Staff is so friendly and helpful.

Everything was great for a bath and a brush and a sani cut! No issues as of now!

Not a great selection of fish

Went to my local PetSmart today, and had my tank water tested. I was given the okay that it was ready, and I purchased a total of 5 GloFish Tetras. The green one died 40 minutes after I got it home and I returned it for another. Upon my arrival back home from the store, I found the other 3 tetras dead! This isn’t my first tank, and I carefully conditioned my tank & prepared it for the tetras. I’m currently getting a refund & I will no longer be shopping at this PetSmart.

This store needs some serious attention. The saltwater fish looked awful. Not to mention there is a decent sized Niger Trigger fish in 5 gallons that should NOT be in a tank even 10 times that size. There were no lights on the saltwater fish and the fish that weren't obviously stressed (glass surfing) looked faded and ill. The pocket pets(hamsters, rats and such) smelled terrible and one was straining with diarrhea(assuming wet tail)... I will be going out to Madison from now on. This store is just sad and disgusting.

Their grooming Salon is great.

Came in 15 minutes till closing and got this Gecko. They were more concerned with closing on time, which I get. But we were standing in the same spot and knew what we wanted for about 10 minutes. No help, suggestions, recommendations or anything. But hey, hopefully we got the right stuff? EDIT: Apparently you're supposed to get a brochure and they're supposed to make sure you have everything the first time you buy a pet. I came in for another Gecko and this was still not offered. Went to Petsmart in Flowood for a scorpion and different atmosphere. Associate is with you since by side and has all the information you need to be a first time pet owner. Very disappointed I even came to this store.

Dead fish on the floor they look like they've been there for days. Some were smashed.

Helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I never have to look for someone to help me, usually someone is only a row away. Frequently they are there, "do you need some help ". Very high praise indeed in this day where everywhere we go, I listen to excuses for poor behavior and work ethics as "so sorry we are short staffed".

Stopped selling tropical fish a long time ago.

No one greeted us coming in even though employees were standing there. The store had ZERO fish and when we were leaving empty handed no one asked us if we needed help finding what we were looking for.

Have purchased two baby guinea pigs from here and they end up with skin issues/ringworm. The first one we brought back to exchange because of skin issues and the new guinea pig has the same thing. I'm not sure if they are changing the guinea pigs bedding enough at the store

I love this Petsmart. Everyone is very kind and they have so much stuff. ❤ I would drive out here any day. Well worth it. The ladies at this Banfield are alot kinder. Except my girl with the tatts n gages works at both.

It’s a good place to bring pets when they need to see other pets and their human(s). It’s easy to order online, but easier to allow your pet to be able to walk with you as you shop.

Sometimes they have what I’m looking for, a lot of the times they don’t. But the staff is really nice!
