Dr. Jonathan Faulkner did a great job examining our new cat. They got to her quickly and the charges were very reasonable. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Only place my pup goes to and isn't frantic afterwards. Kano and I love the staff.

Everyone in this clinic is attentive and kind and been employed here for a while. The Vets take care of their staff, so I knew they would take care of my poodles. We were given the best of care and explanation. When I found them after our move to Madison, having searched for two years, I knew we were ‘home’. Thank goodness.

Everyone is caring. They truly love your fury babies! Both Doctors are so kind, caring and check your pet from head to toe. Groomer is the best groomer in town!!! The support staff all love your babies and it shows when your baby is excited to see them. I highly recommend their services.

MR Animal Hospital has been caring for our dogs for almost a year. We have been very satisfied with their services which have ranged from initial shots for puppies, neutering and bathing. They listen to our concerns and take the time to explain their assessment of our pet's symptoms. Costs of services are very competitive with other veterinary clinics.

I was a little nervous when we first brought our dog, Fern, here because Dr. Don had retired. He was the only vet I'd ever been to with my pets since childhood. But the couple who own the practice now are wonderful! Fern has been seen by both Dr. Faulkner's, and I am very happy to keep bringing our family pets here. When we pulled up at our most recent appointment, Fern got so excited she ran to the front door, pulling me with her! She knows that the people in the office are loving, and she trusts them. So even if my opinion doesn't matter much, Fern thinks very highly of them.

Madison Ridgeland Animal Hospital is AWESOME! They are gentle and explain everything that they need to do with our pups. They fit us in for appointments fairly quickly and always make time to thoroughly answer our questions. Their care is always medically sound and up to date with currently approved treatments. Their prices are very reasonable and they have never pressured us to say yes to unnecessary medical treatments. I recommend Madison Ridgeland Animal Hospital to anyone with a special fur baby at home ????❤!!

I've been using this place for 12 years and will never go anywhere else. They really know how to take care of your pet and are always available.

I got a puppy in September. I’m not from the area so I didn’t have a clue where to take my girl. I drove over there the first week I had her to find out when I should first bring her in. They were super nice and told me to bring her back in three weeks based on the shot record I had. I took her for all the shots the recommended. While checking out the husband vet played with her. He seemed to genuinely want to just love on her. I was so nervous and that was calming to see. In January, I took her and had her fixed. I was slightly traumatized. My pup was so sluggish but they reassured me she would be ok in a day or so. She was just fine. I will continue to take her there.

Such a great clinic! The vets here are super nice , informative, as well as empathetic. I have always taken my animals here and will continue!! All of the above-they have taken care of three of our fur people. We always feel perfectly comfortable that they are getting the best care with people who love animals. I highly recommend them!!

We had not been using the clinic very long when our dog was diagnosed with Lymphoma. We were devastated, but Dr. Jonathan could not have been more caring and compassionate during the time we were able to keep him fairly healthy. When the time came to put him down, Dr. Jonathan and the tech both got on the floor with us and cried with us as our sweet boy left us. The entire staff really cares for their furry patients. We got a sweet card in the mail soon after and the staff had all signed it.

We have completely pleased with the care and compassion of this crew for our 2 dogs.I have especially appreciated the email reminders for annual check-ups.Boarding is always convenient as well.
