Every aspect was a great experience. The vet techs and the vet were so kind and helpful and made sure they addressed any issues I was having. I came here because they were having a "first visit free" promo but I'll definitely be back because of the excellent service!

I have to say I was very impressed with this vet. I needed someone open on a Saturday as it was a bit of an emergency. These guys fit me right in. Super nice, informative and took great care of our fur baby. I highly recommend!!

Great services for pets. Very pricey compared to independent veterinarians care on services, and medications. Could use some improvements in this area. Overall, pets receive great care.

Took care of my rotty since he was a puppy and never told me he had a heart condition. He died of Congestive Heart failure at 10 y.o..

I love Banfield Pet Hospital. They are genuinely interested in the care of your pet. They keep me informed. They always follow up. They have a great app so you always have your records on hand. Best of all the also have Banfield Pet Hospitals in other states so you can normally find one when on vacation. They are all connected so they have all your records. My baby's love them there.

It was so great to see my JonJon scared to go with a stranger, but walked right beside her on the way out. He was so calm they were wonderful with him

Staff is always friendly & professional!

If you care about your pet’s well-being, do NOT bring them here. The staff is incredibly unhelpful. They got both of my puppies sick, and diagnosed them with ringworm. After trying to sell me on two weeks of sulfur baths (which are upwards of $100 each) to cure the ringworm, they prescribed them an ointment for $100. They refused to cover any of the costs, and even admitted they were having abnormal cases of ringworm. Two weeks later they called saying it wasn’t ringworm, and didn’t offer any compensation. I called to try to reconcile the situation, and they offered no help. I asked them for corporates number, and they claimed they didn’t have it. I have never had such a disrespectful experience with a vet. I am beyond nervous to bring my dogs here ever again, and I recommend everyone to avoid at all costs. There are much better vets in southern Alabama who won’t lie to your face.

People are decent. Service is quick but prices are very high and there is not wiggle room even for extremely sick dogs. All the while they have signs for donations for vet care for animals in need of care. It felt like a face slap

Our little dog has been going to Banfield since he was 10 weeks old. He is now almost 10 years old. I was looking up their number and noticed the review rating. I was shocked! I read some out of curiosity and can honestly say in 10 years we have never experienced anything but the absolute best service in every area. Every doctor, every employee, every everything. We could not be more pleased. They all seem to have pets and clearly love them. We moved 5 years ago and there is no Banfield here. We drive 1-2 hrs., depending on traffic, to the nearest one in Spanish Fort for a reason. We love Dr. Ederer, Cheyenne, Sarah, Beth, etc. The Wellness Plan is wonderful and has saved us so much money over the years. Plus, we can always call with questions and they are always friendly and helpful. We would use someone where we live now but we are just too happy where we are! We experienced the same level of service when we lived in Mobile. Jo and Lisa are amazing! I was an inexperienced pet owner and they helped me raise mine when he was a puppy.????

Was not forth coming with total cost of a rabies vaccination I was told twenty dollars and left with a seventy dollars bill fool me once.....

Banfield Pet Hospital in Daphne, Al. has taken care of my Golden Retriever and Tuxedo cat for the past two years with favorable results. The doctors are knowledgeable and their assistants have always been friendly, attentive and courtiase.

Great service and friendly staff

Took my Pyrenee/border collie mix to her first visit! Got her shots. It was very thorough. I did have to drop her off and come back an hour and half later. Was a little inconvenient on the time but otherwise was great.

Overly priced and they pushed useless contracts and food on my elderly mother.

On November 6th 2020. I had to put my sweet loving Bama Duke down. My heart still yearns for him,???? but l know he's in a better place. Dr. Gammon and Ederer are the most loving and caring Dr's I know. l will never forget how sweet, humble and patience they were toward me and my baby Bama in his last days. The emotions and sympathy they shown has helped my grieving process easier.I pray they are around if l ever have another loving pet. The whole Banifield Hospital is a wonderful group of people in Spanish Fort Ala. You guys ROCK!! Be Blessed. Miss my Bam Bam!!

Friendly and they care about your animals

I originally thought the wellness plan was a rip off, however I learned that my new dog had heart worms and they thankfully switched me to a sick dog wellness plan that saved me a lot of money. I have had issues with sour employees but they don't seem to last. Overall, I am happy with my pets' care at Banfield and the wellness plan. The doctors seem to be straight out of vet school and a little overzealous about finding "problems" with my dog but I think I would rather have that than someone who doesn't do anything but administer annual shots. I recommend Banfield if you need flexible vet hours and prefer to spread your annual costs out over the year rather than paying all at once.

I have been bringing my pets to this location for over 5 years now. While in the past, there have been some not-as-satisfactory moments, never have I been overly disappointed with my pets’ care. The current staff at the location is amazing and always willing to try and work me in, and if it is a slammed day they are honest and upfront and work with me to find another time that would work for me. Dr. Gammon and Dr. Ederer have help me work through some difficult things (like when two of my young dogs came back from boarding with bad lower respiratory infections), and the staff is always friendly.

This location has friendly yet inexperienced vets, techs who are unfamiliar with the plans/services they offer, and practice managers who blame customers instead of holding employees accountable for their mistakes. They over-charge and perform unnecessary services without your consent. See a real vet who cares about the well-being of your pet more than their own wallet.

I've been taking my 2 kiddos here for many years. My 2 love one girl in particular, tall blonde stefanie that's been there longer than any others but they are all great. Wellness plans are great for us but aren't for everyone. Very trustworthy vets, Gammot is great, and is willing to work with my budget.

All the doctors and staff here are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean, my questions are always answered and I never feel rushed in or out. They have taken great care of my dogs Samantha and Sadie and cats Rocky and PePe for about 7 years now. The staff upfront is always so kind and friendly. The vets are very friendly and helpful as well. EVERY single time I have ever needed a last minute appointment for something unexpected, they have worked me in. This is so important. Once, there was even a staff member that offered to meet me on the Causeway to deliver my pet as a courtesy bc I was coming from Mobile and they were closing but I couldn't get there in time. That is ABOVE and BEYOND their job responsibilities, and she made me feel like she was doing this bc she cared. That is absolutely amazing to me, so I continue to visit this location. (7+years)
