I do not live close to a Petco. So I do not shop at petco often. Pick up experience was good didn't wait long. brought it right to me.

If I gave you a better score.... would you try harder??? :)

They have a good selection of animals. The staff was attentive, but their fish specialist stood above the rest. From goldfish to the asian arowana, it's as if all she knows is ichthyology... and breathing. I would give 5 starts but they don't carry any biocubes.

It's not everyday that I give a 5 star five reviews. But I went to this facility several days ago and everything was immaculate. I didn't even know that petco had fish specialist. Its if all she knows is fancy fish, fancy fish and breathing. I don't quite remember her name, it might of be Cary or maybe Nary. Top notch staff and beautiful facilities. I am considering leaving the jungle to learn man secret.

Great selection of dog food and treats. The store is very organized and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Our dog had a grooming appointment that was scheduled for 11am, they said it would take 4 hours to groom him, 3.5 hours consisted of him sitting in a kennel waiting to be groomed. The groom was rushed, was done poorly, and our dog was cut shorter than requested. I would not recommend bringing your animal here as there are plenty of other quality groomers in the area.

I came into the blue springs store on September 8. Cashier Addisyn got annoyed about me asking for cat conditioner. Then she was rushy to get me out the door that she didn’t ask if I needed a bag for my 7 pound cat food. When returning an overpriced item she treated me as if I was a child and talked very condescending. I came in originally for a cat scratcher couch that is $20.24 and I got charged $28.99. I usually always price match. But this particular cashier didn’t seem like she didn’t want to help people besides just scanning their items

I visited this store to get pet supplies. They had a Hermann turtle who spent the 30 minutes I was there crawling in the corner of a GLASS cage obviously struggling, stressed and depressed. Tortoises can become confused by the glass and try to get through it. I told an employee who didn't seem bothered. Spoke to another employee and was told that many consumers have expressed concern (being on his back, running into the tank wall repeatedly ) and she let me know "he's doing it for attention"? Educate your staff and stop selling over priced animals who don't even need to be there. Be better. Do better. I've always been passive but this was hard to watch. I had to say something and will try my best to figure out how to help that poor thing. Will only be back to do that.

Petco Grooming is a very professional experience for your pets. They do a great job grooming your pet and you don't have to leave your pets all day. They have your pet ready in 2 to 3 hours. Most groomers keep your pets 8 hours or longer. Nice to know that you can drop off your pet and go shopping for a while and then have your pet ready for pickup looking good, smelling great, and feeling nice and soft. Thanks Petco.

We've taken our pets to the groomers at this location on two occasions. The first time was for our 130 lb. Pyranese/Shepherd mix. Lexi did an amazing job getting him all cleaned up and de-shed for pictures we were having taken. He looked beautiful. Then, we unfortunately inherited my mother's Maltipoo when she passed away. We have no clue how to care for or groom these types of dogs. Once again, Lexi did an amazing job. This pup looked so good! Lexi even explained how to brush her until our next visit and took me to the aisle where the pet brushes are located and explained which type would work the best. I was truly impressed. Thanks, Lexi!

Not nearly the petfood selection of Petsmart. I saw mostly what appeared to be holistic food. Didn't carry anything that I usually buy. This type of food is way more expensive. So had to go to Petsmart. I am used to 4-5 aisles of catfood. This place had barley 2.

Love the staff, most important to me is the dog loves them too.

Place to go and get high end dog food . They always ask to help you.

Little high priced but decent selection, & great employees.

Ashley and her team member absolute saving grace! After learning my subscription litter package (from another place) was MIA I had to hunt down type of litter for daughter's cat. This location was only one who had it. Placed the order online and went to pick up after work. I did not realize when I got there they had closed. Ashley came to the door to let me know but after finding out it was an online order she had no issue getting it to me. Might be small act but as another retail worker I can understand what it is like to get the customer at close and can not express enough how thankful I was that she did that! Thank you Ashley!

My dog loves any place he can go inside except the vet. But he especially likes Petco because he gets a toy.
