They took care of Jack for the occasional daycare as well as when out of town. MBF was recommended to me and I recommend them to others.

I have been bringing my dog here for over 1.5 years. Mostly for boarding while I'm off during out of town work trips. I recently started to take here for daycare as she been getting lonely at home due to a change in my relationship. The staff had no issue helping her out with acclimation to other dogs to as she was abused before wayside waifs rescued her. 10/10 amazing staff and people, great prices.

Would have given 5 stars . Staff is great , they're great with the animals , but while at this facility both of my dogs contracted a vaccine resistant strain of kennel cough .

A Facebook post about an outbreak of kennel cough or a similar illness is not enough! I’m aware that there’s always the possibility of infection and that there were “increased cleaning efforts” at the time my dog was boarded, but it wasn’t until after the damage was done that I learned from other clients, NOT facility staff, of just how many pets had contracted the illness in the weeks leading up. I would NEVER have left my dog there if I knew just how prevalent the problem was beforehand. And of course because I have one sick dog, I have to take both of mine to be checked out at a vet now… Inform and update your customers in real time! Have a vet check/treat animals who develop symptoms while in your care! Follow up with recent clients to let them know to be on the lookout for symptoms in their pets! I’m sure responsible pet owners would do their part to help slow the spread since it sure doesn’t seem like you are! (And if all that isn’t enough, let’s talk “normal” things. The check-in area looked absolutely filthy, the woman at the desk seemed … confused? … and they brought dogs out WITHOUT LEASHES while I was checking mine in. Thankfully all pets involved were friendly, but that’s a huge lapse in standard protocol and asking for trouble, if you ask me.)

i picked my dog up from boarding on Tuesday and he was coughing and hacking ever since we picked him up. I understand that even the cleanest facilities can get kennel cough, but I feel like they could have communicated his wellness to me, along with making an effort to control the epidemic. The fact that they made no mention of this to me, makes me think that they were unaware of the spread, and makes me think that maybe more attentiveness is needed.

I've never been inside due to covid but my dog gets very excited to go and is well groomed when we pick her up. Good prices and friendly staff.

MBF always takes great care of our dogs! It's comforting knowing that there is a place we can trust even for more than a few days. The dogs have a blast and for the first day or two after we get home they don't want to do anything but sleep!

We highly recommend this place, our rescue dog feels very comfortable and is always excited to be there.

This place was quick and easy! They came out and assisted me as soon as we pulled up and led our dog in. It was her first time being boarded and she was fine for the 3 nights! She did come back a bit stinky though so I would recommend adding the bath. Very affordable and the staff member was super friendly! I believe they do ask you call/wait outside.

I board with them 3 or 4 times a year, and have done so for at least 7 years at this point, possibly longer. I have also used their daycare. My dogs are always thrilled to be dropped off, and can't wait to get inside. These are dogs who howl as if they are going to die if I am momentarily separated from them at the vet, and have to be sometimes carried or dragged through the vet's door, and our vet is excellent. The staff has always been very accommodating and easy to work with, and I never worry about my dogs when we go out of town.

I love men's best friend they took care of my three babies on a emergency trip. I was able to call not feeling like I was a bothered the babies were very happy Jessica informed me when a few dogs were coughing and a lot of business would not even tell u scare of the effects but my dogs were fine they never started coughing I was so thankful for the honesty hank nena and Roxy family said thank you Jessica and men best friend staff

We love Man's best friend. They are so good with dogs and reasonably priced for services. They usually have availability but have an online reservation system to use. We have been taking our dog and my in laws dog for years and its always been a good experience. Highly recommend!

Our dog absolutely LOVED being dropped off here!! He didn't even hesitate or look back at us when we dropped him off. As soon as we pulled up he was over the moon with excitement to get inside.

My daughter boarded her 2 dogs while she was out of town. The dogs were treated well and would consider boarding with this facility again.

Staff was very friendly and helped with all concerns. Our pup was well cared for.

Doggie Daycare was not what I wanted. Staff rewarded my puppy for bad behaviors after being told he was in training. I don’t want my puppy jumping on people and being petted for doing so. Also they allowed too many big dogs to pick on him. The kennel wouldn’t answer or return my calls when I wanted to board. I then made a reservation online since I could get them to answer the phone. My reservation was canceled 2 days before the time of the boarding. I will not be returning.

I absolutely LOVE Man's Best Friend! The staff there is so awesome, and I don't even know what to say about Jessica, the owner, who wonderful, thoughful, and caring she is. Our 2 dogs stayed there for a few months while we were in between housing. And the dogs were extremely well taken care of, I could not have taken care of them better myself. They always had their best interest at heart and took care of them as if they were their own. If i ever need anyone to take care of them again for any amount of time, there is absolutely no question where they will go. And i will also tell anyone/everyone who needs a doggy sitter, to take them to Man's Best Friend!!
