We wouldn't trust anyone else with our 4-legged family members. Dr. May and his staff love them like their own.

We came for an emergency as my kitten was literally gasping for air and temp was low. they had no sense of urgency. we sat in the waiting room forever and then in an exam room for another 15 minutes. our kitten died before the doctor even came and saw us. we were the first ones in the building this morning. no other clients. they didn’t even try and save her. we called on our way and they told us to come and that they had availability for emergencies. our kitten died in our hands and literally had the audacity to immediately ask us for payment FOR WEIGHING THE KITTEN. if i could rate 0 stars i absolutely would. do not go here if your fur baby is on the brink of death.

I only went to this vet one time, but I was really impressed. I had to take my 13+ dog there to cross over the rainbow bridge. The vet we had been going to was out of office with COVID-19 and we felt we couldn't let our angel suffer any longer. The team here was very compassionate, helpful, and kind. It was one of the hardest and saddest days of my life and I'm very thankful to have had the help and support of the doctors and staff here to help us through it.They were very easy to get in touch with and scheduled my appointment right away. They were all clearly very caring people. They have a separate entrance and room for euthanasia, which made what can only be a horrible experience a little bit easier to get through. They gave us as much time as we needed with our baby as we said goodbye and were very empathetic and respectful throughout the visit. I will definitely go here in the future when a new pup comes into my life.

They asked for payment after making my friend wait for her kitten to die in her arms. There was no line and the vet was hiding in his office the whole time. I couldn’t believe how heartless the staff was, if this is how an animal hospital handles emergencies then they shouldn’t be open and the vet should have their license revoked. You all should be ashamed, absolutely DISGUSTING

We absolutely love this place. We have used Dr Guy May for years for our puppies, and now for our new kitten. They love your pets like they are their own. They always do great taking care of our babies when they are well or sick. Thank you for the love

Office manager Denise very rude and unprofessional. When my mother’s very sick kitten wasn’t seen at her appointment time and she inquired why, Denise said she didn’t like how mom spoke to her, so she would have to reschedule the appointment to the next day. We were there two hours early hoping to be worked in sooner. Left at 3:30 and back at 4:15 before our 4:30 appointment. Continued to take other clients back. Mother told her how sick kitten was but she simply didn’t care. Kitten died last night!
