We are new to the area and needed to get into a vet for our dog. We were extremely pleased with their fast response and they were able to get our dog an appointment right away. The vet and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.

My dog Cody has been going to VCC every since I rescued him at 10 months old. He normally sees Dr. JoBack and she is the best. Cody has chronic liver and back problems and she has been proactively managing his health. She is always responsive and very caring whenever any issue comes up. Cody has been seen by Dr. Klein, Dr. Shivelbine and Dr. Skarzynski as well. I have found all three of them to be very responsive and caring when dealing with Cody. They are all great veterinarians. The veterinary technicians have also been very kind and caring. I highly recommend this practice and have felt very comfortable having them care for Cody during the pandemic. They are always very responsive whenever an issue comes up. I wouldn’t take Cody to any other veterinary practice.

I thank you for taking such good care of Cooper. He comes Bi-weekly for his B12 shot. Being poked you’d think he’d want to stay 100 miles from the vets office, but the closer we get, the more he shrieks with happiness, as he can’t wait to see you all. He prances, wags & turns up the cuteness as he trots your front door. Thank you for keeping him well and for loving him like your own.

VCC Chesterfield, inside of Petropolis, is the only place where I take my Jack Russell. Highly recommended, knowledgeable and so very kind.

Everything was perfect. All the staff from the front desk, to the techs to Dr. Jobeck is phenomenal and I couldn't ask for better people to take care of my girl that can be a handful and isn't the easiest patient. I appreciate the extra time and steps they take with her.

Excellent, professional, very caring and friendly staff and doctors. Not all veterinarians or staff are comfortable dealing with Akitas as patients; everyone at VCC has treated us and our dogs with absolute warmth and grace. It should be noted that VCC has worked with Midwest Akita Rescue, providing care to a number of newly rescued Akitas. ❤️

The customer service is outstanding and everyone at VCC is ALWAYS so caring and compassionate about their jobs. They care for your pet as their own. Love them and would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Great care and friendly Techs. Vets are very nice and really care about your pet.

They were great, they were able to handle her when other vets said they wouldn't see her. She is very afraid and they were able to do a little at a time instead of traumatizing her by doing everything at once. Hopefully with time she will be able to go there without being so scared. Thank you everybody for taking your time with Skye, she is normally a sweetheart but terrified of the vet. Sorry!!!!!!!

Dr. Finkle cared for my parents’ cats when I was growing up, so when I adopted my own cat after moving out of their house I knew there was no one I’d rather have taking care of my veterinary needs! My cat had his first appointment last week and I was so impressed with the whole Veterinary Care Center team. They took good care of my boy and were very thorough in answering all of my questions.

Life with aging pets can be tough. Moving across the country with elderly pets is tougher. I am so glad to have found Veterinary Care Center.

I understand that good quality care is hard to come by. The staff is amazing and the flexible hours for those of us who work is a god send. It’s the prices that are getting hard to justify for both my dogs. I made my decision to have My female spayed elsewhere because I cannot afford the $700 quote I was given. Surgery at VCC is not a service I would pursue because of costs. Experience wise it’s been great. Before and during covid. I love how Dr Joback remembers my dogs and their history.

I have never really trusted vets until I met Dr. Shivelbine. I first tried this vet center out when I received a coupon for their dental cleaning. Dr. Shivelbine took the time to come out to personally meet me (during covid) and let me know what the plan was and an estimated price. He also called me throughout the procedure and described in detail what was happening. Since then my pup has been back several times. Recently we had a bit of a cancer scare. Dr. Shivelbine was so caring and concerned during this process. To help keep my bill down, Dr. Shivelbine waived several fees so I could afford the pathology testing for my dog. Thank goodness he is cancer free, but I am so thankful for Dr. Shivelbine knowledge and understanding during this time. Dr. Shivelbine takes care of his patients like he would take care of his own furry friend. 10/10 Recommend!

We took our pup Taco in today for his first puppy visit today and absolutely love everything about VCC. Dr, staff, pricing everything! Taco was super happy and relaxed. The Dr even talked with me about my rescue that is a little tricky to bring in. I am so happy we found this place, it has made the move here from Louisiana alot easier!
