The receptionist was rude, unprofessional, and snappy. I’m very disappointed I didn’t have the chance to try this veterinary out due to the rude customer service I experienced today.

Drs. Bentley are a wonderful veterinary team. Unfortunately, we met on the last day of my fur baby's life. They helped him make a peaceful transition to his forever home.???? They were prompt to acknowledge my family's emergency and rearranged their schedule. The time they took with him and the kindness they showed to both him and me is very much appreciated. Thank You with my sincerest gratitude.

I have been talking my cats and dogs here for years. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and have competitive prices. They take the time to answer any questions I have and never make me feel rushed. I will keep using Bel Air for as long as I have animals... Forever!!!

My baby was put to sleep, they wouldn't let me take him home because I didnt have money ???? they didnt even offer to cremate him. Imagine if we did this to humans?.. oh wait, we do.

Got my sweet chloe fixed here. Couldn’t have asked for a better place! Extreme professionalism exhibited by every single staff member there that I spoke to. 10/10 would recommend! Will be bringing my chloe back for any future vet visits.

I absolutely love the Veterinarians, but I recently changed to Springhill Animal Clinic because the receptionists are so rude every single time I interact with them. I took my dog and cat here for a year and I was hoping that the receptionists were just having a few bad days, but unfortunately it is just all the time. They seemed burdened by anything requested of them, even an appointment.

Hiya well lets start at the beginning back around the last week of March 2019 i have this stray dog show up {Frannie} and she made herself at home. we waited 30 days to see if anyone claimed her. no one did So first week of May we took her to Bell Air Animal Hospital DR John Bentley & Dr. Angela Bentley to get Frannie a check up shots tht sort of thing. Guys let me tell you this DR J and DR A Bentley no body better they made us feel very comfortable . Well several months later we had another stray dog show up {Kingston} Well Frannie just loved him so we took him in gave him a home here is march of 2020 and Frannie had a tumor tht needed to be removed we took her back to Bel Air here in Mobile, Al they took care of us and Frannie like we were family we fell in love with these guys from the first day we met them you couldnt ask for a better place to take your pets

The main Vet/Doctor is a despicable person, and does not care about your animal. Takes things personal and is rude. My cat is traumatized bc they CUT ALL HIS WHISKERS off and this awful Vet manager can not stay on subject bc she is a …

They have advertised on their sign out front "Cat and dog grooming" HA! Interesting, or possible desperate as they removed ALL my cats whiskers when grooming him, this is an atrocity (they've still not come back over a month later)..and then she yelled and hung up on me when I told her Disgusting place and horrible groomer and Vet. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!

I took my sister's cat here a couple of weeks ago. The only annoying thing was sitting out in the lobby smelling urine. Not sure if it's always like this or maybe one of the dogs or cats at just freshly peed and they didn't have time to clean it up yet. I know sometimes this is a part of going to the vet though. The important thing though was that we received good care and honest assessment from the technician and the vet herself. I can't think of the vets name, she was a small, middle-aged blonde lady... But she was very direct and to the point while being friendly. Our cat also peed in the cat carrier on the way over in the technician was nice enough to clean it out for us. The vet gave us some good advice when all the tests came back clean. This advice turned out to be the problem and helped the cats overall well-being. The vet even recommended the rabies and vax shots which we gladly took them up on. The price was typical for a vet office... I wouldn't say they are too expensive or very cheap. But sometimes you get what you pay for.
