Staff was super compassionate. Of course with Covid you could not go inside. They took great care of my furbaby.

They never did anything to help him,sent home hole in chest,stomach torn out, sent home died 18 hour later. Never again.

On a holiday not 1 bet that was open would see my cat and I needed on immediately because something happened to her leg. But MedVet hospital took her in right away then went above and beyond to help. I will always appreciate what they did for my buddy my cat Mitzy ????

NOT VERY GOOD AT ALL. WAITED FOR 5 HOURS AFTER BEING TOLD IT WOULD BE 1 1/2 HOURS. UNPROFESSIONAL! AND CHARGED 134.00 FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

My review would have been five stars. When the overnight Dr. called me he was very professional and caring and told me to call around 10 in the morning to pick up my cat. I called at 9:30 and she took my i formation and said she would call back when they weren’t swamped. At 11:30 I decided to call back and she said sure come on over and pick him up he’s ready to go I arrived at 11:45 and called to let them know we were outside and Linda said he would be right out. 15 minutes later I called again and Jess or Jessica (who was rude when I told her we were told he would be right out) she then said someone called and spoke to my husband to say they were running behind. They don’t even have my husband’s number. When I ask her how much longer that we have been sitting outside for 45 minutes she said I don’t know when the next nurse is free. I asked her if she oils give me an estimate she said she whenever the next nurse is free. People with compassion need to work at places like this. I wasn’t rude until she was rude to me. I just dropped $1,600 here for someone to be rude and not compassionate. Thank you! Regina

Took my cat here in a emergency situation, and because i diddnt have any money they would not find out what was wrong with her she was a sweet cat and they talked me and my wife into putting her down. All because i was broke, but i will give credit where its due the two nurses that were present were very kind and thoughtful to me and my wife but that Hospital needs to reform its policy on payment plans the avg person cant afford 900-1000 up front and care credit almost never approves, my brother in law applyed for us and got denied with 700 credit score.

Found this place after Banfield left us high and dry. If you have an emergency after hours go to Med Vet. Call them let them know you are coming They will help out as much as they can.

My baby "Suki" got hit by a car! My vet was closed so I was directed to MEDVET. Omg, they're an Awesome team. The care they gave my baby, and the kind phone calls to keep me updated was beyond anything I have EVER had. Dr. Atkins, Dani, Linda, Jaclyn you all are my heroes!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! God Bless..❤❤

My 13 year old dog suffered a freak accident and wound up with a completely broken rear leg. They did a great job repairing the leg and taking care of our old girl.

Haley was Awesome! Answered my questions over the phone, after speaking with colleagues, she was able to give me very concise answer! I thank her for their time! I would also like to say as a MD with no children, except my pets I would have 0 reservations about taking my pets here!

A bit pricey,the waiting was little long,but was told my Sam visit was not as bad as other animals,so I understand that part all and all the staff and the doctor were very caring.

After the neighbor shot our puppy on a Saturday night, fear and uncertainty overcame me. Fortunately we were directed to MedVet from a few different sources. The staff was immediately attentive. They gave many updates as well as thorough after care instructions. Max's wounds have healed up so nicely. He doesn't have any behavioral issues since the incident either. Very grateful for MedVet Mobile.

Would give 0 stars if I could. My normal vet is closed on weekends and recommends calling them for any after hour needs, but they refuse to help you if your not a direct patient of theirs. Truly awful!

I am beyond grateful to MedVet. My 3 year old American Bulldog basically blew out both of his back knees (Apparently common in their breed). He was in a great deal of pain along with being immobilized. Thanks to Dr. Bufkin and his team my dog, Yogi, is happy and healthy again! I am absolutely amazed at his full recovery.

Immediate 24 hour vet care. My pup is battling cancer and started bleeding bad. I couldn't stop it and after 20 minutes loaded him up and went to med vet. The immediately got him in, kept me informed, stopped the bleeding, bandaged the wound, and developed a treatment plan. Great caring people and piece of mind knowing they are there.

I am impressed with the quality of care from the doctors and staff. They are very professional, tempered with sympathy and caring for very ill pet patients. Two of my cats were euthanised in separate visits earlier this year and took another one for treatment late at night last week after having a seizure at home (she is fine now). All received professional care, with the attending vets calling me while I waited in the parking lot with updates and information (Covid restrictions) and again after returning home for further updates. Their fees are higher than your primary vet, but they are there whenever your pet needs them - day or night. It is comforting to know your animals can get care when they need care and not die waiting for an office to open the next morning. I cannot recommend MedVet any higher. I feel so fortunate to be able to take a sick pet in without waiting until the next day. Those hours are often crucial to their survival and it is a comfort to know that this facility is always open!!

I have never used MedVet. Years ago I used what then was called Animal ER Hospital or something like that at the same location. Expensive even back then. Now I think that MedVet charges $74 just for you to walk in the door and get your pet checked over at all. But then again I think they are 24/7 so maybe it is good to have them as an option. In my case, they happen to be conveniently close to where I live.

Extremely expensive but the only 24-hour option for emergency veterinary care in this area. I do feel like the vets had good intentions and were compassionate, but the prices were unreasonable for anyone making a median income or less. I had my cat there for about 5 days and in all it costs me close to $5,000. She was in DKA and getting IV insulin, fluids, and tube feeds. They wanted to keep her there longer but I could not afford to spend any more. I feel like to an extent they gave me some false hope that her prognosis was better than it actually was. I took her home after the 5 days and gave her subcutaneous insulin but she continued to get worse. When I took her to a regular vet 2 days later, they were more honest with me and said her chances of recovery were slim even if she was readmitted to the ICU with full care. They said cats with feeding tubes tend to do poorly, something I was not told at Medvet. At that point I made the decision to humanly euthanize her. Unfortunately I lost both my cat and thousands of dollars. I would have preferred for Medvet to be more frank about how sick she was upfront. I can’t help but feel like they gave me false hope so they could order more tests and make more money. I especially regret letting them place a feeding tube in her; she looked so miserable with it and I think she lost her will to live after that. I have definitely learned my lesson from this experience: purchase pet insurance for your pet and take them to regular check ups, even if they’re young. My cat was only 3. It’s much better to have a relationship with a regular vet than to have to take your pet to one of these ER vet places.
