Friendliest staff!! They always take care of my dog Ravioli so well and make sure that I understand everything going on with him. It’s never been a rushed experience. Best vet in the area!

I am obsessed with this vet to say the least . I have only been there a few times but they treat me like they know me and my pups . My pups have never walked right into any vet I’ve taken them too . That is the total opposite experience here. So grateful the first vet I called was “no longer taking new clients” because I never would have found ridgetown .

I could not have asked for a better experience!! Everyone was so nice and helpful. Dr. Lloyd was great! He spent a lot time with my dog Trudy. He was not rushed during the appointment. I truly appreciate their caring attitude.

The staff are always amazing to all my babies ( fur babies and human) I respect both Dr Bill and Dr Maddy in their professional advice. They always put the love into care for my animals, as they would their own. It’s important that you be able to trust your veterinarian completely to speak for your baby, and that’s what you get with Dr Bill and Dr Maddy.

We love Dr. McCluer and the staff at Ridgetown. They seem to care about each animal that comes into the clinic. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! They are also very patient with one of my cats who isn’t always easy to deal with!:)

This environment is extremely clean. Everyone is friendly and cares for customers as well as pets! I could not have asked for my dog to have had better care.

Best clinic in the tri-county area. The Drs are very knowledgeable and care about the well-being of every animal that comes through their doors. They are very affordable and provide fantastic services. The whole staff is very professional and caring. I wouldn’t change vet clinics if I were paid to do so. Do yourself, and your pets, a favor and bring them to Ridgetowne. Cant say enough good things about this place and its staff.

I had To rush my little to RT on Saturday just as they were getting ready to close and everyone was so nice. Dr Lloyd is so sweet and caring. And they follow up with their patients to make sure they are doing well. That’s what I call Caring doctors and staff.

Dr. McClure takes the time to listen to what is going on with my babies. That is very rare and very appreciated by this Mom of two pups!! All of the staff has been friendly and helpful with ordering refills and scheduling visits. Thanks to the staff at Ridgetowne!! Dianna Hudson

This was our youngest Lab’s annual checkup and as usual everything went well even though she can be a handful when she gets excited. She does not like to go due to the shots but loves the attention she gets from everyone. First class operation!!

I cannot tell you how amazing a clinic they have been through the loss of my sweet girl. They showed so much compassion and care for her and for us during the most difficult time imaginable and I can’t tell you enough what that meant to me and my family. They went above and beyond “the standard of care” and set the bar higher than any vet I’ve ever used. We’ll be with them for the rest of our babies’ lives and ours.

They are always ready to help your pet. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks for taking care of my Grace.

They are both the most incredibly knowledgeable, and compassionate veterinarian providers we have both have had the pleasure of working with. Thank you so much!

We’ve been coming to Ridgetowne for about 12 years and we’ve always been pleased with how Dr. Segrest (retired) and Dr. McClure take such good care of our cats and dogs. The staff are so friendly and kind and they’ve sent us sweet cards when we’ve lost pets! Komaro and Jimmy are the ultimate dog whisperers and our dogs are always so happy to see them. Excellent health care and boarding is their M.O.

Our pet has been seeing Dr McClure for 10 years. Dr McClure is so sweet and kind and always calls us to let us know what’s going on with Bennet when we drop him off. Dr McClure always wants what is best for Bennet.

We are so thankful for Dr. McClure! Though we pay a bit more for services than we did at our last vet, we are so happy with the care and treatment of our 2 senior mixes and poodle puppy that we are happy to pay a bit more.

I absolutely love the staff! They’re always so friendly, helpful, and over all just wonderful people. We just boarded our very fragile 15 year old yorkie with them for the first time since moving here last August, and we can tell by his temperament and demeanor when we picked him up that he was treated very well for those three nights!

I have two rescue puppies that were found on the side of the road. Roxie and Zeus❤️. We brought them here and they took the best care of my new furbabies I can’t tell them how much I really appreciate what they did for them, so thank you guys so much. From the front desk assistant who was extremely friendly professional and courteous. From the staff who were very understanding and helpful and very concerned. But most of all Dr. Williams made sure he explained everything in detail of what was done the care that was given what medications were needed and aftercare instructions. I highly recommend this Veterinary Office to anyone looking to take care of their furbabies, From the bottom of my heart thanks so much for everything.
