My dog was hit by a car this morning and first I called every vet in the area before them which no one answered then some lady named Mary answered the phone and would not assist in any shape or form instead she said what all they couldn’t do

They did an exceptional job for Bishop's shots and even cut his nails. Unfortionally, I thought we had to wait on his grooming. Thank Them, so much!!!

Needed Xrays of my furbabies knee. Doctor White was very helpful.

Kennessee Lee has been going to Dr. White since the day he was adopted at nine months old. Kenne is a King Charles and he turned 14 last March. He has a chronic ear infection and heart disease. Heart disease goes with the breed. Dr. White has kept a close watch on his heart since his first visit, as well as his general health. I haven't boarded Kenne for several years and at his age I never will again. When I did board Kenne and his sister, KaliKat Lee, I always took them to Parkway because they are our extended family. If anything unforeseen should happen I knew my babies were in good hands and with familiar people. They were safe and cared for with abundant affection. Dr. White and staff takes everything into consideration, they are relaxed, no matter how stressed I have been at times. The comfort of every pet is supported with special calming music. The steel tables are covered with amazing little blankets to add comfort and warmth during exams. I'm a little needle phobic, needles shouldn't hurt. That was my first priority when choosing a veterinarian. No hurting my babies! Neither Kenne nor Kali ever flinched when they got a shot, like they didn't even know it happened. Same with blood draws, they never knew. Kenne has a relaxed nature but Kali had a don't mess with me nature, so that speaks volumes. Kenne and Kali are our last pets because we are seniors and past reasonable assurance that we can fully responsible for a pet's lifetime. KaliKat passed away a year ago last December 15th. It means everything to me that Parkway, Dr. White and everyone there are our extended care family. If you love your animals and care about providing the best for them, I highly recommend Parkway Animal Hospital.

Dr. White and her staff are wonderful. They care about their patients and their humans. They give excellent care of your pet.

I took my chicken, Toto, to the clinic today for treatment of a foot injury. She was resting comfortably when I picked her up and was prescribed some meds. Hopefully she will be back to her goofy self in no time.

They took great care of my new kitten. Answered all of my questions as well as described how to give her the medication she needed to take. They also gave me a new kitten pamphlet for some research.

It is obvious how important your pet is to the folks here. Our fur baby loves visiting Parkway.

Good with animals, good people, decent price, good arranging an appointment short notice. Also very good at getting records when you're traveling, and not all vets do partial prescriptions but this one does. They also have maybe best price in town for boarding.

The staff are very nice and professional and Dr. White was very thorough when we were discussing my dog's exam.

The staff at Parkway are great...so caring of our dog and of us. We love going there, and our dog thinks he owns the place....they treat him so well.

Love, love, love the service! Dr. White and the other staff can't be beat! The prices just keep going up each year for annual exams, which is the only reason I took away one star (although I'm not so sure if they can help that. It doesn't seem to be their fees that are really high but the cost of the heartworm/flea and tick meds, other prescriptions, etc.) So yeah, the increasing price year by year sucks, but the great thing about them though, is that they do accept Care Credit, which has been a life saver! In my opinion, they offer 5 star service but the increase in annual prices forced me to deduct a star. :-( But even with the price increases, they are the only ones I've trusted to consistently care for my fur baby. Sure gonna miss them when we relocate!

We recently moved out of state and were so sad to leave the helpful staff. I am THAT crazy dog mom and Parkway always were so considerate of me and my fur baby. They really did feel like family and I would STRONGLY suggest going here if you were in the Jackson area.

Caring and friendly staff. They take great care of my cat and dogs and they genuinely care about your pets health and wellbeing. I seriously cannot praise them enough!

Vet White has been very good with our furbabbies. We also drive to their site from Linden Tn, then back to Linden.

My dog has grown to love and know every single tech and doctor there. They love both my dogs and are such a huge joy to work with. The coolest thing is whenever you have an appt. with them they write your dogs name on the chalk board in the entree way. Love this place. I'm moving to Henderson and am not planning on changing my vet for my boys sake
