One of my pet cats was refusing to eat or could not eat. I was worried about what the cause could be but I had no clue. I was afraid I might lose the cat, there had been a weekend when they were not open, so during the next week I took him over there early so the doctor could see him when she came in. Her immediate physical exam did not find any problems so it was necessary to do some "blood work". I soon got a call that the blood work was fine. He was given some steroids for inflammation, some vitamins, and some antibiotics just in case. The very nice lady there, Cindy, called me that she got him to eat a little bit and I could come pick him up. Now I can't seem to feed him enough, I guess he's trying to gain back his lost weight. He weighs 12 lb and I'm not sure how much he lost since I don't regularly weigh him. The charge was a little over $300 but they kept him one overnight as well as the testing. I told Cindy it was well worth it to save the cat and he seems much better now. They are a professional and a caring business. They have been here for a long time now. They used to have more than one veterinary doctor, I'm not sure of the organizational structure now in that regard. They also have operated a larger Animal Hospital which also happens to be in my general area. It is called the Belair Animal Hospital. As far as I know it is still available as it used to be.

Cindy and the team at Loop are always the most loving, caring people to leave fur family with. From routine care, to boarding to the final moments they've always taken great care of our family. Their sister clinic Bel-Air Animal Hospital too has a great group...Loop is our home, though!

They know and care for my animals as they are their own. Old building with a lot of love packed inside of it.

Sweetest staff. Was able to keep my cat calm as he was being treated. This was my first time ever dealing with pet/Vet situation. They made it a breeze.

I understand personal things happen in life but I’ve called this place twice and both times had things going on and the vets weren’t there. The 1st time my dog had an ingrown dew paw and as soon as they heard that they told me to be there at 5:30 then called me to come in the office from outside 45 minutes after appointment. Second time the same scenario with other fur baby and I live 2 minutes away. Secretary said when I said she needed his nails trimmed that she wasn’t letting the vet do anything unnecessary because of a wreck. As soon as I mentioned the ingrown mail she said let me check because it was a super easy extra $150 to get out of me. Told her I didn’t want to cause the vet any unnecessary work. Very unreliable

Took my dog in a growth and the vet said they would have to a schedule surgery plus an additional 300 for a biopsy. The growth was a cyst that ruptured that same night before I could take my dog back. Super dishonest vet.

I brought my dog, Moca, in multiple times. Every time we were treated amazingly. My dog had to have surgery and I was extremely nervous and scared but Cindy put all that to rest by answering any question I had, no matter how insane the question was. Cindy's very patient, kind, and amazing along with all the vet techs. Now the vets, Dr. Angela Grech and Dr. Copeland (Bel Air Animal Hospital) they need gold medals and halos! They are absolutely tremendous, amazing, wonderful, angels ????. Dr. Angela Grech extended my dogs life for many more years by diagnosing a tumour early and removing it before it spread. I love her kind heart toward my pit/lab mix baby. Her & Dr. Copeland will always be in my prayers, along with Cindy and Tonya. This is a great vet and Bel Air Vet and all their techs. I won't bring my dog or any future animals anywhere else. My dog is doing awesome now, healed perfectly, thanks to them. ❤????????

Helped me with my flea and heartworm issues

Angela is a hack at best. Absolutely atrocious vet clinic. No understanding of any complexity with animal behavior or compassion or really anything intelligent to share. Lack of interaction at every level. Really disappointing. The place smells terrible, and is really quite dirty. Perhaps best suited for rodents.

Everyone was very kind and thoughtful.

The whole crew is just top of the line people. I've been using them for my little chi's whole life.... he can be difficult to put it mildly but they all are always the best

Awesome place! My dog was seen here for 6 years before re-locating. The staff is friendly and they always took care of my dog even on short notice! Cindy is great as well and she always had a smile on her face!

Dr. Bentley & his staff are wonderful. They are all so kind and so very compassionate. They genuinely care about you and your pet. I would recommend them to anyone.

If you have a cat, go here!!! I have hated going to the vet with my cat for years because we have had horrendous experiences but everyone in this building is amazing! They were welcoming when we got there and were gentle and respectful when we went in the back. When I got home my cat wasn't even mad at me for taking her! We have found a forever vet and I couldn't be more excited! THANK YOU for making this a stress-free experience and showing love to me and my fur-baby, Alice.

This is the most caring veterinary clinic I have ever used and I have used vets for over 50 years. The compassion and empathy they show for animals is extraordinary.

My cat became very ill after giving him a hartz product. I called on a Saturday 2 hours before closing & they got me in with no problem. The staff was very helpful and had plenty of knowledge about the product I used. I am so grateful that they were able to give him the care he needed. He was back to normal by the next evening. Thank you!
