This is my regular vet. We have a lot of history here and spent tens of thousands of dollars with. Today is the business day after Thanksgiving. Without notice the clinic is closed.. My pets health cannot wait and my pet must see a vet today. Unfortunately May Vetranarian is unreliable.

My first experience with a vet and I have chosen the best. Dr. May and staff are awesome!❤️

Very kind nurses and they were very gentle with my cat. They dont have any rules about masks, so it's a little iffy but otherwise great place

Aurora loves going to the vet there. Which says a lot for her. I adopted her from a vet's office and she always hated going but she loves all the attention she gets here. Taking care credit could have helpe me a little though. But their prices are reasonable.

My Butterbean was so scared. They were very perfessional and eased my mind on being there. She never leaves the house so she was not used to being out. They took care of her right away. Not a long wait.

My puppy who is very sick with Parvo was just turned away from them despite being referred to them by Emergi-Pet. The fact that their website talks about how compassionate they are is a joke. The receptionist was extremely rude. It does not matter how great the vets are if your office staff is terrible!! I will be calling Emergi-Pet when they reopen to let them know how unhappy I am they referred me to this veterinarian practice. Luckily, I found a compassionate place in town to take him. If you value your furbabies don’t take them here!

May Vet North is the only place we have ever taken Indiana and it is the only place we will ever take Indiana! He loves the staff and we always enjoy our visits. The doctors and staff make Indiana feel welcomed, which makes his vet appointments a breeze!

I had a stray cat in heat that I adopted into my home and most vets were not able to schedule a spay for at least a month out. I called on Friday and May Vet had an opening on Monday. They took her in for the spay, vaccines, blood work, and microchip at 8am and got a call she was done at 10:45am. So happy with the care they provided and how quickly they were able to get me in!

I have a 15 year history with May Veterinarian Clinics. I came to the Tuscaloosa area with my two cats from New Orleans to ride out the hurricane. Needless to say there was no going home any time soon. I was able to stay in a hotel for a few days, and after went to a Red Cross shelter. I called around to find a place to board my babies. The places I called wanted there shot history. All I had was their rabies tags. May Veterinarian told me that it was no problem. They allowed them to stay there for 3 weeks. When I came to get them there was no charge. I was speechless. From that time on I have always taken my fur babies to May Veterinarian Clinics. I have shared my experience with many and I will again.

My dog Molly was having dental problems and we hadn't gotten resolution at our initial vet. Once Dr May saw Molly's issue, he scheduled her dental appointment immediately. He worked her into his schedule the same week! An added plus is Dr May charged considerably less than other vets charge.

These people are super nice and gentle with my pets. This is a great place for your furry friends.

Office manager Denise very rude and unprofessional to my elderly mother. Refused care for mom’s sick kitten which later died. Mother had an appointment and got there two hours early in hopes of being worked in. After an hour and half, left and came back before appointment time and was refused service. Dr. May’s staff has always been very accommodating and all vets there excellent. This was uncalled for! 05/10/2020 Mother received her letter from office manager Denise Behrens-Tranel dismissing her as a client from May vet clinic. After the rude way Denise treated her, my mother had no intention of returning. What goes around comes around.

Stella LOVES May Veterinary Clinic. She is a now 9 year old black lab rescue where Dr. May has taken care of Stella like she is her own. Maybe Stella is just that lovable, or just maybe Dr. May is amazing! I will admit, the staff isn't always 100% and even we have had some frustrations with them. HOWEVER, if you want a DOCTOR that is above par, and top class, Dr. May is the best!

Dr. May and his staff are fantastic.

My husband and I are newly weds and he had a 10yr old Maltese when we met. He hadn't been to the vet in years nor had he ever been fixed. We decided to get a puppy during the COVID craziness and decided to use May Vet North as our vet for both pups. We have been extremely pleased with everything at May. Both of our pups have been fixed now and both had amazing recoveries with no problems, even the very active younger one. We also have used their boarding services for a recent vacation and loved it as well. All the employees I've come in contact with have been extremely professional and helpful and seem to know our pups by name as soon as they walk through the door. We love May and would highly recommend to anyone with fur babies!!
