I truly feel that they take good care of my pet and that they are looking out for the well being of the animal. This is good to have when you don't know much about your animal's health.

Tidmore Vet Clinic has taken care of our pets for almost 4 decades. We have had dogs and cats during that time. Each encounter is met with the utmost care and concern for our pet’s welfare. They are professional, reliable and reasonable.

You guys are fantastic, I can't think of anything that you guys can improve on. Very professional friendly staff, knowledgeable, and so kind with our pets. Just keep it up. Thanks for all you guys do!

I have been using Tidmore for 3 years. At first (3 years ago) it seemed like a good fit and the staff was organized and friendly. However, over the past couple years my experiences with them have been getting worse and less organized. I only kept using them as my preferred vet because it was convenient and familiar. Today was the last straw and I was able to truly see how unorganized and unprofessional this Veterinary Clinic had become in a time when I really needed them. My dog had gotten into a fight with another dog the night before and had sustained minor to moderate injuries. The next morning there was alot of swelling in the head and face area. Thus, I took her in immediately to make sure there was not a bigger issue then the puncture wounds. After arriving at Tidmore they took her back and said they would call with an update. The only calls that were made is when I would call them! There were no updates and no information on the severity. After calling them several times, they told me she would have to be sedated so they could trim the fur of the wounded areas and that we could come get her after she had woken up (around 3:30pm-4:00pm). At approximately 4:30 pm I decided to, yet again, call them to get an update. They had not done the surgery and my dog had been in a kennel with no food or water THE ENTIRE DAY! They also said they would keep her over night and do the surgery the next day. I drove down there and got my dog, and yes they still charged me for taking blood work, so that I could take her to another vet that was actually competent. At this point it was pretty much closing time for all surrounding vet clinics. The biggest problem I have with the entire situation is that they never called once for updates or anything. I will not be going back, and I'm upset that I trusted them with the care of my two dogs.

They charmed my grumpy girl cat to where she quit spitting every 5 seconds.

Every one was very friendly. The doctor and assistants were very good at what they do. This is not my opinion only for I am a true believer that my dog is an expert on human behavior and he seemed to be absolutely relaxed and at ease with all that he experienced. So if Kai trusts and likes his doctor and nurses so do I ;)

Tidmore is our vet , Dr White is amazing! He gets down in the floor with our dogs , he was very compassionate when we lost our bulldog Brutus . Highly recommend

Tidmore is a wonderful place to take your animal to all the staff are super nice and very careing .they took wonderful care of my dog Marty.i would tell anyone to take there fur baby's there..thanks to all the staff .and a special thanks to the DR.

I absolutely would recommend Tidemore Veterinary. Dr.White is our personal Vet. He is very thorough and he cares about the pets. He doesn't over charge and he takes the time to explain what's wrong with your fur baby. All the Veterans in the office are great.

The staff at Tidmore Vet has taken care of our puppy, Dollie, for the past 14 years. They did a great job in taking care of her preventive maintenance medical needs and also any other occasional things that might pop up. Dollie also boarded there many times during the 14 years if we were traveling and weren't' able to take her with us. Most of the staff knew her by name and loved when she stayed with them. Unfortunately, Dollie was diagnosed with tumors in early January. This was first detected on a blood test taken for a teeth cleaning. She was showing no symptoms at all at the time. After further testing, Dr. Russell said the cancer was aggressive and there was nothing to do but take her home and let her be a dog, and that's exactly what we did. Dr. Russell stayed on top of her situation and did a great job of helping us thru that time. She had a pretty good 4 months and then it was time to let her go. Dr. Russell was very compassionate when the time came to put Dollie to sleep- we couldn't have asked for better during a very difficult time. Dr. Schepers also saw Dollie many times during her 14 years and he always took the time to answer our questions and explain things to us. Thanks to all the staff at Tidmore Vet for doing a great job!!
