Horrible customer service. There was no associates to help me find what I was looking for, another customer did. When I went to check out, the associate much have been sucking on lemons because she looked miserable and like she didn’t want to work that day. I almost apologized to her for shopping there. We’re in a pandemic! I get it, but you never know how far a “Hey how are you?” Can take you. Take the now hiring sign down until you can get it right with the ones that you have. *Ends Rant*

My little Malshi went to be groomed and was cut under her left eye. I was never made aware of the injury. By the time I got home she was bleeding from the injury. The staff was beyond rude and could care less. Most were not wearing masks or socially distanced with is company policy. The salon seemed chaotic and nobody seemed to know what they were doing. It caused not only my furbaby but me as well a very traumatic experience which should have been the total opposite. Oh, because of their negligence my dogs are banned from the salon. NEVER again.

The employee that I delt with was less then helpful and seamed to spend more time following me around the store then she did assisting me . When I ask her to check the price of an item she said they could do that at the check out . I told her that I hated to tie up a line getting price checks when she could go and scan it before had and I could reach the register with my decision already made. When I was ready to check out this same person had a line open so I went to her and needless to say you could tell she was aggravated that she had to check these prices for me. So sorry if she would have before I reached check out then the confusion and time delay would have not occurred. First time I have visited that store and probably will be my last.

Employee in live fish dept was very rude & not helpful. Cashier was rude. Store was hot & not stocked well...Will never go to this location again! Pet Supplies Plus is WAY better!

Worst experience at a pet store or groomer. Went to get dog groomed and was treated terribly by the salon manager. Would've just let it go but she was treating her employees terribly and even made one cry during my appt. she should be fired

Claire is a fantastic manager. She constantly smiling and doing her best. She is ALWAYS helping her coworkers. She does an amazing job at making a friendly open environment. Claire is a wonderful worker and I cant think of anyone better to run the salon.

Rude AF people in the grooming salon to my 12yo. Being sarcastic to him when he asked a question about if an appointment was needed for a nail trim. He was told "only on fridays"...today happened to be a Friday. No one greeted us when we walked in nor as we left. I already rarely shop here but now I won't be back. Good thing no one in this store cares anyways. Save your money & shop another pet store altogether.

They didn't have the pet bowl mats that absorb water but the staff is very nice & friendly.

Was harassed by the manager Claire. I know from workers that the cages are infested with fleas, they never clean the kennels and mistreat rowdy dogs.
