Mannsdale Animal Clinic Madison, Mississippi

I can’t say enough positive things about this place! They helped us to care for and eventually say goodbye to our best friend when she had cancer. And then, they helped us to socialize and care for our puppy (we adopted just before covid), as if he were a member of their own family. Every member of the staff and the quality of care you receive there are absolutely incomparable. We are moving states but I wish we could take them with us.

So blessed to be there. I just have no words. Including staff and the dr was outstanding. I will never no any other place but just here

I only wish I could give 6 stars. We arrived in Mississippi after Ida worn out, stressed, and toting a Bernese mix and a Saint Bernard. When I got Mila on the phone, she did everything she could to help and we were so relieved to find a place for our dogs. And what a place! When we arrived to drop them off the staff was so enthusiastic I almost expected champagne (future enhancement?). I walked away knowing we were in good hands. And then Sara followed up every day with updates and photos, ensuring Marigny and Brie were doing fine and we could strike this off the list of worries. And the pickup was also first-class. I cannot recommend this place enough. They really took care of us when we really needed it. If we lived in Madison I cannot imagine using any other veterinarian. A huge New Orleans thank you to everyone on the staff!!

Boarded my 4 blue heelers for 2 weeks while we went half way across the country. I wouldnt trust anyone else with them! We got a video every single day they were there, and were able to see them playing and wagging their tails, knowing they were in THE BEST hands!

We have a shelter dog named Murphy, that has some separation anxiety. Sara Lang went above and beyond her concierge duties to assure us that he is being loved on and comforted. We can’t say enough nice things about Sara , she is awesome !

A competent and friendly staff that seemed to truly care for my pet

I can NOT begin to describe the limit of dedication and helpful professionalism everyone there displays. Every. Single. Day. There is a video cam at all times, they send photos with updates of your pet daily . It's almost like a Summer Camp for Pets!

I have been to a couple of vets in the Madison/Jackson area, and wholeheartedly this vet surpasses all the others by leaps and bounds. They are always friendly, responsive, and they go above and beyond in their care for you furry friend. When I board my dogs I get daily videos, which makes me feel reassured while they're not in my care. Also, during covid they have sent me video consultations for my kitten when I take her to get her shots. I mean how amazing. Thanks for all you do! I could not be more pleased.

This is not your average veterinarian’s office. The entire staff, from the people who answer the phones to the technicians, they’re all so sweet. The doctors are thoughtful, thorough & compassionate. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Beyond grateful to have found them!

Very caring, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Extremely flexible as well. A little pricey but the service is worth it in my opinion.

Dr. Robertson did a great job of taking care of my German Shepherd, Butch. Butch had to have major surgery after complications from being neutered (by another vet) and Dr. Robertson fixed him right up. Butch is usually very nervous after visiting the vet, but this time he seemed to be in great spirits. Won’t be taking Butch any where else. They took exceptional care of my pal!

Top notch veterinarian office. They are very focused on customer service of you and your animal. Couldn’t be happier with our choice being people that moved from out of town!

I worked here for a while. When my heart horse was suddenly killed I let them know that I needed the next day off due to me grieving and being so upset. They didn’t care about me at all and said my horse dying wasn’t important and that I needed to be at work. You would think at a vet clinic they would care but at this one they did not. Their management in the back is also horrible which is why they can never keep the same workers.

Awesome experience! Nikki was great. She answered all of my questions about my sick cat & was very helpful. Will definitely start bringing all of my pets here. Thanks again, MAC!

We Love the MAC. We moved here in March 2020 and decided to give them a chance simply bc of their proximity to our house, so we simply lucked out that they are Awesome!! They have the nicest office staff, tech, and docs. I have always been able to get same or next day appointments and they treat my fur babies as if they are their own. The docs never make me feel bad for asking questions and they actually listen! Total 5 stars in my opinion!!

Very helpful and kind vet office

Dr Robertson was awesome. He is so kind and caring. He sat down with me for 30 minutes and actually listened to all my concerns about Meadow. He truly listened. I feel like we have finally found the perfect vet. All the staff was so sweet and kind.

Expensive but amazing. Especially the manager Aj. She's the best!

LOVE this place. I have a little Yorkie named Buster. I hate to leave him anywhere but since I tried Mannsdale, I always feel assured that he is taken care of. I also LOVE that they socialize their pet boarders and answer texts and send videos every day. The Vets and techs on staff, in case something were to happen, are have always been very kind and caring. I would recommend it to everyone.

Modern and clean facility. Helpful staff who remember the names of both you and your pet(s).

They take great care of your pets. They didn't have my cat ready when I went to pick up the dog and cat after they had been boarded and MAC offered to give her a bath and then deliver her home with out charge. That was fantastic service.

We were going almost every week with our Siamese who had liver cancer to get steroid shots for 3 months & once we had to make the most horrendous decision that it was her time to go we chose for a vet to make a house call, but the people at Mannsdale didn't offer any information or advice to make this decision easier & we lost her over a month ago & we haven't heard a word from them - we moved here from Atlanta & our vet there made a habit of checking on us if one of my 4 fur babies was sick........... clearly in this business for the money & you're just a #............ can't express how disappointed we are with our experience with them & needless to say we've switched to a different vet!

Staff was very friendly and efficient.

Mannsdale animal clinic is truly the best! Our dog is so excited every time she goes there. The staff is absolutely incredible- we get a daily video and our pup gets five walks a day plus an hour of play time daily. Our high energy pup comes back to us happy and healthy because of the fabulous staff. We will never have to look for another vet or boarding establishment. I would give Mannsdale 10/10 stars if possible.
