When I called about having to euthanize my dog I was asking about the sedation they do. I was told we could not be present for the sedation which I wasn't okay with since our dog wouldn't be conscious or know we were there. We should be the last people she sees. The receptionist then cut me off and said "Thanks bye" and hung up on me. I have been to this clinic more than a few times and when it comes to euthanasia they are not professional or comforting.

This place has literally saved my pup 3x’s in the first year and a half of her life. When we found her, she had Parvo, then when she was just a little over a yr old, she ended up with heart worms and after that she had gotten some kind of staff infection ????????♀️ this poor baby has been through it all and is such a survivor! Thank you to the whole staff who always takes great care of her and Lizzie loves to see them too. ????

First time taking our kitten, and the staff and vet were really sweet and caring. We will most definitely be back!

Rude. Won't go back!! they need to let new people trying to get their fur babies feeling better what all to bring instead of just saying yeah we'll see them come on in. When you answer that phone be professional say what paperwork needs to be brought.

Me and my husband had to evacuate from New Orleans for hurricane Ida, and our frenchie ended up having some problems with his claw splitting and was painful. I called them up and right away they were able to have us drop him off and see him. They called us a couple hours later saying he was ready a when we went to go and grab him they absolutely refused to let us pay for the service. The staff was so sweet and caring and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to take my dog while being displaced. I would recommend them to anyone.

Friendly staff very polite and punctual even when they are swamped they still do everything they can to get you in and out one of the few places I have been where they actually take pride in their work I highly recommend them
