I have used Crossroads Animal Hospital for over 20 years. The service has always been excellent. You can tell the doctors and staff truly love their job by the level of care given to each pet. My dogs have such a great time at the daycare. I never worry about my dogs when I am out of town and they are boarding at the office because I know there will be receiving the best care possible.

Dr. Mills and Niki were so amazing and patient to my dog Stevie. They went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of. I recommend anyone to go to see Dr. Mills for anything their companion needs. I can’t say thank you enough!!!

Always an amazing experience with every vet in the clinic! This is the first time my pets enjoy going to the vet! The techs are amazing and the vets are incredibly knowledgable! The boarding facility and prices are also excellent!

Dr. Hansen at Crossroads Animal Clinic has shown kindness and gentleness in seeing my young dog for the first time. My past experience there was the same. I highly recommend them and their whole team for giving expert care to our pets.

Crossroads is great! My dog got sick after we moved to Oxford, so I brought her in to Crossroads for the first time. They were amazing and so reassuring. They worked with me over the course of the week trying to find medicine and food that would make her feel better, and always answered my calls ready to help. Plus the prices were reasonable. I would definitely recommend Crossroads for anyone in Oxford that wants their pet to get the best treatment possible!

I'm happy with this clinic so far. They seem to have up to date health care options for your dog, and have special touches like drinks and snacks for you.I have never dealt with them in any emergency capacity or border with them.

Can't say enough about how wonderful Crossroads is! Some great things: -availbility: they can almost always get you in when you need & have great hours! -texting: you can text pictures to the vet and they will check out your pet without having to come in to save you time! -the doctors/staff: SO kind and friendly! Never even had a mediocre interaction with them. Always awesome! -services: they do everything! Boarding/health care, they can do it all! Best vet!!

Crossroads was there for me and my pup when he unexpectedly had a seizure. They did everything available to help diagnose the cause of my pups seizure. They gave me a lot of information, but not in a way that overwhelmed me. I appreciate the entire staff for how well they work together.

After being spayed, she came home with kennel cough, which pasted on to our other dog. The only thing they offered was a free office visit, which was denied because she had kennel cough. I made a post on Facebook and they deleted the post. NOT A REPUTABLE PLACE!!!

I brought my cat here for our first vet visit together, and despite it be a stressful moment for me, the staff was calming, reassuring, and incredibly professional. I’m happy we’ve found a “vet home”.

Love everyone here. First time my dog didn't know she got a shot. She has been known as a Drama Queen. She now loves going to the vet and so do I!

I am new to the area so I was a little nervous about going to a new vet with my fur baby. The people at Crossroads were all super sweet to both us and Dr. McQueen was wonderful. He took the time to answer all of my questions - and I had a lot! I would definitely recommend Crossroads to anyone looking for a place that really shows they care about your pet! They even sent a follow up post card thanking us for coming and welcoming us to the Crossroads family. Expectations exceeded!

I absolutely love bringing my fur baby here for daycare and Healthcare. More recently boarding! This place is like the Four Seasons for pets

They have taken wonderful care of our dog since she was a puppy. Its It's the only place we go!

I am disappointed in my experience here. I had high hopes and heard wonderful things about Crossroads. Until I had to take my dog in to get spayed & a gastropexy. The morning of her surgery I went in to the office and they cancelled as soon as I got there, which wasn’t a huge deal but annoying because I had already scheduled my day around my dog having surgery. Then after paying $800 they forgot to take one staple out. When I called to express my concerns and disappointment about this, I was told that this happens and didn’t receive an apology. Just very disappointed in my experience.

Crossroads has been my family's Vet since we got our first dog. They've been nothing but sweet throughout our experiences with them. I couldn't suggest another vet to anyone.

Dr. Mills is the best! She really takes the time to respond and address any concerns you have. My dog needed a mass removal and she went the extra mile of taking the lipomas out when it was safe to do so--which was exactly what I had hoped. She is very understanding, generous, and lets you know of all possible/safe treatment options. She is super responsive, always returning my calls back and making herself available for follow-up appointments. Thanks to her, my dog had a very smooth procedure and recovery. I could tell that everyone at Crossroads took very good care of her until I picked her up after surgery--being a rescue, my dog has pretty bad anxiety issues. Dr. Mills is just awesome! My dog and I are very lucky to have her as our veterinarian.

I could not say enough good things about the clinic! From the staff to the doctors and everything in between, I was really impressed on our first visit. They took their time to explain and walk me through what to expect not just now, but over the next few months with our new pup's schedule and needs. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Crossroads Animal Hospital!
