I've taken my cat there for several years. Very professional service. Microchipped my cat for a very reasonable price.

Clinic does provides terrible care to your pets. Do not use this clinic if you care for pet. Even killed my dog, didn’t give me an opportunity to see him prior or after until he was wrapped in a garbage bag and handed to me.

Took my puppy Ace here, they gave him his shots & we had requested for his nails to be clipped too while he was already back there. we got back to pick up ace, his nails where still the same so we reminded them (had already paid for it) The lady takes him to the back & literally comes back in under 1 minute. His nails where bleeding from being cut too far & too fast. I was highly annoyed. I would have rather them said they didn’t clip nails then to do him that way.

Cathy and her staff are very kind and very professional. Ella (our dog) loves Linda and Cathy!!!! Thanks for always doing a great job with Ella and Us.

If I didn't have to leave a star I wouldn't have, but in order for me to make a statement I had to do so. I would not recommend taking your pet here if you really care. I have a cat who's hurt and had surgery and had to return to the vet...the dr. was no where to be found, no one on staff to help....she is rude, unprofessional, unsanitary, negligent, and insensitive. After his surgery she didn't even take the proper precautions on giving him a cone to prevent him from injuring himself further, and as a result there were complications. The day after surgery I returned to the clinic Dr. Vaughn was not in the office nor anyone to handle my issue. Dr. Vaughn was called and left me instructions for me to either take my cat to an emergency clinic or go to another vet which wanted to charge me a $200 deposit or take him home to deal with the situation myself.I asked the receptionist to call her back so I could speak with her. She refused & reiterated my options. I finally left with my cat but returned to request to talk to her again because by no standards is this right. After she agreed to speak with me, as soon as I took the phone she began yelling and telling me about her personal issues. I remind her that I don't know her personally and wanted her to do right my cat, her patient after going back and forth I left. Bottom line, unprofessional, can't be bothered, and doesn't care. The front office was very nice and compassionate. I had to go somewhere else have the procedure repeated and spent more money. Don't go there!

So, I called their office several times to find out information about a dog that I've adopted from my brother in law. Not being able to get into contact with my brother in law, i called the hospital because the dog was a recent patient in their facilities!! I simply called for assistance on how to aid the healing dog! They not only denied me the information i asked for but also put me on hold twice today and never returned! This is supposed to be an ER animal hospital. Horribly dissatisfied

I have visited many animal clinics and this is by far the most horrendous clinic, I’ve ever visited. The place is not up to par to service any animals, I wouldn’t even release roaches in there. The doctor and her technician are extremely rude, unprofessional and they don’t like to communicate or answer questions Pet lovers be ware!

Me and my family are so grateful to Dr. Vaughn and the staff at Northside Pet Clinic!!! They are a blessing from God!!! Our family pet member was so sick and we took her to the clinic on a Saturday for emergency treatment. God blessed the staff to nurse her back to health and they are some of the most wonderful, kind, knowledgeable, and pet loving people we have ever met. Their customer service is excellent, and they notified us of everything they were doing to our family pet member. Our family pet member is home and doing great, and Jesus has performed a miracle through them!!! We recommend Northside Pet Clinic to everyone, and bless them forever!!!

My brother has been taking his fur baby Truvy to Dr Vaughn for awhile. She has recently been treating Truvy for lymphoma. Tonight his sweet fur baby lost her battle with cancer and Dr Vaughn drove from out of state to my brothers house to assist with the care of Truvy. I've never heard of a healthcare professional going out of their way in this manner, and I've been a nurse in the ER for over 10 years. This type of care and compassion is overwhelming, and has to be recognized. Although I have never used this clinic personally, I would not hesitate to take either of my dogs to Dr. Vaughn and her staff. Thank you all for the love and care you gave Truvy (and my brother). You guys are an example for all. Much love!

My family and I our still deeply saddened and crying for the loss of our family pet. We took our sick pet to this vet with the understanding of how good of a vet Dr Vaugh is. We took our baby goat at 9 in the morning. She was out of the office all day long and did not see our pet until about 3 in the afternoon. Dr Vaugh never seen us the whole time our baby goat was there. When we went to get our pet, he was burning up with fever. My husband told the staff this and no one listened. We had to beg for info on how to feed and shots we needed to give our pet. Not one member of the staff told us how bad the situation was. Our pet died 2 hours after they sent him home. My family and I are still hurt and upset.

The Doctor and staff went way above to make us feel comfortable. Brought my squirrel from Texas to have fixed and checked. They are a great place and would reccomend to anyone. The Doctor explained everything and was very friendly. Would drive the again just to go there for Peabody's care.

Dr. Vaughn truly is phenomenal. She is so very detailed, and took such great care of my dog Chelsea. As a medical student, she even allowed me to feel where my dogs knee dislocated and let me look in her eyes to see the cataracts. I can’t reccomend her enough. Her love for animals is so clear, I can wait to come back!
