Great service. Owner was very helpful with vet and dog care recommendations.

My dog went for grooming and I showed them a picture & he came back bald. Literally nothing like the photo. I’m so unsatisfied with these services. He has never gotten a bad haircut, but they messed him up. I will never ever bring him back again. He is completely shaved.. botched.

The owner is very rude! I set an appointment and called multiple times to confirm the set time no answer or call back. The voicemail instructs you to NOT leave a voicemail, yet they do NOT answer or return calls. I refuse to take my pet anywhere where people refuse to treat everyone with respect. Upon entering the facility, you smell urine and moth balls. Go else where!!!!

Was excellent with my dog who doesn’t particularly like Vets and Groomers. They were extremely helpful in answering my questions. I’ll definitely continue to use Perfect Pooch for both of my dogs. Highly recommend!????????

Mrs. Lisa is super nice and always helped me with getting by dog in for grooming between work and school. I have never had a bad experience with her.

I have taken my dog, Caleb, to this location for a few years now and always thought the service was great. My dog is very peculiar about who he trusts and the manager was great with him. However, in the last couple of weeks, it's been next to impossible to get someone on the phone to schedule an appointment for him. When I finally recieved a response, it was a text that stated, she could no longer groom my dog. I asked why and recieved no answer. She did however, recommend another grooming location in Madison, but I was very upset and disappointed.

Mrs. Lisa is very nice she handles my fur babies very well considering that mine are very very spoiled and I wouldn't take them anywhere else to get a bath or for grooming

I thought I had posted a review, but do not see it here. This grooming service is top notch. In April 2018, my poor matted and tangled stray pup was cleaned up and groomed to perfection. I was amazed at the transformation. This is a somewhat hyperactive young dog so it took love and patience to work on her. Will definitely make this my permanent groomer

Perfect pooch is the Hotel and Grooming house for animals. I've never had a bad experience Boarding nor Grooming Highly recommend this place where they can bark all day!!

Chaucer comes back looking great and smelling great. She is tender with him. I don't think she allows her assistants to work on them without her present.

The owner of Perfect Pooch would never yell at anyone. We know the gentleman who said his dogs got cut & who said he got yelled at by owner. He only gets his cocker spaniels groomed once a year and they are terribly matted and he does over exaggerated any issues. Perfect Pooch is the perfect place to take your fur Babies for all their needs!

I took all 4 of my dogs here and the owner took exceptionally great care of my dogs. They looked glorious !!!! I would recommend this shop to everyone I know.

WARNING. Do not take your pets here. Our dog came back with two severe cuts and required immediate medical attention. If you look at the other Google reviews, you'll see that this is common here. When we confronted the owner, she yelled at us. Avoid!

I know two people who took their dogs here on separate occasions. BOTH animals were injured during the grooming process to the point they needed immediate medical attention. Do not take your pets here.
