We love our new baby. We bought a Morkipoo named Spell. She is absolutely gorgeous and precious.They provide quality care to their puppies.Our experience was Awesome. My husband and I highly recommend the puppy den. We are from Mobile and had looked all over for the perfect puppy. We will definitely be back to.purchase a second dog to expand our family.

It’s always tough deciding where to get your fur babies they made our decision easy from the moment we walked in till the time we left. Staff is friendly and attentive. Business is clean. It obvious they take good. care of all their puppies. Would recommend

I was going to try them out but based on the NEGATIVE reviews about customers being ignored and treated horrible (which more than one review said the samething) i think my family and i will pass because my attitude is already horrible and they would just have me sitting in jail because I would not tolerate being ignored or disrespected when spending my money!!! Thanks to all who gave there experiences...save me some time!!!

Talk about service after the sale, these ladies have been there to answer questions, share advice and anything else I’ve ever leaned on them for. Their heart is in it for these pups. Year after year, I find myself in awe of their dedication and filled with appreciation for it. I would recommend The Puppy Den to anyone looking for an extra special addition to your family, especially if you put value in service after the sale. Hands down, these ladies have my vote. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. Keep up the great work and thank you for your services!

You can really tell all the employees at the puppy den really love and care for their animals. I wouldnt go anywhere else for a puppy.

Overpriced Puppies. They charge about 1000 - 1500 more for the same breeds they offered a year ago. You'd be better off looking elsewhere. Oh and as you can tell from the reply and other reviews the staff is lackluster.

I visited the Puppy Den this past Sunday with my son with the intention of buying two puppies. We were completely ignored! And, there were multiple people working and coming back and forth from the back area. No one even said hello or be with you in a minute, nothing. We stayed just looking for a half hour with no acknowledgement and left. Horrible experience! I was very disappointed and won’t be back.

I’ve bought two pugs from the puppy den. One for my 13y old son and one for my wife. Karen and Carrie were Great through the whole process. One of the pugs was a surprise and they even worked with me to be able to Bring it home on a day they were closed. They also helped me find a English bulldog rescue that added a perfect addition to our family. I’ve been a customer of theirs for the past four years now and they never let me down. Truly great service every time.

During the worst part of Covid, my daughter was really down. Her first year of college was mostly online and social activities were pretty much nonexistent. We had the idea to get her a puppy. A friend to stay with her day and night. Someone who would love her and add some much needed joy and purpose to her life. We went to Petland and were shocked by their prices. When we found The Puppy Den, we were so happy with the variety of breeds offered, the friendly environment of the store, and the health of the puppies offered. She chose a spaniel puppy. We were not able to take her home immediately because she still needed additional vaccines. The pet store owner wanted to make sure that she was old enough and had proper immunity. We were impressed by the owner's concern for the well being of our puppy. Six months later and our daughter takes her puppy with her everywhere. They study together, sleep together, play together, and things are not so dull and bleak. She is a beautiful dog, very healthy, and an enormous blessing. Thanks so much Karen and Carrie. Our family has grown and we can't imagine life without our sweet Camilla.

Went to Puppy Den today expecting to purchase a pup for our daughter. Upon walking in there was a HORRIBLE stench. My family was totally ignored. One girl walked out of the back...saw us, turned around and walked back in the back area. We were never acknowledged. Absolutely horrible service. My family went in fully expecting to purchase. We spoke to the young lady sitting up front, no response. I have never seen such terrible service. Will this business survive? Oh, how I wanted this to work, but I would recommend taking your business to Pensacola rather than be treated as a second class citizen in this establishment. Clean up the stench and the nasty dispositions. The entire staff needs to be TERMINATED.

I just got my 2nd puppy from here. I love the employees and I know they care about the puppies and the homes they go to. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Very loving owners

I absolutely LOVE The Puppy Den. I have two Pekapoos (Koda and Sally) that came from there and they bring so much Joy to my family. The owners, Karen and Carrie, are extremely knowledgeable about their puppies. The staff is always so sweet and helpful. I will 100% recommend The Puppy Den to anyone and everyone.

Very nice, very polite, many puppies

I came in today to get information on some morkie puppies, but the website said that they wouldn’t be ready yet. I walked in, and they had them!! But I was completely ignored, and when I tried to ask the young lady questions about the dogs..she said, “I do not know because I just put them in the crates.” Like serious, I’m about to spend at least $2,000-$3,000 at your place of business. You could at least ask the ladies in the back for more information or look it up. I’ll be going to Petland in Pensacola because the lady was wayyyy nicer OVER THE PHONE, so I could imagine the service I’ll get in-person. I keep trying to support local businesses, but the local customer service experience is ungodly.

I'm the proud parent of a now 4 year old black Yorkiepoo named Argo (Hasselhoff). He has been such a blessing in my life- very vibrant & smart, hilarious and loving. I got him in June 2016 at 4 months old and he still looks like a puppy. I also got my mom's Pomeranian, Buster (Banana Bread) here & he is the same way. Buster also gets his grooming done by these lovely ladies. I highly recommend Puppy Den- they are fantastic!

Love this place. Last Christmas, I found and adopted my most favorite fur baby of all time from the Puppy Den!

We appreciate Carrie and Karen so much! They truly love their puppies and want to make each customer happy. I personally appreciate the updates, pictures, and great communication. We know they care...great place...I highly recommend puppy den!!! We get our baby in Sept. they have been wonderful!!!

My best friend and I came in yesterday to look at a companion dog for my Chihuahua. We waited at least 20 minutes to be acknowledged and assisted. We left without any information or any assistance. I understand the sales lady was busy handling an out of town sale, but it's important to remember to assist everyone in a timely manner. I should also mention that my friend and I arrived first and was still not helped. The family that came in after us, also left without being acknowledged. Poor, poor service. A huge disappointment. ** if one employee lacks the ability to greet and acknowledge three customers, your in trouble. You lost two customers on Sunday.

Great place to buy a dog. They take good care of their animals. You will have the owners' cell numbers and can get in touch with any questions or problems. They send you home with a goodie bag and those numbers in case there is a problem. Will definitely buy another dog there.

My wife and I came in the see the rescue dogs mentioned on the window. Disappointed to see only designer dogs made for older people. My son was interested in a puppy but the staff said he was probably going to be to "rough" with a puppy. Also they put that you cant touch any of the dogs unless you're 100% purchasing. How is my son going to be certain of a dog unless hes allowed to interact with puppies?

Came in with full intent to purchase a puppy that day. We walked in and we were greeted, but the staff was very off putting and kept pushing a certain dog for us to buy. We had no intention on purchasing that dog. I was basically told that my child was too rough for a smaller dog when in fact my son grew up with a dog under 10 lbs. I dont appreciate that she assumed my child would be too rough for a puppy and kept pushing the other dog. We walked out because we felt so offended.
