I highly recommend kritter sitters , we have four pups that are like our infant children and we trust them more than any local groomers with our babies. Miss Faye and Nikki are simply the best around. Their entire staff are the nicest people and really go above and beyond to make sure your little ones are taken good care of. I can’t say enough about this company and these nice lady’s who absolutely love their jobs. A+++ establishment and employees who care ❤️❤️

1st and hopefully not the last visit. Boarded my dog for a week. Show up today, and nothing I asked was done. Besides boarding, I asked for a nail trim, groom and bath. Upon arrival, none of this was done. Prior to me boarding him, I was told twice on the phone to mention to one of the girls when I arrived. When I dropped him off on the 8th, I had requested these services to be done. The girl that was there said it would be done and that they would call if they had any questions. When I get him today, I find out none of this was written down on his chart. I think you need to train your employees to write down notes on our pet’s chart when busy or not to ensure items requested are done correctly. I only give this two stars because your comped me on a nail trim and bath.

Made an appointment for my Yorkie to get groomed, They did not call or text to cancel, got there and that was that, would have been a 1st visit, and it is coming up for a holiday.????‍♀️

They were awesome with an extended stay for my baby. Daily pictures and updates!

I called in my order and paid for it over phone. I have covid so I asked my daughter to pick up for me she was on hold for 23mins thats is totally irresponsible way of doing business. The only reason I didn't score lower was one star the bottom level the pits I hope you learn by this.

They were very good with my scared puppy and did her nails really fast.

Took my dog down there at 9:30 or 10:00 to get a shampoo and cut had to pick up my kids from school in fruitdale by 3:30 Go to pick him up at 2:00 and they just got through shampooing him charged me 30$ for a shampoo and didn't even get his hair cut

Nothing I ask for was done. Second time visiting this place and just rotate through customers for $$$

We took our 2 dogs (waylon Jennings & scarlett) and they took such good care of them when we were away and the staff is so nice to us and to our fur babies. I would highly recommend boarding if you have to go on an extended vacation.

Have my dog Sidney booked for Thanksgiving week.

They take over 8 hours to groom and Both of my dogs came back with fleas and they didn’t complete the hair cut on both of them missed one ear and didn’t trim tail or cut nails at all

Wonderful place to board small dogs. Great employees. I would definitely consider using them again if the boarding was set up for large breeds. High hopes for proper large breed kennels (indoors) :-)

I took my big dog here for the weekend with enough home made food for her stay with directions and they gave her half of her daily food. This food was portioned out and in an individual dish for each day. There is absolutely no excuse for this. Will never use them again

Love taking my dogs here. The groomers are awesome and they have some good pet supplies. Also Saraland vet is right next door and that is very convenient!

Move back to the area a while back and Critter sitters did a wonderful job on my baby Dresden and got him all spiffy and cleanup they clipped him exactly as I wanted him clipped all in all that get an A-Plus

The groomer FAYE is the most amazing woman ever

Go here often just to play with the animals. Everyone is so friendly.
