I love everything about this place. The staff is amazing, they love my dog, day camp is a blast and she loves to spend the night!!!

My dog and I love this place! The people are super friendly and helpful. There’s even a doggie camera to watch your dog in the play area. I have booked two more stays with them!

The facility is clean, the staff is wonderful and check in/out is a breeze. My dogs come home happy and tired

We took our 6 month old puppy to them for his first boarding experience and I felt really good about it. The place is extremely clean & seems very organized. The staff was really good about checking on him whenever I called to ask how he was and gave him his probiotic medicine every day. We also had him groomed at the end of his stay and he was super clean and fluffy! He came back to us healthy & happy! I will definitely recommend to all of our friends & family!

Our boy Jasper loves coming here! The girls and staff are very friendly and professional. Their prices have gone up; But it is worth every penny with the top level care they give. As long as we own pets; They WILL be staying at Williamsburg when we have to leave town. D. Wilson. Florissant, MO.

We left our cats for the first time and were a little nervous especially since the one is Diabetic but our experience couldn't have been better. Not only did they take good care of our furry family members but called with any concerns and updates to increase our comfort.

We live in Central Arkansas; for medical reasons we have travelled to St Louis several times over the last year. We always bring our dog Tater to Williamsburg Pet Hotel-Suites for Doggy Daycare and grooming. The front staff are outstanding- really friendly & sincere- they always remember us and treat us like family. When we pick him up he’s clean, happy & healthy. He falls asleep within minutes, which tells me that he’s played hard and not slept in a corner all day. Williamsburg Pet Hotel & Suites has very competitive & reasonable rates, a very neat and clean facility, and top notch staff to take of your animals.

We only needed our kitten watched for the day. They did great and it was reasonably priced. Would use again when we are back in the area

I always board my dog at Williamsburg Pet Hotel because I know they will take great care of her! I like that they also have doggie day camp which my dog enjoys every day she is there. This is a beautiful, fresh and clean kennel and the staff are friendly, kind and caring. This is an excellent facility, fairly priced, and I highly recommend it!

We came from out of town to visit family for the holidays and Williamsburg was the perfect place to send our dog for the day.

This was our first time at day camp at Williamsburg. Everyone was caring and professional. Love the live feed so you can see your doggy interacting. Easy in and out.

Williamsburg Pet Hotel is a wonderful business for meeting all our needs for our dog Rowan and our newest puppy Bunny. We have used day care, boarding, grooming, and training over the past 10 years. We have always had a positive experience. The staff are professional, responsive and most importantly they love taking care of our furry family members. After spending her first time at day care our puppy Bunny performed with focus and calm at her last evening of puppy class. She had played all afternoon and was able to actually pay attention and complete each and every task that evening. We will continue to use Williamsburg as long as we have pets

My dog loves to go to daycare. She gets excited when we pull up to the building. She comes home a happy and tired out girl as well. I don’t sorry while she is there because I know she is in good hands and keeps her with the group of dogs that best fit her personality. Well worth the small amount of money we spend for her fun day out!!

I love this hotel.they take care of my baby.My dog love it here. My dog is big and they still treat him with love..they so awesome.they nice and sweet to you too. They love your pet just as much as you love your pet.

I have been boarding my dog here for over a year now. I typically have no issues with getting reservations and the on line system makes it very convenient. Cooper, my Havanese, absolutely loves it here! He gets excited the minute we pull into the parking lot and is eager to get back to his buddies and play once we go in. I will add that the attendants are always cheerful and happy to see Cooper and he is super excited to see them! I feel like my boy gets great care and I particularly like that he is matched to a group of like size and temperament dogs, unlike other places I tried where he was in a huge room of all size and behavior of dogs. I would definitely recommend Williamsburg if you want attentive, quality boarding of your fur baby.

My first time leaving my best fur friends. One is very old, I was so worried about leaving him, I must have searched and visited many places. Williamburg was very clean, provided a loving home like environment with play time for the dogs daily. My children and I enjoyed watching them play with the dogs on the live webcam, it gave us comfort knowing they were having a fun dog party and not cooped up in a kennel environment all day. All the staff were so friendly. Thank you for providing excellent care!

The staff at Williamsburg are always helpful, polite and very professional. When I walk in they know my dog and call Jax by his name. He is always excited to go there, whether is for grooming or for an overnight stay.

We love Williamsburg pet hotel and suites! The staff are always so friendly and accommodating, and we love the multiple yards available for day camp. We also really appreciate that there are cameras to watch both daycamp and some of the boarding suites. Would recommend!

This was our first time taking our dog to Williamsburg and we will never take him anywhere else! Every staff member genuinely cares about the animals and are so kind and professional! We don’t have to worry about him when we are gone because we know he is being loved and cared for by the best!!

Great experience! Doing the Puppy Day Training and he’s learning so much. Really appreciate the detailed report card and pictures! Very clean. Don’t have to worry about “fighting” for day camp spots like some other places and best part, when I picked him up he wasn’t sticky/covered in other dogs’ pee etc

Our young cat, Widget, is well taken of. He enjoys being outside so at Williamsburg he likes to be out of his “condo” as often as possible with people. He is boarded only at Williamsburg and we are pleased.

We love groomer Gina!!! She is amazing! Our dogs are so happy to see her. We have a tough few and she always handles them well! The other staff is great. Always friendly and helpful!

We were happy to see that our dogs were very happy and calm when we picked them up. The staff was very friendly and thoughtful of us and the dogs. It was a very pleasant place. I felt that my dogs were in good hands!

This is the best place to go for dog grooming and boarding in the St. Louis area. We are moving to another state so we hope we can get the same type of service in the future

Our Dog always tired when coming home from day camp. He seems very happy there and staff seems to care for him like their own.

I have utilized Williamsburg for boarding and training and most recently boarding and doggie day camp my dog absolutely loves this place !!! Plus I know she's going to be well cared for and I like the fact that I can see her on the webcam when she's outside playing with all the dogs and oh my goodness there are so many dogs and they are all so happy with tails wagging! You can tell that the staff really love dogs by their interactions with them and by how excited my dog is when she gets to go there.
