were in an examining room in less than five minutes and Stacey came in almost immediately. I found her to be very knowledgeable and friendly. The receptionist took great pains to get the records from my previous vet clinic while we were waiting for Dr. Sherry. Dr Sherry was in very shortly, her professional manner inspired confidence. It was obvious that both she and Stacey liked the animals and their profession. The examination was thorough and with as little stress on my dog Gertie as possible. I was impressed by the depth of Dr. Sherry's explanation of Gertie's condition, she even showed me the X-rays. Follow up has been attentive and helpful. Many thanks Animal House people.

My friends brought their 2 puppies in to get spayed and the next day are having issues with them crying and in pain. When they called they were told to put A onesie on them. The incision sites are not looking good and they are concerned. I’m just disappointed that there is no compassion or solution for pain management or an option to bring them back in. They now have to take them to another vet to make sure they are safe. Disappointing
