Absolutely AMAZING staff! They are so sweet, caring, loving, understanding and have the biggest hearts! They went above and beyond to help our sweet little boy Dixon today and I couldn't be more thankful for each and every person there!!!! They were our angels today!!!!! Pampered Paws is the ONLY vet we will go to now!!!! I highly recommend Pampered Paws!!!! They are the best angels God could have sent to help all furbabies of all sorts!!!!!

Very great for bringing your pet to daycare and the vet at the same time, would recommend to bring dog food if your dog has an easily upset stomach

I would definitely recommend sending your dog to Pampered Paws! Our dog Delilah looks forward to going to daycare there every day. She will literally go sit by the front door and look at us expectantly until we put her in the car. This past weekend she stayed there overnight for the first time, and the staff made sure she felt safe and comfortable. My wife and I appreciate how much the staff cares about her. They treat her like family!

The people were very friendly and seemed to care about our dogs. The problem I had was that they did not let you go inside. I never got to see the environment our dogs were staying in. It seemed they were keeping us from seeing where they kept the pets. I would have felt better if I knew what they would be staying in. They can tell me all the thing they did with them and how great the housing was; but there is NO way to know if these things actually happened or not.

We have loved using Pampered Paws for all our veterinary/boarding/daycare needs for the past 3 years. They have been so sweet and caring to our Fenway. We will miss them when we move!

I took noodles in today to get groomed m as soon as I drove up the pretty young lady with red hair came out n said this must be noodles. She was very nice n polite n took care of noodles. They called when noodles was thru getting groomed n i went to pick up the young lady at the front desk was so nice n professional about her job .I asked she could tell me when noodles needed her shots n she was nice n gave me a handout with that information n i would not Take noodles anywhere else bc everyone here is nice n polite n very caring about ur Animal n thank u pampered paws for taking care of noodles!!!

Are puppy LOVES to go to doggy daycare here. The staff is INCREDIBLY friendly, and you can tell the genuinely love animals. Highly recommended.

We moved to Oxford about a year ago and our 14yo golden was starting to need some care. They were genuine from the first visit. As time went ion our Lucy got sicker and she was diagnosed with cancer. They continued to take the best of care and loved Lucy. They were always responsive to her needs and provided the best of care. When it was determined that Lucy was close to the end they were so caring and worked with us for every need. When Lucy got tired and too sick to continue, Dr Graham and Amanda came to our house and as we all cried and our hearts were broken And they were so calm and genuine and walked us thru every moment. It was the most peaceful time with Lucy at the end. They brought a coffin box for her as my son in law and I had dug her grave. There were the most beautiful fresh flowers taped to the casket with the words “Sweet Lucy” written on the top. We miss her everyday and loved her so much. They say a dog is a mans best friend, but Lucy was a friend to everyone and so loved. Dr Graham showed such compassion for Lucy and us and I would recommend him to anyone as I know his heart is genuine. We are forever grateful for the care they had for Lucy and us. Thanks is not enough.

I’ve brought my dog here for daycare and boarding. The staff is always very friendly and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommend them!

Love pampered Paws, great people who love to take care of dogs.

I have been going here for 4 years for vet services and boarding. I’ve always been very pleased with the experience, but today I left the vet to go get my dog a harness at a local pet store in town because he got diagnosed with a collapsing trachea. While I was there, there were some negative comments made about this vet, instead of writing a negative review about this store or specific person, I thought I would write a positive review about Paws instead! Guys, this place was the place that found and treated my dogs heartworms and now his collapsing trachea! Yes, I had taken him somewhere else previously in town, and it was not caught. I don’t even live in Oxford anymore, and I still bring my dog here for all his vet services and boarding. Bring your pets here if you want to treat your pets like your children! If you want the bare minimum done on your pets, and don’t want them to receive 5 star care, then this place probably isn’t for you. Just my personal opinion. They were able to give my hyper puppy a hair cut. They actually treat your pet like it's one of their own. They care about the animal's.

Pampered Paws is the best place to take your pet in Oxford. You are definitely getting what you pay for!!! Quality care with a staff that really cares about you and your pet. There were times where I’d call daily about my pup’s problems and they always answered my questions with genuine concern and without making me feel like a bother, especially Christina!!! I have moved away, but I don’t think I’ll ever find a vet/daycare that takes care of us as well as Paws did, highly recommended!!!

We have used Pampered Paws for several years for all our pets. Tonight our dog Molly had a massive seizure and is in very bad shape. We called Pampered Paws for help and they could CARE LESS!!! Told us to take Molly to Horn Lake, that they couldn't help us. They love for us to come in during business hours and pay them thousands of dollars a year, but when we really needed them, they couldn't be bothered. We will NEVER use them again!!! Every staff member at Pampered Paws has been nothing short of wonderful to my dog and me. Pampered Paws has been my primary veterinarian and boarding location for over two years now, and their level of care will keep us coming back for many more!

We just visited Oxford for a family function and as always our fur babies traveled with us. We needed a vet upon arrival to Oxford for our senior family member. A family member had used Pamper Paws for boarding and highly recommend them. We drove to their office without an appointment. We were seen immediately and they got our senior citizen back on his feet. They told us to watch him closely for the afternoon and let them know. The day did not go well, and we ended up back at the facility as they were closing. Not only did they take him, they stayed with him until 10PM. Unfortunately, his time had come and we had to make the decision to let him go. From a family who has gone through losses of our furry family members through the years, we know how traumatizing it can be. Under terrible circumstances, the staff was warm, extremely caring, and made a horrible situation tolerable. We want to thank the entire staff for being so accommodating and handling the situation in a such tender and caring way. Our family can not recommend Pampered Paws and their incredible staff highly enough.

I don't even know what my dog does at doggy day care, but he has been a couple times now and is super excited to go every time. I literally walk in the door and he immediately runs to the back room where he knows he goes. Worth every penny to wear him out and let him get some social time. Their boarding is also excellent. Only place we take our dog.

My dog’s paws were not pampered during his stay at all here. He came back with horrible hot spots and was extremely lathargic which is strange for him as he usually runs and jumps around most of the day. We noticed the spots as soon as we got home and they never noticed him. We took him to another vet where he was shaved, given a shot, given spray that we have to spray twice a day, and a daily antibiotic. When we showed the staff at Pampered Paws a picture they said it was fine but our vet was most concerned by the treatment. Pampered Paws should have noticed the large, red sores that were covered in pus all over his neck. I would give this place 0 stars if possible. The only reason you should take your dog here is if you hate them. ????

My dog has been a member of pampered paws for some time now and on multiple occasions we have seen an employee leaving their personal dog in the car with the windows barely cracked. The most recent time this has happened it was 80 degrees outside which means it could have been 120 degrees in the car. We reported this to the front desk and they informed us there was an exception for this dog, but according the law this is illegal. If an employee of pampered paws is ok with doing that to her dog think about what they would do to your dog.

Has provided wonderful care to my pets for many years.

My dog is already antisocial and so vets don't help the issue, but before the end of his visit he was half in their laps, happily accepting treats and giving blood without a struggle.

Doggie daycare staff are incredible and attentive

I have used Pampered Paws for vet services, boarding and doggie day care since I moved to Oxford 2 months ago and absolutely love the staff and services we have received! My dog loved boarding so much that I now plan to take him to doggie day care on a weekly basis. I truly feel that the staff at Pampered Paws cares for my pets as much as I do and will take care of them as if they were their own! I definitely recommend Pampered Paws for any service that they offer!
