Just your friendly neighborhood pet store. We went to get some cichlids, and snails for our fresh water 65 gallon tank. Mikaela, i hope I spelled her name correctly, but they were very short staffed and she was amazing! Extremely helpful!! I am so grateful for her help. I recommend this store.

Close to home and friendly staff. But haven't had my dogs favorite food In a while and dont seem to have a answer as to why.

Always great customer service and clean

After driving an hour to drop my dog off for her grooming appointment they refused to see her without a signed copy of her rabies vaccination from her vet which is closed on a saturday. Even though she had a RABIES TAG on her collar from the vet.Kayleigh Faye was just extremely rude and yanked at my dog on the leash and made snide comments and rude remarks.I would not trust my animal with them after this.They groomed my other doodle last time and he was whining the entire way home and now I know why. Who knows what happens behind closed doors here.

Fantastic place for everything your pet needs. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I shop here often ( almost weekly) and have never had a concern. Highly recommended this place!!!

Tried to find help and nobody was available. There was no one to answer questions. Horrible store, very, very lazy employees who would rather sit around and chat than help customers..

Great staff. Very knowledgable.good and healthy selection of fish. Dad needed help with a cat that has a rash (not fleas). Banfield was zero help. They dgaf if your pet is not a patient but a staff member quickly stepped in and walked us to the right aisle and explained several options. Did not get his name...sorry. on over to the fish aisle everything looked good. Will helped me with my questions. Again...great staff.

We typically have okay experiences here. It’s sometimes expensive, but sometimes we can find sales and they have huge variety. However, today we went in to purchase some new fish, and even after asking for help, no one came to help us. Have no fear, we left to go to Petco where no one even said hello to us, so at least Petsmart has that going for them. If you’re looking for great customer service, I recommend Pet Supermarket by Publix in Daphne.

Always have a wide variety of products at varying prices for whatever type of pet(s) you have. They typically have an adequate number of employees when I am there. Always very friendly and available to answer questions or help you find the perfect toy for your pet. One-stop shopping for your pet.

Has everything you need for your pet really, has different birds, reptiles, fishes on sale and also pets up for adoption, a name tag maker and huge variety of tags to choose from, they have plenty of accessories for your fish tank

I feel bad for the bettas! I think Walmart took better care of there bettas when they had them than this place! Half were dead and still on the shelf and the ones that weren’t dead the cups were yellow and disgusting. I don’t think the employees know much about fish care cause the entire fish section is just sad. ????
