Great place to take your pets!

Took great care of my fur baby!! She had to have a lumpectomy, and they kept me informed through the whole process! Staff is super nice and very professional.

The staff is always courteous and helpful. Dr. Wagenheim is knowledgeable, always talks through his recommendations for treating our two dogs, and never overcharges. I would recommend 69 South to anyone!

Excellent service and compassionate, caring staff. I have never been disappointed with the care given to my pets.

You won't be going inside with your pet. You won't be talking with the vet about the exam either. It is ostensibly a Covid-19 excuse, but I've done plenty of business wearing a mask, which the staff wasn't wearing inside by the way. I'm not going to speculate that not being present will result in services not being provided, but what is the point if I can't be there to ask questions or be told what is going on. I wouldn't go under general anesthesia for a physical, but this is functionally the same and seems deliberately constructed to take in money with a minimum (really none) of involvement with the customer. Great job taking advantage of the situation from a business that clearly doesn't want pet owners involved in the process.

Great, friendly, professional staff. As first time dog owners we had a lot of questions and needed some direction dealing with the care of our new puppy. They were and still are, very patient and kind to our pet's needs and ours too.

Your prices are outrageous on spay and neutering The dogs are over populating this country and doctors that want $320. For this procedure should not do it I found vets that does it for less This price is ridiculous so don't ask me to bring my dog or cat here.

Not possible. Y'all were awesome in the way you communicated with me, and respected my cat. From the nurse that took Dude from me in the morning, and informed me of treatment and cost. To the Vet that called me in the afternoon to let me know how everything went. To the tech that brought the paperwork to me, and explained aftercare. Great team you have there.

Takes care of our little dachshund Angel and gives good care as well as always clean inside

Very affordable vet clinic with a host of options. Staff was kind and caring towards me and my pet. They were helpful in explaining options and were very transparent about rates. It was easy to get an appointment and our visit was very thorough. 10/10 will return

I always feel the care given to my pets at 69 South Clinic is sincere.

Both of my cats love the people here, so there's not much left to improve so far as I'm concerned! They make sure to explain each step they take when treating my cats, whether for UTIs or just bloodwork.

Dr. Wagenheim and the staff are great. He is very calm with the animals. They have a very competent and friendly receptionist who takes care of everything. If you have an appointment, there’s usually a very short wait. My dog, Hemingway, has been helped here for years, and we are very pleased with the service. Not overpriced.

I really appreciate the attention and care. my dogs get. Particularly nice is that Dr. Waggenheim sees the dogs in the room I am in, not taking them away in the back of the facility. Furthermore, he gets down on the floor with them making them more comfortable than being up on a table. Thank you!!!!
