I went to ACC because a friend in rescue referred me there. They diagnosed my girl and unfortunately she couldn't be saved. They were very nice about that and sent me a beautiful card. My only issue was with a staff member. I see my animals as my family and it's not the right time to upset someone when they're already very upset and going through the pain of having to make the decision to euthanize their pet. Other than that, everything went well. That's the only reason I'm giving them 3 stars. If that confrontation wouldn't have happened, I'd gladly give them 5 stars. I'm not going to say that I wouldn't recommend them based off of one instance, but after that, I just don't think it's the right place for me. Although, I am VERY thankful for their help!

I am new to Mobile and was searching for a new vet. Our dogs are family to us. ACC is fantastic!! Great care from both of the vets, staff is very responsive, my dogs loved them. Highly recommend.

June2nd 2021i called today and some woman who work's at the front desk was rude to me all because I had questions about national wide pet insurance if they accepted it or not. and she got very irritated with me and my questions I was asking I won't be going back there again if I do I'ma have to cuss someone out I'm not playing treat people with damn respect

I did every test under the sun! Was told my dog has electrolyte and potassium abnormalities. They then told me to run another test to test the exact levels of these abnormalities. It came back normal. So who knows why the Vet said there was abnormalities. This all feels just like a easy cash grab.

I was recently referred to this vet. I've taken in a few ferals to be fixed aswell as my own personal pets. I love this place! They genuinely care about every animal that comes to the door. Tracy and Tabitha (among the others) are really nice! Compassionate, trustworthy, understanding and friendly! (It also always makes my day when I'm greeted by the furry office staff) ???? definitly would recommend this place! Edited to add *** I HIGHLY recommend Dr knizley! She is a very through and caring Dr. She has detected masses in two of my cats stomach when the previous vets failed to. She is very understanding and sympathetic. She answers all my silly questions and truly cares.Tracy at the desk is a doll Who is also very caring and runs the office great!

This place is GREAT they give you a quote and it's really the price that they quoted you. They are very fast and excellent with the animals. Everyone there is so nice I would give them 100 stars if I could .

I drove an hr and a half to see Dr.Knight after a recommendation. I was in the lobby for over an hr before I was seen. Once I got seen, the Dr. accused me of being negligent to my guniea pig. She also never stated to me what she thought was wrong, just prescribed us some meds. I had to ask the nurse because the Dr. could not tell me. And then she still didnt know what the exact problem was. I also felt that she was very rough and cold towards my guinea pig, making the nurse hold him while she poked and prodded him. Will not be recommending or going back.

Very sweet and knowledgeable staff

not a fan due to the fact my cat had a fairly serious allergic reaction to a vaccine and I guess they thought I was overreacting by calling them concerned. Did not even call to check on her the next day after knowing about this. I'm GLAD i went with my gut feeling and went to the MedVet emergency vet because they just wanted to give her anti-vomitting meds and did not even think that it was serious.

Dr. Knight has been our family vet for the last 13 years and there’s not enough praise in the world that I could give her and her associates. They have been there when every single time I have needed them and even treated my wolf hybrid when no vet in Mobile would. She not only is a fantastic vet she has compassion for these animals in a way that is coming from her heart. You can’t ask for better, she’s a natural healer and advocate through and through. I will always honor the code she stands by & we are extremely blessed to have her here to assist us. Dr. Knight has now helped TWO bearded dragons I've rescued from bad situations! She's so knowledgeable and truly cares about animals!

Brought in my leopard gecko, and Dr. Knight and her staff were wonderful. They treated my girl well (showering her with compliments) and put my concerns to rest, and even gave me help with my ball python back at home. 10/10, would recommend.

Dr Knight is amazing! We drive over from Pensacola anytime something is REALLY wrong with one of our babies. She's the most knowledgeable vet I've found that is truly excellent with exotics.

Dr. Knight is horrible! Staff is nice, however, this vet is the worst. Because I'm a person of integrity, without exposing details, beware of this bitter, unkind vetenerian. She's degrading, and is NOT compassionate! I would have given her 0 Star! She doesn't deserve it!!!!

I brought my baby bearded dragon to Dr. Knight for a wellness check/first visit. Her vet tech Jordan was great - however, Dr. Knight was incredibly rude. She came into the exam room and all she said was, "You don't need to have him on sand." No introduction or anything. Now, I have NEVER had my dragon on sand. He's always been on Reptile Carpet. I even filled out an entire sheet on how I care for him and she didn't look at it at all. I did weeks of research before purchasing my dragon and I found it extremely rude that she would assume otherwise. She was overall very rude and made me very uncomfortable. I will be looking for another reptile vet in the area and suggest any other herp owners do the same.

Dr. Knight takes excellent care of our pets and if you ever want to see a dog like to go to the vet then you should see our dog (Rasta). As soon as he gets there his tail is wagging and dragging me to the door.
